| The Mountain Biodome did not like Dale. When he wasn't getting lost out in the cold, he was just getting lost. It was nice in here and all, but the dark shadows and twisting caverns played havoc with his danger senses...he was very glad right now for Chip and Enkidu. Resisting the very real temptation to walk around with his new...old...his appearing axe appeared, he crept around, until he stumbled on a recognisable face. ...and then, he hid. Maybe they'd know the way out...he could ask, but he didn't feel comfortable letting the grey junc-son know he was there. Not yet. So, he'd follow them instead. | |

| However it was that Dale found himself inside the mountain bio dome's caves was of little importance, the fact was he was here and so was Crow. The pair just so happen to meet at one of the many entrances slash exits of the cave system. Light poured in form above, but there was also the option of delving deeper into the cave system. | |

| Oh hey, light. These caves could honestly be confusing, in the way the entrances and paths could be so random. Maybe he'd find himself on the other side of the mountains without even knowing about it. Well, that would actually be a somewhat pleasant surprise, if nothing else. Crow would squint briefly against the pouring brightness, contemplating his choices. Eh, well if he was already lost, it wouldn't matter whether he got lost more before going out, right? Besides, he was looking for shiny rocks and stuff, and those were more likely going to be growing inside the cave over outside. Or he could peek outside later.
The Chimera man was somewhat distracted with his own lurking about, so as long as his new follower didn't go and show his face clearly, he probably wouldn't take notice just yet. For the time being, he'd decide to go in deeper, trying to see what he could find down in these dark rocky dumps.

| Creeping along, Dale hid behind the rocks as he followed Crow to the intersection of inside and out. The exit out of the cave system was a tempting thing, yes...but even if he left through it, he'd still be lost. He'd just be lost in the cold places rather than the...less, cold ones of the cave, without the means to navigate properly above. Besides...the junc-son wasn't going that way, so it clearly wasn't how they came in. As Crow makes his way deeper into the caves, Dale continues to follow out of sight, waiting for the one he was following to show him the way out of the biodome. | |

| The path leading further into the mountain began to sharply slope downwards, only getting steeper the further the unknowing pair traveled. Luckily the light from the entrance above would light their path, however it would not be long before they found themselves in darkness, unless of course they had a method to light the path. Should they continue down the path, however, they would reach a large open chamber. The chamber would be large enough to explore in any direction. | |

| Geez, was this place designed to kill people or something? It wouldn't hurt to have a less dangerous path available. But perhaps it meant there'd be something nice at the end with how troublesome it was to walk there? Though yeah, he did have a flashlight with him, cause cave exploring without any light was clearly a bad idea. Albeit how much would a little light help was a question of its own.
Crow would stop briefly when he finally stumbled upon a bigger 'room', so to speak, looking around from its entrance spot at first, before deciding to check it out more closely while he was there, starting from its right side.

| It was dark down here...really dark. Hard to see with so little light. Problem that it was, it helped in some ways. Easier to hide. More bold in the shadows, Dale clung less to the outcroppings he'd need to hide him in the light as he followed Crow, allowing the Chimera's flashlight to mark out his location to him. The ground wasn't the most even, but even in the dark, he found himself getting around well enough. He had that thing he stole for light if he really needed it. - Tracking (Should have been doing this before now):

| As crow continued deeper into the cave, he would eventually come across an an abandoned camp site... The tents left behind were faded and tattered, whatever had lived here was long gone by now. However some supplies and items did remain. Though with investigation came the chance of finding whatever caused this site to be abandoned int he first place... | |

| Well, tents or any living establishments were definitely among the last things Crow expected to find in the depth of the caves. People actually set up living places down here? It sounded rather uncomfortable of a home to have. Though, these appeared to have been left behind. "Hmm..." Yeah, well there could be plenty reasons for folk to decide to screw off elsewhere. Nevertheless, he did catch a glimpse of items and such, which made it a curious case. Most people would pack up their shit too, wouldn't they? Weird. Shrugging to himself, the Chimera man would opt to go take a closer look at the leftover supplies, somewhat interested in seeing why was this stuff still here. | |

| ...there was stuff here. Not what he'd been looking for, but...it was still good. Keeping a careful eye on Crow, Dale decided to be more bold here and come forth from his selection of hiding spots to approach the campsite and work through the supplies there for anything he could use. From time to time he would glance about, wary of his surroundings as he scavenged through the remains. - Tracking:

| Over a surfface level inspection, the camp site seemed to be simply abandoned, as if the inhabitants attacked by any manor of wild animal and had to just leave their gear here while they escaped. However, As Dale and Crow searched through the various tents, a disturbing pattern would arise. While most tents seemed to be ripped open or tatterd, there didn't seem to be any blood or remains. In addition, there didn't seem to be any signs of struggle or fighting, no strewn about items,no discarded food or abandoned weapons. Nothing. Most peculier, however, was in the center of the camp. Over a long sense burnt to ashes camp fire hung a pot of rotted soup, half cooked and utterly abandoned. | |

| Ripped apart, eh? Guess that meant people left because of some sort of a fight happening. Which would explain items being left behind carelessly. Crow would tap at his chin thoughtfully for a brief while, before being distracted by new movement meanwhile. He would turn his head, a sort of 'huh' expression on his face as he realized he wasn't alone. "I didn't know my company was sought this much.", he'd comment somewhat jokingly, recognizing the guy as the one he'd spoken to fairly recently. Should he be worried that he had been followed like that? Well, that was a thought, but it didn't feel like there was any danger to that...
...unlike when it came to the fact that something must have trashed this place, potentially recently, and could still be lurking about. Thaaaat, was mildly concerning...though, there didn't seem to be any suspicious noise that would indicate something being nearby right now. Hm. Walking around a bit, Crow would stop by the unfinished food, peeking at it a bit. Yeah, probably not safe to touch that. He would however shine his flashlight at the substance, a little curious about it.

| He'd been noticed...but they weren't doing anything, not yet. That worked for him at the moment. This was...this wasn't right, he knew it wasn't right. Things ripped up, damage clear...but nothing there. No stuff (which meant there was nothing left for him here to take), he couldn't see any people who had heard bad or anything that would have come from them being hurt... Just...that pot. Oh, how he wanted the food in there, he really did. But...it felt like if he went for it, he'd be attacked. And there was no way he was letting that happen. Dale's perfectly content to let Crow be attacked first as he looks into the pot, instead loading the rounds that he was so glad Enkidu provided now into his gun. Hiding away, Dale's eyes were on the surroundings as he held his gun in one hand and his axe in the other...waiting to get rid of whatever was waiting to attack so he could have that food. - Tracking:

| As Crow examined the pot, the smell or rot and decay would quickly overcome his senses. Not the mystic decay that came with corruption or His touch... the kind that came with a pot of soup that had been left on a dying fire for several days. A quiet, yet sharp and shrill roar would pierce the camp site. Echoing from far deeper within the caves. What ever it was was still a far ways away. The duo could spend more time checking the camp, see if there was something they missed, investigate the noise, or get out of dodge. | |
