Fried Frog Legs [Morning; Frog x Hono]

Frog was minding his boring everyday school business per usual. He went from class to class, casually chomped on a sandwich, lazed around, argued with teachers giving him homework, etc. Everyday stuff.

He wanted to see if Brit was around, and her one trait he knew he could trust was her pink hair. And a bundle of pink hair caught his eye in the hallway. It had two pigtails....which was weird for Brit, but he supposed she had just changed up her style a bit for the day. She was a model, after all, or something. She must've been great at that.

Frog walked up to Hono from behind, raising his hand when he realized the girl's height was totally off and not Brit at all. He blinked and shrugged. Oh well. "Yo, sorry, I thought you were someone else." He said to Hono.

Hono was looking through her bag, she had many papers from drama club, what a clutter, though he dug through her bag pulling out her cell phone. She began to text her mother, she was important to her. She and her mother exchanged worlds for about 10 minutes. She then slid her phone into her pocket, then adjusting her pigtails putting them back in place.

After walking down the hall the girl's mother began texting her some more. She was looking down walking forward as she heard someone sneak behind her, quickly pressing her phone against her chest giving a little yelp of fear. "D-Don't sneak up on me like that!" She scalded Frog her cheeks a bit red from embarrassment.

"Yeesh!" Frog stepped back as the girl turned around and started screeching about him sneaking up on her. "Hey, I didn't sneak up on you. I just thought you were someone else." He retorted, crossing his hands with a frown, while his lips formed a pout. This made him look more goofy than angry or anything else, to be honest.

This girl's reaction was overexaggerated. She made him feel guilty even though he knew he'd done nothing wrong to her. Maybe she'd been doing something on the phone? She seemed to be protective of it, and Frog quickly pulled his eyes away from the phone when he saw what it was being pressed against. "Anyways, I'm Frog, a senior here. Sorry to bother you, really. I didn't mean to startle you."

Hono saw Frog as a rather goofy looking kid, she began chuckling a bit. "Don't be so upset!" She said fixing her hair pushing a few strands out of her face. "Frog..." She tilted her head. "...Interesting name..."

The girl simply looked at him. She studied his body. "Who did you think I was?" She gave him a smile."I'm Hono!" She told the upperclassmen. She then glanced down, the two women were discussing dinner plans. She typed back but kept glancing up at him. "Sorry, I'm making plans with my mother..." She said softly.

Frog was surprised at the girl's sudden mood change, but it was for the better so who was he to complain. Scratching the back of his head, he glanced over at her. "Yeah, it's short for Frogerio, but people just call me Frog." He said. "Anyways, I thought you were a friend of mine, yeah. She has similar pink hair like you do."

Hono wasn't a less, er...'interesting' name to Frog, really, if you asked him. He'd never even heard of a name like that, so maybe it was foreign or something. He shrugged when she mentioned making dinner plans with her mother. "Not a problem, feel free to do whatever you want. Besides, I'm the one intruding." Now, he wasn't sure whether to leave or not, so he stayed in place and kept just standing there in silence.
