| It was an average night for Endymion. Naturally, that meant chilled with a supernatural air, and the knowledge that being out this late could very well lead to a loss of life. With that knowledge, you'd think people would have better organization of their schedules. However, it seemed that, yet again, people would be caught out after dark. Whether it was bravery, or foolishness was yet to be seen. | |

| Night had come faster than she'd expected it to, but that was okay. Tamsin was walking beside Patty, the adrenaline was still receding from their afternoon adventure of breaking things in the junk yard. The drizzle had turned to obscuring mist that hung around like bad company. Luckily, there was also good company. Or as good as one could say Patty was. Tamsin's jeans and hoodie were muddy and gross, there were tears where some of the objects from the Junk yard romp had snagged here and there, but despite the sogginess and the ache in her muscles, she felt freer than she had in a long time.
Sometimes all you needed was to let off steam, and Tamsin didn't do it nearly enough. She let it stew, and fester, and tear away at her inside. Sometimes, she didn't even know it was happening.
"Thanks again. I needed that." She offered the other girl as they walked, pulling back at her hood so she could look up at Patty.

| Patricia was definitely one of these, either too dumb or too head strong to be scared of the dark anymore. Even before she Awakened to her power she never even really cared what she did at night, whatever happened was gonna happen and she wasn't about to be a crying little bitch about it and let some vague threat of getting turned inside-out stop her from doing what she wanted to do. But she was soaked too and not nearly as fatigued as Tammy was, the lanky girl always did stuff like this. Maybe not as happy either but she wasn't gonna dwell on it with the kid around. She held back a lot in the junkyard. She didn't go all out, effin' and blindin' and wrecking the place as much as she could of because it was supposed to be fun so there was still a little hate in her veins. She was going out tonight to do something about that.
The tall girl dug in her pocket, making a face as she found her cigarettes crushed from running and jumping around. Whatever. Fuck it, dude, she'd smoke'em this way anyway. She slowed down her gait long enough to shield the flame from the wind and lit it with some difficulty. There was a moodiness to her as she walked but it disappeared as soon as Tammy happened to say something. "Yeah dude! I had a lot of fun!" she chirped with a friendly smile, "Wish it didn't have to rain when I decided to do it but whatever, can't win'em all. So where you live at? Streets aren't safe at night, that's when the freaks come out." Patricia wasn't afraid of the freaks but like, that didn't mean everyone else shouldn't be or wouldn't be. Still their choice to hang around after the sun went down but if Tammy wanted to go home there was safety in numbers. And in raw, explosive power.

| "Did somebody say freak?" A voice called, and a laugh followed. Archibald had been roaming around for a while, fooling around. Trying to kill off his boredom somehow. Now he was on his way to his granpops home, and by luck or the will of fate he ran into two acquantices of his.
" 'Sup purple, i see you and blondie know each other." He was standing a couple meters behind with a pink umbrella in hand and a big grin on his face."Mind if i join you two?"

| Well, wasn't that lovely? The three Musketeers, the three amigos, a group of three pals just hanging out. A group numbering more than two, but less than four, just outside with demons about. Just guys being dudes, what was better than that? Probably being safe inside their homes, for one, despite how fearless 'Purple' might be. So far, it didn't seem as though Demons of any persuasion were attacking...thankfully. There was no chill in the air, no whispering, and not even a trace of anything.
But only foolish demons would let themselves be seen before it was time to pounce. Never knew who could see them, these days, after all. Crazy kids, fighting back. Didn't they know that they were the prey?
The rain, however, began to slow down, at least a little.

| Tamsin looked up at Patty as she asked where Tamsin lived. "There's an orphanage not too far down here." She replied, "That's where I live." She looked around, inspecting the mist. It was a quiet night, thankfully. That was good. She didn't want to have to deal with any creeps tonight.
That was until a figure arose from behind with a pink umbrella. She knew the voice immediately as the man she'd met a few days before. Tamsin looked over her shoulder. "Archibald?" She asked, raising an eyebrow. "Sure. How do you know each other?" She asked, her voice lifting in curiousity.

