Persona Appearance: Standing at 210 cm, Lockhart has an iron mask that is broken into several pieces that fit into his face, all while hiding everything save for its red eyes. His clothing resembles the sort used by a regular ringmaster, but with a purplish tint to it. His wings seemingly are comprised of a great number of metallic plates kept together that link into his back. His knees and feet are protected by leg-guards that end in needle-sharp heels. He also holds three metallic circles in his hands, which are used as mediums for his magic.

Persona Background: George Claude Lockhart was the greatest ringmaster of all time and it was him who introduced many of the tropes associated with ringmasters, such as their distinctive red clothing, the gloves and the habit of smoking cigars during the performances and so on. It relates to Katsu as they both are linked to creating things (Lockhart in circuses and Katsu in regular art) as well as slightly hinting to Katsu's nature as a practical joker, since jokes, just like the circus, are meant to bring joy and entertain people.

Description: When the attack is started, Katsu begins to float just a little above the ground. Then a giant tornado appears and envelops Katsu, around the time where a Fire explosion sets the tornado ablaze, while also giving the impression of curtains closing at the final of a theatre play. Then, a huge explosion occurs, damaging the enemies with elemental damage of both Fire and Wind.

Description: 10% (20% with single target skills) chance of inflicting a burn ailment with each agi skill used. Not effective against opponents that are strong/block/ etc fire. Takes 15% of total health off the opponent each turn, for three turns. Can be put out by a bufu skill used on self that matches tier. Effects do not stack

Persona looks good, very creative too. Just one thing to note.

With your Fusion Skill Applause, Applause it can't be a multi-hit for T3 damage. If you want it could be one big attack that's Fire/Wind and hits everyone, bear in mind that if one of the elements is Reflected, Absorbed, or Blocked the whole attack is Reflected, Absorbed, or Blocked. You'll need to edit the wording to make it clear the attack is Fire/Wind if that's the way you wanna go.
