Gabe would then tip his hat.

"Just because you want to follow another avenue of controlling the demons, doesn't mean that our current disagreement on a means to an end makes us adversaries. Freeing the city is the main point, we have two different ways to go about it, but as long as the government loses their foothold on the minds of the people, it's a success.  This might even work to our advantage, alternate terrorist hits that the government can't keep up with.  However, if demons like larsinny still exist....  maybe cooperation over subjection can bring about a probable outcome. I want to believe in the good in..... non-humans.... we once had a comrade that wasn't human who just perished. This is me keeping an open mind.....as much as i want to agree with you...   "

Deep down inside, Gabe was still hurt about the demise of his family due to demons, he needed this to be foolproof.

He still wasn't entirely sure about this...but right now, Cecil thought he'd heard enough.
"No." Cecil's helmet turns to look Skelter dead on. "Working under the assumption that this is, in fact, remotely possible, I still cannot agree with this. Not least because of your choice of methods." Cecil gestures outward with one hand. "I can't say I'm pleased with mass subjugation, even if the subjects of it do so happen to be demons. Especially since it is starting to appear that an amicable relationship with such beings might not be so unfeasible."

"It is not, perhaps, the easiest method. But when the call is for freedom, taking it seems in poor taste." Cecil drops his arm and shakes his head. "Your way might be effective, but I would rather not play the subjugation game, let alone with an opponent likely far more experienced in the field. If we're to work with demons, I'd seek cooperation over anything else. Let the Queen have her methods. Let us have ours."

"I won't oppose working with demons at all, if it's possible. Frankly, so long as I'm part of this establishment, it seems inevitable. But I'm afraid I can't agree with this."

As the conversation droned on, Ricky watched...Unsure of what to make of this situation to be honest, it was tempting to start disagreeing with this man given his points on applying murder and odd talk of overthrowing the queen with his methods....However a part of Ricky didn't want to disagree, this was the reality he was stuck inside of now. I barely know what's going on, I just came here because I was guided here tonight after a demon tried to kill me and a few others. Nothing seems right anymore with this city, and if I need to get my hands dirty just to keep myself alive then that's on me. The government's demons tried to sway us over to the side of the government.... Is it really wrong for us to try to subjugate demons of our own and use them against these guys? Ricky may not have known these people, or what was going down right now. Or the actual consequences of his actions at this point in time, but it seemed like a clear split was happening inside of this place and he wanted to be on the right side. Preferrably with someone who could help him figure out what was going on and not get himself killed..

This world was dangerous, it was quite cruel too with how easily Ricky and his companions could have died. Look, if you don't wanna join him. That's fine, everybodies got their own ways of life. To those of you who were with me when we got attacked by that demon though...You can't honestly tell me your not willing to take a chance right now with this guy right? He's our best bet at getting some answers, and not dieing....It was a attempted plea to those who had experienced the same situation Ricky had, being vulnerable, ready to die and almost ready to give up living. Not dieing at that moment presented a new reality to them they weren't aware of... We were about to die, or perhaps a fate worse than death. It doesn't surprise me this guys usin murder to get back at the government. You ever think what if he lost some allies of his own to these guys? I don't know what the government would do to us if we were caught right now either....If none of his words convinced any of them, he would only sigh in response.Hey your names sketler right? I get the feeling me n you are about to get along real well...Gervais said this as he turned over to Sketler.

This...was worse than it first seemed. It wasn't just subjugation. It was out and out murder, and it seemed they didn't even have reservations about it.
...it's strange how amicable he is about all this.
Still...for how little I know, there's no way I can agree with his plans. That much is clear.

Someone rushed in, and quickly agreed without knowing what they were agreeing to.
Then, a certain someone else spoke up.
Cecil turns to Ricky.
"I can honestly tell you that, and at this moment, I am doing so." He folds his arms. "We certainly don't know enough to say if he is our best shot at anything, and to assume so is rather rash. But more than that-" He gestures with one arm toward Ricky, hand open and palm up. "-this is not a matter of what has happened in his life to drive him to these things. There is still the threat of what becomes of us should we be taken by the government, but I refuse to let that sway my decision here. This is a matter of what we are willing to do."
His arms fall as a stern gaze falls on Ricky from behind the helmet.

