| Persona Name: Ghost Train Persona Type: Initial Persona Persona's Arcana: Strength Owner: Tamsin Ferrel Persona Appearance: Ghost Train is a terrifying presence, Nine feet tall, six feet wide and fifteen feet long, it is the Cab of an old steamer that seems to be topped with a city...presumably full of lost souls. - Pic:
Persona Background: Stories of Ghostly night voyages of trains lost to oblivion, and their passengers with them, range anywhere from cable cars and subways to old steamers and funeral engines. This Persona is the essence of that dread, when you hear a distant whistle, but there's nothing on the horizon. Strengths: Strike Weaknesses: earth Passive Boosts:Phys skills + 15% Persona Skill List: Skill 1: Kill Rush | Inflicts a small amount of Strike damage up to 2 times to one enemy. | 8% HP | Tier 1 Skill 2: Counter | 10% chance of repelling Physical attacks | Passive | Tier 1 Skill 3: Bewilder | 25% chance of inflicting the Distress ailment to one enemy. 50% chance of landing a critical hit on the distressed enemy for the next 3 turns. | 5 SP | Tier 1 Skill 4: Heat Wave | Inflicts a moderate amount of Strike damage to all enemies. | 14% HP | Tier 2 Skill 5: (Must have used your Persona an additional 25 times in PvS combat or completed 2 Missions; Must be a Tier 2 Skill or Lower) Skill 6: (Unlocked once using your Persona an additional 25 times in PvS combat or having formed three rank three or more social links; Must be a Tier 2 Skill or Lower) Skill 7: (Unlocked once using your Persona an additional 25 times in combat or formed 2 rank 5 social links; Must be a Tier 2 Skill or Lower) Skill 8: (Unlocked using your Persona 30 times in PvS combat or maxing a single Social Link; Must be a Tier 3 Skill or Lower)Fusion Attack:Fusion Attack Name: Midnight Flyer Persona Name: Ghost Train Type of Damage: Tactical Support Description: Tamsin and her team (The 'targets') board the Ghost Train. The train speeds off, and becomes incorporeal, carrying the targets out of the battle. Outside of a dungeon, the Train travels 25 meters to drop off it's passengers in a secluded area. Within a dungeon, it travels 25 spaces from the point of the battle, at which point dungeon travel resumes as normal, but it can only travel to dungeon squares the party has travelled over before. Between it's destination and it's point of origin, the Ghost train is translucent and ghostly, travelling through walls and other objects without hindrance. Players inside it can only be struck by Almighty and earth attacks, as well as any elements that the party inside are weak to. The train is incorporeal to these attacks, and does not take damage, continuing to move even if those inside are struck while it is in motion. Soul Skill Name: Lungrot Persona Name: Ghost Train Tier: Tier 1 Cost: 10 sp Type of Damage: Ailment Description: Tamsin holds up her palm and blows over it, releasing a cloud of thick black engine smoke targeting one creature. This has a 25% chance of inflicting the Blind condition. Blinded targets have a base 30% miss chance for 3 turns.

| Your Persona is way too big. We have a soft rule of "it fits in a 15ft cube", everything else is way too damn big.
Lungrot will only be able to affect one target at a time to align with other T1 Ailment skills and it would be 30% increased miss chance, not 50% base miss chance if you want to keep it.
Midnight Flyer does too much for a Fusion Attack. Having a battle escape effect is fine but not with an attack on top of it. So you got options:
You can keep the attack and add another effect on it, but battle escape will be out.
You can keep the battle escape and drop the attack.
If you keep the battle escape then in a dungeon you would only be able to travel to dungeon squares and spaces you've been before so you can't cheese it to skip mini-bosses and stuff like that. In PvP with this effect (or anywhere not in a dungeon) you'll have to have a set range that the train can travel, it can't be anywhere. You can also keep the intangibility of the train but it will need to have certain Persona Skills that can interact with it and the players inside so it's not stronger than Into the Void which is a Tier 4 skill. Almighty would be able to hit the train and its occupants and you'd need to designate 2-3 other elements that can as well. | |

| Lungrot is fine now.
For Midnight Flyer you'll only be able to use it to travel to places in the dungeon you've already been before. | |
