Appearance: Standing at six feet tall, a first impression of Mina would be one of intimidation. Fairly buff and in shape, her mere presence seems to exude an aura of stability, and her posture is always upright and proper. As a Velvet Attendant, Mina appears as others like her, with silver hair, pale skin, yellow eyes, and a deep blue uniform with white trimming. Unlike other Attendants however, Mina always carries a golden sword at her side, alongside her Persona Compendium.

Personality: In a word, Mina is analytical. Due to having no knowledge of the outside world outside minor awareness and logic, Mina comes across as naïve, with a voice that sounds dead serious while saying things most people would consider ludicrous. Every action she treats like a job, only doing something if she sees the "reason" for it, while being less than empathetic.

However, it is this lack of empathy that allows her to be so good at her job, with her main priority being to aid her guests, followed by discovering her meaning for life. By being borderline insensitive, Mina never gives advice based on solely emotion, leading to her words holding more weight than one with purely emotive speculations.

As one who "presides over fate", Mina holds little interest regarding people who have little potential for power. On the other side of this, however, she acts with less strictness for those who hold any form of the "potential", watching over them like a stern mother, and doing her best to guide them down a path favorable for their fate.

The Background

History: How do you begin a story that takes place beyond the realm of space and time? Where the rules of time hold no sway?

Perhaps there is no correct way to start, which would indeed be the case for Mina, one of the inhuman attendants of the Velvet Room. Knowing little of the world beyond the velvet walls, Mina's far from alone in this regard compared to others employed by Igor and Philemon. Residing within the Velvet Room, there is no true beginning for Mina, nor is there any true story of which to tell.

At least, not one to tell in the past tense. Yet the time for her story to begin has arisen, if one could use the word "time" in such a situation. In the city of Endymion, the guests for Mina would be found, rebellious souls whose fates she could bare witness to and, when needed, guide and aid. And perhaps on the way, along this journey of assistance, she could find the meaning of life that she desires.

The only immediate thing I have is your Fearsome Strength, please drop it to 15% at a max please. You can also lower either the damage or percent chance of your Low Immunities Weakness as well to balance out the 15% Strength if you wish.

For the shop please put together a full shop write-up and how it would work mechanically with either Godai or Gran to see if it would be allowed, the extent of it, and if you would still want the Strength after the shop is made in case it can't be made how you want.

Come up with an outline on how you're doing the shop service. Then we can work forward on approving this.

Okay, so, from what I told Grantus, the idea of the shop is to allow for small readjustments of stats. So, like, to allow for if anyone decides they're unhappy with their stat build, or finds that they want to shift what their character dynamic is, since right now, if you set your stats, they're set, so any misunderstandings of the importance of stats in builds (cough luck cough) at the beginning means that future levels or skill unlocks have all of their points allocated into the misplaced stat. The charge rate would probably be 100 VC per stat, with a limit on the amount of stats per IC day that can be readjusted depending upon the level of the shop, probably starting at 4, then 8, 16, and finally 32 if the shop ever gets to a full unlocked state. The things that would prevent it from being abused would be the limit to times, the VC cost, and the fact that only guests under Mina's contract would be permitted to the service. As for an IC description of how it would go, I'm thinking something along the lines of cutting and redirecting the "potential" within her guests, not dramatically changing their fate, but allowing them to better define their own destiny. Some metaphorical stuff like that which to anyone who didn't know any better would just be her stabbing them in the hand with a magical sword.

So by "100 VC per stat" you mean stat point or the actual stat category itself? If it's by stat point, make it 2000 VC per stat point.