"Morons, the lot of you...." Gabe would roll his eyes as he went over to the bar to pour himself a drink. He pretty much had it with the bullshit and didn't want to be bothered. However, the way that people were so ready to go with something, it disgusted him to a degree. "Believe in whatever you want, but killing is definitely the stepping stone of what really makes us out to be the monsters that society thinks of terrorist in the first place. Like you, i had no sort of aim or qualm besdes getting the power on a whim. But after the brainwashing and cannibalism, it's positive to say that the justice that we bring about to the district leaders is not our own. They should be judged by the people, brought about facts of what those employed by the queen are doing, possibly under orders, as well as the neutralization of their methods so that no other victims can be spawned from it. "

Looking at Reiji, Gabe would scoff. " It's a failure we all share, the ball was dropped, someone was sacrificed for it. Because of that, you assume pushing the reason and responsibility of that failure of someone else and joining with skelker will free you with any responsibilities you may have for your actions? Do you have any idea how naive that is? So what? become a murderer then?! Will that set you free?!"

Gabe was annoyed, but he figured his words won't reach anyone's ears at this point. " Demons were brought here without us asking, they were the cause of deaths of people that were important to me, but that shouldn't bring about blatant racism and slavery for our own cause. Are these demons the new jews now? Working together.. as equals..... that's the point here. It's not like other animals with us as the dominant species. Maybe not even in a harmonious term of them sticking around..maybe we find a way to send them home when all this is over. But a refusal to restore our former democracy in favor of a cesspool of demon filth will leave nothing more than death and despair in the streets. Fight for what you believe in, i won't fault you. But even if they deserve, i seek a fate worse than death..... the easy way out is a charity. "

Hearing all the goings on Unison looked up and then turned her head towards Skelter, "While I agree we should work with demons, we shouldn't look to subjugating them, we should be working with them in cooperation, as for killing...We don't see a reason to kill if it is not needed, once they lose their hold what power do they have then? what threat are they once their veil is thrown aside and the people see the truth?" she looked back down for a moment then shook her head "If this is your path you walk it without Us" she said simply.

She then turned to one of the new people that had come in, a man with with a mask that had a single eye on it "As for those that have lost comrades....We have just lost one, killed in our last attempt....however I refuse to stoop to the tactics that our enemies use, I refuse to subjugate others the way the government is subjugating the people and some demons, Larsinny here is a key example of a demon that wishes to help of his own accord, clearly there are others that would do the same, not acting the same as the government may draw more of the willing ones to us"



Zappa looked at the man and the others as the talk of working with demons was brought up, and as she stood there she was searching her data banks, the lone glowing eye behind her visor fixing on the little sheep like Larsinny a moment before looking to Skelter "Demons seem to not be the same as what I refuse...I see no reason to reject the aid of these creatures, however...as few have said...Cooperation not Subjugation...,you will proceed without me if this is your path..." she then turned to look at Ricky recognizing him as the one that was with them when her programming was awakened "I would urge you to reconsider, one that has no qualms about killing may carry the same feeling towards losing allies..."

Cecil sighs deeply, the sound reverberating slightly from his helmet. "...he's made himself explicitly clear. He believes that if anyone gets in his way, they will have to die. And he has no intention of wavering from that, no matter what anyone present has to say. I don't agree with his plans, but I can echo his sentiment - if you cannot accept killing anyone and everyone in your path, if you don't care for what he attempts to accomplish - if you cannot accept everything he has said for what it is - you should not stand by his side, because you will suffer if you do. That will be your fault, whether you get trapped in something you want no part of, or find yourself facing the inevitable consequences if you try to leave. From what I'm hearing, I don't doubt he'll not take kindly to 'deserters'."

Cecil looks over to Brittany, before turning to face Skelter. "You know, she isn't wrong. We don't need to outright be at odds with each other, even if we don't agree. But I remember your warnings, and they don't paint a pleasant picture. So, would you care to make things explicit for us before you leave?" His head tilts slightly, no visible expression except the impassive one of his helmet. "At what point are we against you, Skelter? Is it at the point we attempt to actively interfere with you? Or is it simply when we decide we don't agree with you? Just so we all know what we're getting into."
