Appearance: Coming in at 4'10", Elodie hardly looks her age; though she does her best to appear older, so as not to be mistaken for a child. It's all in the way she tries to carry herself, from her posture to her demeanor. Her burnt chestnut hair is always worn down, the ends sweeping down just below her waist; and it's never without a bow or ribbons to keep the front of it out of her face. Matching that which she wears in her hair, Elodie is never without a dress or skirt. She is the picture of delicacy.

Alternate Appearance: Lace and silk are traded in for something a bit more durable when Elodie wears the Mask of her Persona. She's fitted with a flowing white battledress, the chest of which is made of defensible armor; all detailed with soft accents of rose. Armored boots fit up to her thighs. Trailing white ribbons hold back her hair, while the Mask she wears appears to be made of feathers plucked from an angel's wings.

Personality: To say that Elodie is quiet is an understatement. The girl goes by - day in, day out - without a word spoken to anyone. Most would - and likely do - call her cold. While most others travel in small packs of friends, she walks and stands alone. She keeps to herself, seeming to prefer the solidarity. Reservation and solemnity appear to be the girl's only best friends.

The Background

History:

Elodie's life had once been bright and full of music. Her father was a talented composer with a love for the violin, and she can still remember a time when the sound of his playing would fill their home. A time when she was a different person. She grew up rather well off, wanting for nothing, excelling in school, surrounded by friends...

Everything was perfect, until it wasn't.

Friends and family alike were ripped from Elodie's life in the catastrophe, and she was plucked from the aftermath that followed to live with some distant relative she'd met only once as far as she could remember. Having lost everything she ever knew and loved, she withdrew into herself. A shell of the girl she once was.

Now, years later, she's not much improved. She lives a highly sheltered life, one that follows a strict routine and schedule of school and rules; and she does what she can to never deviate.