| Mention of the orphanage made the skinny chick grimace. Somehow a lot of stuff made a lot more sense, she didn't really ask before because like, you don't ask questions like that. Especially not to kids you just meet. Reminded her of herself again, how she was always out in the barrio just so she didn't have to come back home. "Well that freakin' sucks," she said on reflex. "...sorry, I shouldn't of said it like that. But like... that sucks dude, I'm sorry." There was concern in her voice and a small frown on her face. Some people cared about that and yeah it did suck. Patty didn't because her situation was different, her parents could die for all she gave a shit. She shook her sad face off and went back to her usual neutral amused grin though, she didn't wanna dwell on it. "Okay! Let's see if we can sneak you in without getting caught."
Mention of freaks caused Patty's expression to darken for a half-second and she bladed her body toward the noise, one arm farther behind her back to reach into her waistband for her shotgun revolver. Until it was just Gray. "Pssssssh! Goddamnit Gray you scared the FUCKIN' SHIT outta me!" She shouted and ran her hand up through her, taking a calming breath. "Hooooly shit, thought you could of been someone else." She flicked her fingers at Archie to get some of the water from her hair on him. At least it was just Gray. Gray wasn't gonna, like, try to stab'em and leave'em for dead. As much as Patty tried to get out of the mindset that she was back home it wouldn't go away. "What brings you out this way? There's nothing fun around here." Patty turned to the kid in the group to answer the question honestly. She wasn't gonna tone it down because she was just a kid, they were out breakin' shit all afternoon. "Yeah me an' Archie drink together sometimes. He's pretty cool. Still a freak though," she teased, sticking her tongue out at him.

| "Scare? Am i that ugly?" His mouth opened, feigning to be offended by that. He soon laughed it off, yeah it made sense for something like that to scare people. Demons roamed around and shit. Blondie seemed to be less on edge than purple. It was funny to him. "Just me and my Pink Umbrella. Is pretty cute, right?"
"Y'know, you gotta cool off sometimes. What's the fun in a circus that's always around?" That was the kind of esoteric shit uncle Reginald would say, and maybe there was some truth to all that bullcrap. Even if there wasn't, its cryptic enough to be very amusing to the jester. "We paint each other nails and talk about our boy crushes too." There was a pause. "I'm the biggest freak to ever freak in this freaky town." He'd approach the two, extending his hand to shelter them from the rain with his umbrella.

| Perhaps, on cue, as soon as Archibald tried to use his umbrella to shelter them, the rain stopped. As in, literally stopped, mid-fall. Though, it was a stretch to say time itself stopped. Lights changed, and sound rang out in the distance. The time to strike was now. Laughter rang out from the surrounding area. "Well, well, well! What have we here? Humans alone at night? Don't mind if I do!" Only those awakened to their potential would hear the call, and if they happened to look up, they would see something... Rather ominous shining through the clouds. | |

| "It's just another kind of family." She shrugged when Patty said that sucked. It was something Isaac used t tell her. Still she appreciated the sentiment.
Tamsin listened with an eyebrow raised as the two talked back and forth about each other. What were the odds that she'd run into the separately and then together. "Drinking and then painting your nails sounds messy." Tamsin quipped, knowing that wasn't what they were talking about, but she didn't usually get the chance to be clever. The kids didn't respond to that kind of humor, and talking and spending time with Patty had her in a wry sort of mood.
Tamsin didn't see the Moonlight shenanigans, or hear the voice. She just plodded along, getting more content in the moment. Her face, set in it's typical serious expression, had a small smile on it.

| Figures. Tammy thought it was normal 'cause like, it kinda could be for some people. Guess you really couldn't know what you never been through, huh? It still rang true to her, she didn't consider her parents family. Her crew was family, and her friends and everyone she picked. Blood never meant anything. She lost that when Sean died. "Hey that's a good way to look at it. The blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb or some dumb shit, right? Most people get that saying wrong," she reassured. Patty only really only knew it to contradict people, which she liked to do.
"Pssssh, you know you are," Patty taunted, rolling her eyes with a smirk. "Yeah you're fuckin' adorable, boo." More teasing and a punch in the shoulder. Gray was fuckin' dumb in the good way, he always knew how to liven things up. What's the fun in a circus that's always around? Patty knew the answer to that, shockingly enough. Something wasn't special if it was always there. That's why she took her time to try to be alone for a while but it didn't work out. Maybe it was better this way. "Ahaha I like my nails like I like my guys: long where it counts and able to fuck someone up!" she joked back. Gray was a fun guy to be around, but Tammy's comment caught her off guard with a raised eyebrow. "..........Aaaaahahahaha holy shit she can hang!" she broke out laughing. It was a good moment, Patricia was happy enough being surrounded by fun people that were good to be around. Up until the obvious happened.
Her laughter halted and her head perked up at the laughter and the taunts. Her head whipped around with a serious expression before she caught site of the moon... and the shadow on the moon. "...fuckin' shit!" Why the fuck NOW!? Whatever, it was time to kick ass, no time to take names. Patricia stopped what she was doing to pull the eye-patch from her pocket and clip it around her head, an eye-patch Archie would recognize in style and look. Then she drew her shotgun revolver from her waistband and quickly checked it before cradling it. Her smile was long gone, replaced by a vague look of worry and defiance. "Don't freak out, just don't freak out. I got this, don't freak out."

