Persona Appearance: An rifle silencer roughly 20 centimeters long with circuits running across the length. Said circuits pulse with blue light whenever a shot is fired.

Weapon Background: Telum is a Latin word that can be translated into to mean dart, missile or javelin.

Passive Boosts: The Personas of the Hermit Arcana are commonly Personas excelling in Mental-Ailment skills (such as Panic, Charm, etc).
Users have a 15% more chance of causing Mental-Ailments.

Skill 2: Pulinpa | 25% chance of inflicting the Panic ailment to one enemy. Doesn't allow the enemy to summon or use persona based skills if successful. Wears off after 3 turns. | 5 SP | Tier 1

Skill 3: Dream Needle | Inflicts moderate Gun damage to one foe with a 25% chance to cause the opponent to fall asleep. (They will recover 5% HP/SP for three turns, but they cannot act and the next physical or dexterity attack will do 50% extra damage and wake them up). | 17% HP | Tier 2

Special Ability Name: First Life

Appearance while in First Life: While during this state, the circuits that power Telum flare a bright blue for the duration. In addition, Wilhemina's dominant eye, the one she uses to aim flashes a similar color.

Description: When the user's health gets lower than 30% they automatically go into a powerful state called [First Life]. This happens once per battle and powers all their damaging moves by one tier. This mode lasts for three turns regardless if their HP recovers past the 30% mark.
[This ability evolves into Last Life upon reaching Level 3 with the Plug].
