The Biography

Birth Name: Akuma Takuji Aliases: "Dante" Gender: Male Age: 21 Birth Day: July 27th. Arcana: The Emperor. -- 15% bonus to physical-based strike attacks. Appearance: A lean but muscular youth with fiery red hair. Possibly dyed to make it stand out. Though seemingly lean, and tall, he has muscle defined underneath. He often wears his college uniform in an unorthodox method of having the jacket open with his shirt shown below. He wears lighter color slacks while there, preferring to dress to his comfort and not caring about uniform look. He has a wild head of red hair-- showing a spiky appearance that stands out. His eyes are an eerie calm, colored light brown-- almost amber when hit the light in the right way. His skin is sunkissed and healthy complexion. His face is a handsome shape, though often seen to be emotionless when he is calm and focused. He has a light scar on his chin to the left, often adding an intimidating touch to his appearance. When not at school, he prefers to wear a single white tee shirt when it's warm and jeans. He always wears sneakers and has a chain that hangs from his waist as an accessory. During colder months, he often wears a black jacket snug around his form.  (At least a paragraph) Alternate Appearance: When under the influence of his Persona-- his appearance works similar to the casual look. He has black jeans and steel-toed boots. He wears a black jacket-- marked with styled red flames along the arms and back. The neck of the jacket opened, has a red and black fur lining. Though he maintains his more common look, the accent of it is more highlighted to reveal more of his roguish nature-- and his will to not let his personality be suppressed even in society. His mask is an odd blend of ‘flames’ that weave and fold in red, orange, and yellow colors. Symmetrical in the design, the eyes are clearly visible from the mask and cover roughly the upper part of the face. The edges of the flames, however, are woven, almost to resemble small horns from the points near the top, along the forehead.  It is an artistic blend of fire and a demon. Personality: Akuma is a broody, calm-seeming young man. Despite a knock-hard life at times, he has maintained a patient and analytical view of his surroundings. He is often easy-going, socially, and often seem to take things easy. At times he can be intimidating, broody-- like he is angry or got something on his mind. However, he learned not to show his emotions on his sleeve. A surprise to most-- but he has a good sense of literature. He can easily read in class and sharp on cultural studies-- thanks to his mother. He was raised to be tough as nails, but deep down he has a compassion for others near him. He wishes to be appreciated, not feared by others-- even though the stigma of his past and family seem to overshadow him. He has a flirty personality with women he meets. He isn’t ashamed to hit on them, if rejected its more to flatter them. While he could be viewed as a womanizer, he does have respect for them and those who are close to him. All part of the bad-boy image he likes to maintain. His handsome features does make him visually appealing and he prides himself in his ability to flirt with the ladies. At times, in battle he can be seen with an almost sadistic, scary smile as he loves the heat of battle-- part of the effect of his Persona to break free from his restraints. Parts of him are at conflict-- the front and mannerism of his past and his rebellious spirit, versus the desire to make a real future for himself. To rise above the past he had and find greatness-- on his own terms, not by those of society or his family. He is torn however-- between leaving behind the crime family forever and pave his own path, or choose to work from within and change it for the better. A noble cause rather than one driven by greed. He smokes at times, to cope with his own personal issues-- perhaps one day he can kick the habit. In the life of a gangster, if smoking doesn't kill you, blades and bullets do.

That temper might get him into trouble, but he shows no fear against others who cross him or his friends. He can easily navigate and survive the harsh street life. He has gotten good at it, even entering contests for his strength. His courage, determination, and pride make him a force to reckon with. As a result, his fiery personality had allowed him to develop a strong affinity for fire. Whether it's from the model guns in his guardian's airsoft shop or working with locks or mechanics, he is quite dexterous with his hands. He has the heart of an athlete and has a good build of muscle. Another reason why the ladies should get on top of him. Sure he can use a smartphone easy enough-- but his grades speak how he cannot easily do dynamic maths or science. Gain only 1/2 of Intelligence Social stats. —Weakness Name: Restraint —Type: Combat —Description: At times, he will push himself in a fight. The excitement of a fight will drive him to both show no mercy-- or restraint if he pushes himself too far. A berserker’s blood at times. 15% more subsectable vs rage affliction. —Weakness Name: Slow Learner —Type: Social —Description: The sad fate of anyone who prefers physical activity is that he values education not as much as he should. Even while in college, he struggles to grasp the importance of education. It will take him time to get a grasp of it. He never liked how those in athority would tell others what to do. As a born rebel, he has issue with any form of 'authority' even if it is religious authority. Black gloves with a green gem is attached to the glove itself-- fingerless. The heavy part is a pair of rings attached worn around the wrists of the fighter. It is a deep black onyx color. Golden-yellow marks accents of the cestus and are capable of dealing strong strikes against an enemy. The gauntlets are also forms of restraint, using the weight for resistance training. It also is an extention of the Persona's Envoker via forming chains of fire between them. The Background

History:Akuma grew up around northern japan, raised by his mother and father. He had a relatively normal childhood, till he became aware of his father’s ‘business’. Turns out though he grew up sheltered from it, at the age of 12 he became aware of the people his father dealt with were criminals, running different trades from drugs to gambling dens. Out of all of this, his mother did his best to keep him sheltered away from the affairs of his father and the families involved. Even though it was impossible to truly evade the members of the family, even friends he made since childhood-- his mother kept him true to values of life that mattered. However, during the calamity that took place 5 years ago, the tragic events caused rival gangs to act out for both territory and survival in a now lawless world. As a result, one such thug killed Akuma's mother before his own eyes. With the world as a mess, Akuma's father rose to be the boss of the gang family and taught his son the tools to survive-- including martial arts to protect himself and for sport among his family. The harsh life made Akuma's heart more stone-like, not allowing himself to show emotion easily. When access to Edymion became avalable for people, Akuma's father sent him to boarding school-- and eventually funded him to college, no doubt using money stolen from the old world. Though he hated the idea, he remembered how treasured education was to his mother-- and so went to the city where a family friend-- an ex-member of the gang ran a shop. Though unsure who to trust, AKuma accepted his help and worked for him time to time between classes. He tried to move past his past, not be bogged down by their deals and history, but at times he was confronted to his ties to the crime family. Despite his drive to do better, he is confronted with conflicts to follow in either change the business for the better or rise above it and never look back.

Your Soul Bound's horns will need listed lengths, for PVP reasons.

The earliest your kid's family would have been able to live in Endymion is five years ago, since that was when the Eternal Divide occured. If his father was doing Vigilante Justice in Endymion, he likely would have ended up arrested by the Cops, instead of being around to teach his kid anything. You'll have to make appropriate edits to show that the vigilante aspects happened before Endymion, or alternatively drop them altogether.
