Having heard some people in the slums mention a large gathering Tiny Tin had decided to check the proceedings, and so he traveled up to the top ward, exploring the grounds and habitually fixing things he found that needed repair, though that was few and far between "They must have more units here to devote to Maintenance" he said to himself as he walked around, simply taking in the sight, it was a different kind of celebration then he had seen lower down, and it seemed everyone from everywhere was allowed here, he wasn't even stopped when he walked in, unlike some places that for some reason he was not allowed.

But that wasn't something eh dwelt on, in stead he simply continued to walk around the grounds looking for things to repair, and taking in the sights, "Perhaps next time...Recharge can accompany me?" he said to himself as he walked

"Aaaah! This place is so cool! Wait, I need to be serious. Okay, Chatnoir. Focus."

The cat eared boy would say with a nod of his head. He'd focus on his surroundings for a moment before taking out what looked like a small hand mirror. He didn't really know what to do at the current moment, but he had to make sure everything was okay here. It was important! So with a quick smile into the mirror, he'd pocket again before the shadow like being that accompanied brushed against his waist. He'd look up and over to the direction he was pointed in. A maintenance robot? Ah, perfect!

"Aaah! Hey! Mister robot! Wait up! I have a question for you!" he'd call out before sprinting over to the robot, a happy face accompanied by the horrific visage of the shadow being that followed him. Really, most would run for him but he doubted a robot would! H-Hopefully... Eh heh...

Tiny Tin continued to wander the place, until the voice of someone rang out calling for a robot to stop, being the only robot around the small robot turned to the boy and waited for him to get closer, watching him for a moment before nodded to him to show he knew he was coming to speak with him, he did notice an odd shadow thing near him, however his time in the slums had shown him all manner of things down there and he wasn't about to open fire or assume it was evil, he simply assumed it was another of the odd mutants that the City allowed in, Tiny Tin waved to them with his rather large hand and spoke "Greetings citizen how may this unit be of service?"

Oh, it talked? Wow, neat! He expected some kind of binary code or something... Well, whatever! No matter! With a small skip forward, he'd look at the robot with a grin before realizing he was supposed to be serious. So with a huff, he'd put on a more serious look before leaning in close to the robot, the shadow seemed... Less than amused by this display. If it could roll its eyes it probably would.

"I am an investigator, mister robot! I was going to ask you if you have seen any unsavory types here... I would hate to see the fair grounds get all messed up!" he'd say with a nod of his head, a pout escaping him as the shadow nudged his neck. He'd turn around to look into the distance. Nope, didn't really see anything of note...

"A-Anyways, it is my job to make sure everything runs smoothly, like a smoothie! Yeah... That was a good alliteration, huh? B-But, anyways, I just wanted to check up! Make sure everything is fine on your end!" he'd say with a charismatic smile, he seemed rather excited to be here. Perhaps his first time on the field? Nevertheless, he'd wait for a response.

"O-Oh shoot! The time! Hey, sorry about this but I got to go... Um, hey, here is a cat to keep you company! It was nice talking to you!"

And with that Chatnoir would bound away from the robot, a cat jumping out from a nearby box and mewing up at the robot. It seemed it would stay here for the time being... Maybe the robot could strike up a conversation with it? It was hard to say, but it seemed content with laying there.

Tiny Tin looked at the youth a moment but as he talked he seemed to be rather distracted, and as the machine was ready to answer, the boy was off again, and so Tiny Tin was ready to leave as well, however the mention of the cat made him look down at the kitten and he waved to it gently, it was also a citizen of the city so it fell into his parameters to take care of it, and it seemed to have no home "Greetings small creature, it would appear as you have no owner, as this unit does not have the means to care for you It will help you to look for one that can..." he said as he reached down and gently pet the kitten, before placing it back in the box after checking that it was clean he then started to walk with the box held in one hand as he changed from fixing to aiding a citizen.