| "Laugh all you want, girl. I'm not the one catching a cold." And then he punched her back on the shoulder, same strength too. Of course he had said that before extending his gaudy umbrella to the two. Tam remained mostly quiet as always, she seemed like a quiet and good kid. It almost made him feel bad for hanging out around her, almost.
"Aren't you a size queen, Purple." There was a pause for some laughter. "I like sensitive guys who write poems, with long flowing and shining hair and buff." He placed his hand on his forehead as if he was swooning over someone. Archibald didn't love anyone but himself, and his gramps. But getting laid was nice too. The mood was light and the spirits were high until a chill came by, spooky. A ghost, unexpected by most. The clown knew trouble was abound, Tam seemed clueless but the older delinquent... she was no delinquent but a witch, and a familiar one. A devious smile appeared on his face, her behavior that one night. It explained it all, he was lucky coming to Sunlake.
By his side he carried a bag, he'd shoved one of his hands inside and get a hold of two of his masks, the show was about to begin...

| The shadow's grin grew, before it faded altogether. The rain still remained stopped, however. And a deep chuckle rang out. "I believe this is the part where you should run, if you are unprepared to use that gun." As soon as the voice spoke, however, a bolt of lightning was shot towards the group of three, only to be frozen in it's tracks, and shatter upon impact on the ground. Dropping from a nearby rooftop, looking as dashing as ever... Was a very Beautiful Bandit. "Don't you know? The Full Moon is a dangerous thing.""No fair!" Cried out the voice from before. Appearing to The Bandit, Wicked, and The Laughing Rogue would be what...appeared to be a talking Burlap sack. However, Tamsin would start to feel a certain strange sensation, in her mind. Perhaps, a voice, or maybe something else. One thing would be for certain, however. Something in her vision would blur, and change, until... The danger in front of them would be very clear. Tamsin may now Awaken. | |

| Tamsin looked alarmed when Patty pulled out a gun, and stepped away from her. That was when she realized that the rain had stopped. Patty had put on an eyepatch and...Archie was pulling something out of a bag. They were both tensing for something, but Tamsin didn't know what it was. Suddenly, for a moment, she was terrified. She had to think back to when she'd met each of them. They wouldn't try to hurt her, would they? If they did...she could defend herself. She pulled her wooden sword from her back. "I believe this is the part where you should run, if you are unprepared to use that gun."There was another man who appeared now, and Tamsin froze. The mask, the outfit...was this a psyche Terrorist? She looked back at Archie and Patty. Were they Psyche terrorists as well. There were words but Tamsin's head suddenly felt like it was underwater. Her new friends were...Psyche Terrorists? for real? And This newcomer...She should report all of them to the authorities but... Vision still feeling bleary with confusion...and something else, Tamsin followed the gaze of all the other three, behind her several meters to a creature that seemed to be forming out of the fog and mist. It was as though it was always there, but she was just seeing it for the first time. I am thou, thou art I. Our path has been set before us by other's hands.A voice inside her mind spoke. And the sheer force of it knocked her to her knees. She was small, and cold, water dampened her skin, soaked into her clothes where the water had pooled benather her crouched form. We have only to accept that which we can not change. On this one-way track, I shall pulverize every obstacle in your path...if Thee accept me, Break the chains of society and awaken...Translucent chains appeared around Tamsin, clasped to her ankles, her hands, all leading to huge ball of iron that weighed her down even as she looked at it. The ball had the Class Zero emblem on it. The wooden sword, dropped to the ground beside her when she fell, lay still and forgotten. In the young girl's hands, a translucent hammer formed. With the chains and the hammer, she looked very much like a worker on a chain gang. A prisoner working for a government who didn't care whether they lived or died. A sickening realization came over Tamsin. "No...No! I'm going to be a Cadet! I don't want this."One can not alter the tracks they've found themself on. The only choice is to move forward, or stay still, and wait for death. The Burlap sack monster seemed amused, a haunting sight. Tamsin squinted at the ball and chain. "Damnit!" She took the hammer in her hands, lifted it over head and smashed the ball before her. The ball shattered, the chains shattered, the hammer shattered, all scattering into ghostly flecks of glass, which formed around Tamsin in a very bandit-esque outfit. It was colorful, but still mostly dark, and a mask formed around the bottom part of her face. On her hands were gauntlets, serrated blades spinning over the backs of the hands. A loud, lonesome train whistle blew, one that all of them could hear. On ghostly tracks, it came passing between Archibald and Patty where they stood, stopping behind Tamsin. The girl looked at the creature before them. Suddenly, she knew without a doubt it was a demon. The ilk that brought her world to it's knees. That robbed all of her friends their families. Such burning rage like she'd never known washed over her, and she thought she could really barrel through this creature, tear it to shreds with the force of her will alone. Her voice rang out in unison with another, ghostly voice. "Full Steam Ahead.""Full Steam Ahead."

