Standing at 5'8" and weighing 150 lbs, Milton has a synthetically light complexion free of blemish save for a few scratches on his shoulders. With natural brown hair fitting his previously human form and dark brown eyes, Milton's wardrobe is commonly a short-sleeved shirt, his dark green coat, and white scarf. Due to the nature of his body construction, he wears this wardrobe year round, undaunted by the temperature. The words "NLP-12-5" are tattooed onto his back in dark black print.
Should he require more protection, his body sheds the human skin to reveal his metal body, infused with blue electrical veins and nanomachine mesh to modify the weight and protection of his outfit for the situation.
Personality: Carrying over most of his personality from his time as a human being, Milton is fairly quiet around unfamiliar people, preferring to observe how they act towards others before engaging them in conversation. The artificial intelligence integrated with his knowledge and personality infused him with a strong sense of purpose, making him fairly goal-driven and focused on balancing logic and emotion when considering solutions.
His previous job as an psychologist gave him a thirst for understanding the human mind, giving him an attentive ear and a desire to seek answers above all else. His searches, however, often result in him pushing people's buttons and unintentionally provoking them as he attempts to understand their reason and emotions.

Even when separated from his world, he strives to understand the human mind, especially on the topic on dream analysis.

—Description: For professionals on the caliber of psychologists and doctors, information is essential to treat the conditions of their patients. While Milton means well, he does tend to ask a lot of questions that can prod into the more fragile parts of a person's mind and past. If he's not careful, he could harm or simply anger his patients or simply someone willing to lend him an ear.

—Description: Due to his nanotechnology being directly controlled by his power core, sustaining a critically damaging hit can decrease the power output to his nanite mesh armor. This can leave his ability limited for a while until his core can restore to regular functioning power.
If Milton is hit by his weakness or sustains a critical hit, the percentage boost instead becomes a decrease by the same amount (15% boost becomes -15% decrease) for the next turn. The percentages are locked into the boost from the previous turn.

Weapon Name: Zeroedge Blade
Weapon Description: A specially crafted blade made for Mekor soldiers, this blade is 5 feet long, can be folded and collapsed into a foot long razor edge cutter held around the handle, and weighs a mere 5 lbs. The edges are sharp enough to pass through the thinnest cuts and entrances, earning its moniker as a "Zero Edge" weapon. Milton has taken to calling it "Gale".

Side-Arm Name: Nanovolt Repeater
Side-Arm Description: A 3lb, 10 inch long blaster produced by Mekor military for the use of soldiers and high-ranking members of society for defense. These handheld weapons are often set to fire three shot bursts in quick succession, modified to deliver nonfatal electrical rounds to disable foes or fatal rounds meant to pierce through armored opponents. For the 2nd generation models, these blasters can also derive power from the soldier's nanomesh suit, charging up more power by borrowing from the user's core.

History: Milton's home world of Orbis Centra is composed of 4 major continents surrounded by a multitude of islands and thin strips of land that connect the three nations. On Orbis Centra, the existence of an unnatural energy source resembling the fictional energy known as mana popped up in deposits around the continents.
Between the nation of Blume, which used the mana deposits to enhance wildlife and crops and develop races enhanced with animal features, the sprawling mechanical cities of Vel Mekor, who use mana to enhance technology to take advantage of magic attributes such as elemental control, and the scattered villages and workshops of the Taikus civilization, who harness mana in its natural form to perform magical spells and perform major feats of alchemy, war and collaboration cycle from decade to decade as the nations attempt to demonstrate the power of their creations to each other and control more mana engines and sources.
Milton Oak was born on December 5 one year after the last major war to Garret and Vivian Oak. Here, Milton spent his younger years traversing the vast woodlands with the other children, enjoying the company of people, animals, and the beings that bridged the gap. His closest friend was Anni Perch, a young girl with 25% avian heritage. Due to her lineage, her arms are lightly feathered but thin and weak, leaving Milton to watch over her.
One day, at 13 years old, Milton and his friends were playing in the center island, an expansive park area with shops from all the different nations when squadrons of black armored soldiers stormed the island, explosive shells shattering buildings and citizens alike. Milton was gravely injured, fortunate to be one of the few survivors of the attack, and carried off by first responders from the Vel Mekor central city Lumis with Anni. The parents were notified and provided housing in Lumis as the survivors underwent emergency treatment.
What they hadn't expected was the discovery of a man-made virus among the survivors. Even after the physical wounds of the survivors were treated, this virus targeted the veins that carried natural mana throughout the body, decaying the physical stability of their bodies bit by bit. Milton and Anni watch in desperation as their bodies were replaced by machine piece after machine piece.
Eventually, the virus seemed to run its course as their bodies became fully mechanical, the only organic parts of their bodies remaining being their brains, outfitted with an artificial intelligence system to operate their new bodies. Milton was given the identification NLP-12-5 and monitored by head psychologist Dr. Meli Klein to ensure they could adapt to their new bodies. They went through physical drills, psychiatric evaluations, and tune-ups for 2 years until the day Junction arrived in their world. Junction swallowed up a good chunk of Lumis, taking with it pieces of the residential district, the Mekor Gen Labs, where NLP-12-5 was born, and a few business buildings.
Stuck in an unfamiliar place with his parents, Anni, and Dr. Klein, Milton found himself in a world of new curiosities, new brains to pick, and perhaps the answers to the human condition he had longed for. While he would silently regret that he could never see the green lush wonders of his home, he looked forward to every new day he could live in the universal cluster that was Junction.
