Lunar Dial: Equip item worn on the hands. Absorbs 50% of inflicted Pierce damage dealt to Shiina, for the duration of a battle. Takes a turn to activate, and can only be used during one battle each thread. Taking the shape of a small pocket watch, the Lunar Dial is held by a metallic chain that wraps around Shiina's left wrist like a bracelet, and slips into her sleeve when not in use. At any time, she can simply let it slip out, and it functions like any regular pocket watch. However, it has another extra button aside from the ones used to regulate its time, which is used to activate the supernatural shield it truly is.

—Strength Name: To Protect and Serve —Description: Though Cecilia may not be able to harm and damage her enemies, she can utilize her soulbound in other ways. If she guards her soulbound shield will increase her PEnd and MEnd by 20% for the turn.
—Weakness Name: Pacifistic —Description: Cecilia cannot and will not bring herself to harm a living being. The violence she witnessed during the Eternal Divide fucked with her developing mind to the point where the mere thought of hurting a living entity on any level or scale sickens her. As a result, she can never attack someone directly regardless of the circumstances. Her soulbound cannot be used to inflict damage, she doesn't get to carry a side-arm with her, her Persona can't use attack skills, she can't slap/punch/stab someone, etc. It doesn't matter if she's about to die or even if it means the downfall of the government -- she simply cannot bring herself to stain her hands with the blood of another. | ~TACTICAL SUPPORT~ - Support Mechanic:
With her Eye of Horus Soul Skill Susan can provide remote support from an individual marked with it. She has placed an Eye of Horus on Jackie, Cecilia, and Albrecht this topic. As long as those players are active in battle and not KO'd Susan can provide remote support and monitoring, if they are switched out or become KO'd she can no longer do so. - Eye of Horus:
Soul Skill Name: Eye of Horus Persona Name: Seshat Tier: Tier 2 Cost: 15 SP Type of Damage: Support Description: Susan can enscribe an Eye of Horus onto a person or surface, allowing her supernatural senses where she places it.
When placed on a person the Eye of Horus allows Susan to experience things that person sees or hears and can scan enemies just like Remote View. The key difference is that unlike Remote View which establishes a remote call between the team Susan can only communicate back and forth between whoever is marked. They also need to communicate to other teammates through Susan, as in they need to tell Susan to talk to other people, they cannot directly communicate with each other. When this skill is used in this way Susan communicates to others via sending words and information into their field of vision like a Heads Up Display, the other player must speak aloud to communicate back with Susan.
When used in a dungeon the Eye of Horus senses everything within line of sight in 6 spaces through sight and hearing.
When used in PvP she senses everything within line of sight and hearing of an Eye of Horuse when not placed on a person to a range of 3 meters for every 20 points in PMstr.
Susan can place one Eye of Horus for every 20 points she has in PMstr. If she places more she must choose which one is erased to support the new mark. An Eye of Horus lasts until the end of a topic. Susan can combine this skill with her Rewrite skill by adding its SP cost to place the hieroglyph at a touch and dictate how it appears.
Susan's body would not cooperate and her mind would not function, not after what she had remembered. It was a bitter pill to swallow, and her brain remained on a useless loop of the implications of what this meant. She had to understand it if she were to move forward. The horrible things she had experienced tonight may have been nothing new to her, if what she was remembering was correct. Or mis-remembering. This could be an illusion but it was no less terrible an assault on her psyche to show her such things. The timid woman stood frozen, cradling her gun to her chest as if it were a precious childhood toy that would protect her from the monsters that lurked under the bed, struggling to keep her breathing in check. It couldn't save her, of course. The monsters were in her head, and they may be churning deep within her soul. She did not know. There was no way to know which reality was correct. In times of great stress one always falls back on their basic instincts and training. As such, while the others would race to fight Susan would freeze and wished to run. ...but she was not alone in this struggle. Another entity was with her, one living inside her consciousness. The bandages slowly snaked around her wrists and neck, pulling taught to strangle her move her arms in the ready position on her weapon as Seshat's influence dulled Susan's mind into a protective numb and spoke of nothing but what could be proven real: facts. Facts and logic. "*hiii-hiii...! h-h-hi-URK!*"I will now speak and you will now listen. You're comrades are correct in their actions, you are not. Regardless of the meaning of this newly discovered information and what is correct the fact of the matter is that if you do not focus on survival you will die. It is incorrect to assume that this new data can be proven objectively true given that it has not been tested and there is nothing to compare it to. We have already established that the goal of this individual was to destabilize the operations team and you have allowed him to do so, because you cannot be objective in your reasoning. You are a failure and a liability. You have allowed emotions to cloud your judgement and for this you could have forfeited your own survival. Were you alone we would have been slain, you sought to outsmart this individual and have proven yourself irrevocably and objectively more unintelligent than he. Regardless of the connotations of such past events and their meaning we cannot provide rational analysis if you are dead.
You will now cease acting useless and perform your function. Susan adopted a thousand-yard stare and turned her eyes toward the ensuing fight, a pointless maneuver as she could actively already see through the eyes of her team. She remained behind with the waiting team in a vague ready stance to engage, however as she did so her mind would be working in overclock. Priestess Arcana: +5% to Tactical Support skills. Quick Reaction Force: The team who does not participate in battle. They standby at the ready; looking to switch out with their comrades when need be. Considering they are not participating in battle, and are on standby, there is no change in stats. When coming into battle, they can choose which role they wish to take. Those coming in from this role or leaving the combat zone to join this role will be completely open for attack, and will not be able to defend themselves. Their next turn, they will be able to take a proper turn of action in combat.
Strength: Professional Courtesy - Charm and Rage have their success rates lowered by 15% against Susan. Strength: I'm the One in Control! - Once per withdrawal from Persona Overdose Susan can choose the target of a skill she uses instead of rolling randomly. She makes this choice after rolling for her target. The skill is still rolled randomly like normal.
Weakness: Not According to Plan - Panic and Fear have an extra 15% chance to succeed against Susan. Weakness: Rip Off the Bandage - When Susan is suffering the negative effects after Persona Overdose she loses 10% of her total HP every turn. This damage can and will knock her unconscious if she isn't careful but it can't result in her death since her Persona won't willingly kill its host.

—Weakness Name: Pacifistic —Description: Cecilia cannot and will not bring herself to harm a living being. The violence she witnessed during the Eternal Divide fucked with her developing mind to the point where the mere thought of hurting a living entity on any level or scale sickens her.