| The lanky girl would normally play the teasing game with Gray if she wasn't interrupted by SOMETHING out there to get them. Her eyes scanned the dark for anything solid with her sonar vision and she whirled around searching for the source. But she didn't find it. Only the familiar voice from the night she got her powers. Patricia gnashed her teeth. What was he doing here? She could take care of this by herself! But the more she thought the less she resisted the idea. Yeah, Patty could easily deal with most demons on her own, she had some power backing her up. But she couldn't promise everyone else's safety in the process, especially if they ran. Whatever. She just didn't want to have to deal with sales pitch bullshit tonight. Tammy was getting freaked out and Gray just looked like he thought getting his guts ripped out would be funny. Okay, so she had to step up. She could do this. The attack caught her from behind, she had just enough time to face it as her gear manifested over her form, her yellow glowing eye shaking in its socket from the lightning strike about to hit them. She had to beat it and that was only going to happen if she let loose with one of her own. "BRIDGETTE-!!" She was too late. The shatter of the lightning came at the same time as her handcuff falling to the ground. The ethereal witch had a raised lip of disgust at not being able to counteract the attack, fading behind Wicked as she disappeared back into the ether. The situation piled up along with the surging emotions she used to attack with and Wicked gnashed her teeth. "Rrrrrrgh! I've got this, asshole! Keep outta my shit!" she snapped at the Bandit. Pssssh! Full Moon her ass! Didn't matter what moon it was, things died when they exploded into ashes. She whipped her arm to summon her staff into it, twirling it once before pointing her boomstick and her literal boom stick at the burlap creature. Pretty boy could help if he wanted but as far as she was concerned this was Patty's fight and she'd take it down help or not. Her head bowed and teeth grit harder as Tammy began to cry out about being a Cadet. Fucking DAMMIT why she got a problem with snitches!? And this kid knew who she was. This was gonna be a problem if she couldn't salvage the situation. As much as she'd like to be nice maybe she couldn't be. Or maybe she had to be extra nice. Whatever didn't get her picked up, but right now her mind was focused on survival above all else. And that meant not getting caught. She turned over her shoulder after the ghost train appeared, just about ready to blow it up too. But Tammy wasn't there. Just another costumed freak like them. Okay so that was good as long as she could get convinced but Patricia wasn't going down for this. It was time to be desperate. She turned back to the demon, it was the immediate problem. Just gotta break everything down into steps, right? "Unless you can outrun lightning you better get ready to fight it! Don't think about shit right now just kill this thing or die!"- Wicked's Stats:

Devil Arcana - +15% to Buffs/Debuffs Blind Instinct - Grants a skill similar to Auto-Analysis, where upon entering battle a random enemy's weaknesses are revealed. Gives sonar vision in PvP. Tearless Loafers - Base Dodge Chance = 20%
Strength: Under Your Skin - When Patty hits attacks an enemy's Weakness her attack is boosted by 10%. The attack power is boosted, not the damage, meaning this also applies to clashing. Strength: Give In To The Urge - Patricia's Persona Overdose lasts for 4 turns instead of 3.
Weakness: Can't Take It - When Patty is attacked by one of her Weaknesses the attack power is boosted by 10%. This applies to the attack power, not the damage, meaning that it applies to clashing. Weakness: It'll Come Back to Haunt You - The backlash from Patricia's Persona Overdose lasts for 4 turns instead of 3.
