An incarnation of the greek myth-- Icarus was the son of Daedalus . Icarus is a scorched red humanoid figure-- oddly resembling a toned demon with clothened bands and bracers along his arms-- and other adornments over his body. He is roughly 8 feet tall, huge compared to a normal human-- his wings spanning nearly 3 meters wide. His hair is long and wild like fire in their orange color. Two horns protrude from his forehead, signifying the demonic nature for having fallen from the heavens for his hubris. Most noticable is the wings he has, that somewhat resemble fire itself.

Persona Background: Icarus was mentioned in the greek legend of his father Daedalus, the inventor of the labyrinth. King Minos, after Theseus escaped the maze, imprisoned Daedalus and his son on Crete for their defiance. Determine to escape, Icarus’ father crafted wings made of feathers and wax to fly off the island. Though warned not to fly too high towards the sun, Icarus was overwhelmed by joy for the ability of flight. He flew too high, and his wings began to melt. He fell to his death into the sea below, serving a lesson for others how hubris would give rise to one’s own downfall. This tragic theme of failure at the hands of hubris.

Akuma inherited this persona for his drive to achieve his goals, even if lofty or daunting in the face to defy society itself. To rise up above and forge his own path that defies his family and the law. He seeks to rise up, even if it means he will come crashing down in the end. That fate does not scare him.

At high altitude above the fight-- the remaining energy within the Persona flies down hard onto the enemies below. Its entire body erupts into a series of explosions. Causes Strike damage to all enemies twice. Has 20% bonus to cause crit on all foes.

Description: "Dante" manifests Icarus' wings for a brief moment mid-charge to an enemy, delivering a mighty physical blow via the aid of the psychic lash. Delivers light strike damage and has 10% chance to add distress to enemy. Launches a max of 5 meters airborne at enemies (PVP use)

For the Skills

New players start at Rank 4, so you can add another one.

For the Fusion Attack

I'm fine with what it does but you need an extra % chance to crit. Considering you're doing AoE Fire and Strike damage this can't be above 10%. Compare with Deathbound that only deals Slash and has an extra Miss Chance.

For the Soul Skill

You can't have this skill do both types of damage at Tier 1. You can change your Soulbound attacks to Fire damage alone but you can't have both unless you want to upgrade it later. Duration is fine.

Bombdive Strike is fine now after what we discussed.

Rocket Lariot needs its cost increased to 8% HP and if you're using it to propel yourself in PvP your range is 5 meters if go airborne with it.

I also missed this the first time but you need a written description for your Persona as well as just a picture, at minimum we need its dimensions because this can matter in PvP.
