Ankou:

Dressed in ragged red robes and a wide-brimmed hat, Ankou is a gaunt, skeletal figure of ephemeral form carrying an upturned scythe. His skin looks as if stretched far too thin, his hands are sharpened claws of bone, and if you look carefully, you can literally see right through him.
Under the shadows cast under his hat, all that can be properly seen of his eyes are a pair of little white pinpricks, cast on the world is if watching. Waiting.

Persona Background: Death's henchman. The graveyard watcher. The Ankou has a couple of titles to it. An Ankou is the lingering spirit of the last man to die in a year, tasked with guarding the graveyard, as well as the guidance, protection, and collection of the lost souls within his lands. There are many Ankous, each bound to a different space. And come the end of the year, each of them are finally released from their duties, permitted then to pass onto the afterlife as a new generation of Ankous take their place.

Fusion Attack: (The Ultimate attack between you and your Persona. When using this, your Persona gifts you with the capability of performing a powerful attack. However, once this is done you can not summon your Persona again for the remainder of the topic. The attack does Tier 3 amount of damage. If you're an Anti-Shadow Suppression Weapon this technique is replaced by your Orgia Mode. For more details on Orgia Mode, refer to the Character Types screen under Vital Information.)

Fusion Attack Name: Graveyard Conscription
Persona Name: Ankou
Type of Damage: Dark
Description: Headstones and grave dirt coat the area, and and Ankou appears nearby, riding a cart full of dead bodies. Spikes of bone emerge to impale the target, before Cecil takes Ankou's scythe in hand and cuts the target straight through with it. The bone spikes retreat into the ground, and if they died, the Ankou comes and collects the target's body. Ankou then drives off, with the enemy's corpse on his cart if they died.
Inflicts a large amount of damage 2 times to a single target, followed by a 20% chance of instant death to the target. (Instant Kill chance is unmodified, and can be boosted.)

Cost: 6 SP
Type of Damage: N/A
Description: The target's weapon becomes a ghostly version of its normal form, enhancing its power and changing its effect on those struck by it.
Target's DEX attacks deal Dark damage instead of their normal damage type for the duration of the effect. Lasts for 3 turns.

Most of your persona looks fine.

As for the fusion attack, specify if this is AOE or single target. Also it cannot strike 3x, at best it would be about 2x.

For your soul skill you can only turn someones Dex to deal dark damage, or increase their dexterity damage by 15% for 3 turns but not both effects.

Fusion Attack has been modified, and the 10% bonus to DEX damage on the Soul Skill has been removed.
