It was after his adventures in the mountains that the demon had returned to the theater looking around it with a hum of thought as he reflected on this place. When he first came here he was three beings - characters brought to life by some twisted deal he did not quite understand. The deal brought with it a demon that hung over the three making them afraid until finally one day, the core of the three decided to let the darkness in. The darkness sewed them together, gave them a new form both in and out of battle, made them one, and also it had freed the mind that once thought that its only purpose was to entertain.
This place and all its screens...They were boxes that the old him resided in and something that he could still used for revenue, but currently these boxes were making him unhappy. Since he had been awoken to this new state of being, he had been craving something more than entertainment art.
He craved data and an art form unique to himself. The frustration drove him to the mountains and now back with a clearer mind he began to consider revamping this place to divide it between his love for the more usual art and also the unusual art. Mix the two together perhaps and create a place that was truly him; however, he would be alone in his efforts and without a Muse he knew he would not last long. So what to do then? Sit and be frustrated? Give up art and just become a dull drone of the world? No! He would not do that. Could not do that. Instead, he was going to work through his frustration by trying a very experimental form of art he had never thought to touch before.
This particular art form rested in the science department and there was a high chance that what he was about to do could turn out quite disastrous; however, the artist liked the challenge posed by said art form and so shifting from his spot, he would move to very back of the theater where he had something peculiar awaiting him - a small fox black in color that he had found on his way out of the Mountain Dome. The creature was sick and dying, the only thing that kept it alive thus far was the fact the demon had picked it up and brought it here doing his best to keep it warm and living….only for him to do something potentially terrible to it. If this new art path failed he would kill it, but on the other hand if it succeeded….
The demon would step closer to the table the creature rested on wrapped in blankets trembling and taking in deep breaths. Being unafraid of getting whatever it had, the demon would reach out to stroke its head gently.
“Little One, I do not make promises I cannot keep, so I hope you forgive me for what I am about to do in my pursuit for art and knowledge. If I fail, I’ll be sending you to the other side forever, but if I succeed you’ll live though how much you will like that I will have to see,” he would whisper to the little creature, stroking its head fondly for a while longer and then when he was ready, he’d move away from the table to prepare himself to work with his new art piece.

A few moments later, the demon would stand before the well lit table dressed in multiple smocks, a pair of gloves, a mask, and goggles making him look like some twisted version of a mad doctor. A suitable fit for what he was going to do. Picking up a needle with some odd liquid in it, he would move over the now uncovered fox upon his table. Being gentle, he would insert the needle and then inject the liquid that would gently kill the little fox. He would give it some time to do its work and when that part was done? He would pick up the knife from the tray of things he had and then leaning over the still warm body, he would begin to work quickly to carefully take off the skin and then work his way through the body placing pieces he could reuse in a safe storage area and the piece too far gone in a trash pile. It would take him a good while to complete that task and then move onto the next. Taking the pieces he could use over to another section of the large room he was in. He would begin to sort and lay them out in a careful way setting up the structure of what he wanted, then using a combination of bones, machinery and flexible metal, he began to stitch his twisted creation together forming the skeleton of a strange creature that was animal like, but perhaps also human like too. He would get the structure done before carefully storing it away.
He would then work on the internal workings of the creature which would have a real heart, but would mostly be machinery. He work carefully to put the creation together and then worked to add it to the structure he had built. When he was done, he give the structure a test run happy to see things were reacting they way they should when charged with electricity and given a small bit of life. Mmm yes, yes. This looked wonderful indeed... well from a the perspective of the demon at least. To anyone else looking this thing was probably more horrifying than Frankenstein’s monster; however, once the demon had turned the creature off, he would set to work on the last pieces of the structure. He would work on the outside look. Using the skin and fur from before, he would carefully deconstruct the organic piece before using it along with other materials and bones to create a outer coating of fur and spines. Something that could be dangerous when threatened, but soft to the touch when safe.
It would take a lot of patience to get this part just right and then get said spread to fit perfectly to the structure of machine and living pieces. Fighting for a good while to get everything right, the demon would give the creature one more test run to make sure everything ran smoothly and the skin did not tear. When he was satisfied he would disconnect the structure from the test machine and being careful, he would add the core of the creature into it and seal it up well.
Once he was done, he would take the lifeless creature to the charging dock and plug it in to charge it. It would be approximately two days before he would see if the fruits of his labor were beautiful or rot.
So with some time on his hand, he would clean the room and dispose of the trash in the most environmental friendly way possible. The trash became dinner of course if it was something that did not carry something that would harm him that is. Following that, he cleaned the room of blood and once that was spotless, he would leave the room for the time being and wait out the time.

Within the first few hours, the recreated creature showed signs of life. It started to breathe as all its functions began to turn on and click to work together. By noon the next day, the creature seemed alive and well, but a small hiccup almost sent the project into the void. It took some careful adjusting to rebalance the process, but once it was done the creature stabilized and continue to get stronger and stronger as time went on. By the end of the first night, the creature was deemed fully living, but until it moved off the table of its own accord Devi would not see it as a success.
The creature stayed down for four days before the day came when Devi went to check on the creature only to find it siting up and waiting for him!
With glowing eyes, the creature would greet him with a cute little voice.
“Hello, master. How are you today?” To those words the demon would just grin a fangy grin. His hard work had paid off and now he not only had he saved a life and said living thing was taking well to it new body, but now he had his own living Muse to always look at when he was feeling like giving up in his line of work. How was he it had asked? Well he was feeling wonderful right about now as he approached his creation. He would call it Malaki and be sure to take good care of this most precious of art pieces.
- OoC:
From here on out Malaki is an NPC for Devi tha travels around with him, but it cannot be used dungeons within battles.
It is used for roleplaying purposes only. Its FC is Fe from the game Fe.
