Aliases: Repair (his home world) "Tiny Tin" (Junction)

Evoker: Spirit Circuit Board - Servobots where created to be subservent to humans, however programming can create odd quirks after lone years of function far past the original expiration date of the unit, this has manifested in "Tiny Tin" as what could be called a analog to a human soul, where reserves of willpower are stored int he machine for use in dire moments, the activation of the circuit is the acknowledgment of the unit that things must be done that are outside it's normal parameters, where it steps beyond it's code and moves closer to being alive on activation.

Part/Full Time Job: City Maintenance (any time of the day)

Appearance: "Tiny Tin" has a small body, only standing 3 feet 5 inches tall, his body is boxy in design, his head is actually situated low on his torso near his waist, A single green eye take up the majority of his "face" which overall the head has a dome shape around the top and flattens at the bottom where the jaw is. While he does have a mouth he doesn't need it to move to speak as he has several speakers to project his voice from if required, though he tries to speak from his mouth if possible to fit in.

Just above his head in a separate casing is a light projector, used for holographic displays as well as simply shining light, however it is also connected to his communications system and can be used to give a Holographic representation of who he is talking to if they have a similar device, however this system only operates in the basic primary colors, of which "Tiny Tin" seems to prefer blue.

His arms connect to the middle of the side panels of his box like body hanging down quite a ways, nearly brushing against the ground when he walks. hydraulic powered muscles and joints keep him mobile and his two jointed arms end in large hands that hide the dexterous abilities of them.

his legs are short and stocky, giving him a steady base, but an awkward gait, however this doesn't seem to limit his mobility, the legs have a knee and hip joint as well as the feet being four large "toes" pointing in four different directions, each with two joints each allowing better stability on uneven ground.

The large boxy body of "Tiny Tin" has a large set of thrusters on the back, taking up the majority of the space there, as well as a few directional Verners on the body. on the top of the body near the front are two large but robust antenna, on the sides of the body above the shoulder joint of the arms appear to be handles which also appear on his upper arms.

The entire body of "Tiny Tin" is scarred from years of service, pitted and cracked in places, while what seems to be some form of oxidization is on some small points of his body, the paint job is weathered and beaten, flaking off in some places, or burned near the thrusters, half worn warning labels adorn several parts of the servobot, to worn to be legible anymore, even notes of crude repairs and jury-rigged mending jobs can be seen all over the bot.

However Scratched into the side of the machine are the words "Tiny Tin" which seems to have been well taken care of and even cared for being the only area on the bot that seems to see regular cleaning.

Personality: "Tiny Tin" seems rather nice and helpful, having programming that makes him want to be of service to people in general, this is due to where he was created and what his creation was for, including his entire line of production units, that being the protection of humans and the inhabitants of the city he was created in, a calling that he does in the manner in which he was equipped for, Maintenance and the like. He tends to talk in mechanical terms due to his programming, attributing mechanical terms to people, places, and things that are not mechanical, as this is his best way of communicating.

He is a devout follower of his program as much as possible, even overriding other programming to preform his main duty, protection, Though he has noticed the tendency of the people around him to self destruct, which has only caused him to double his own efforts to continue his work, to make things better for the ones he sees self destructing the most often. in a bit to prevent the loss of the lives he is programmed and desires to protect.

Strength Name:Mechanically Able
Description: Being a Maintenance Servobot "Tiny Tin" is quite knowledgeable in systems and mechanical topics and items, able to scan, find issues with, and repair such devices, quickly and efficiently.

Strength Name: Built in tools
Description: As he was designed for this work "Tiny Tin" has all the equipment he requires built into his body, meaning he is never without the proper tools for a mechanical job.

Strength Name: Limited flight
Description: Using the thrusters on his body "Tiny Tin" is able to sustain temporary flight for five minutes, he is even able to carry two fully grown humans, however this extra weight severely shortens his flight time to one fourth what it normally would be.

Strength Name: known in the slums
Description: Due to all his time spent in the slums "Tiny Tin" is well known there for his helpful nature, many people apparently familiar with the outline and lights of the little robot, this gives him more positive reactions there then anywhere else in the city.

Strength Name: Built in Comm unit
Description: "Tiny Tin" has a built in comm unit allowing him to communicate with people over long distance using this device even allowing for sending of information packets through the comm if required, such as camera feed, scanner readouts, and audio.

((Racial Strength: This is where you put any special powers that your race is capable of. This area is where your character truly comes alive. Things such as flight, shape shifting, or anything else your race can do is put here. This strength will be heavily scrutinized to ensure balance.)

Racial Strength Name:Hard Case
Description: Being a robot "Tiny Tin" has increased physical damage (+15%), and resistances (10 Pend increases every 10 HP rather then 12 HP) as well as a 5% resistance to all status affects


Weaknesses: (You must have the same amount of weaknesses as strengths. These weaknesses pertain to you and not your Persona. IE: Physically Weaker, lack of attention span, etc.)


Weakness Name: Unknown with medicine
Description: Being that he was built for Maintenance "Tiny Tin" has no experience with medical abilities, making him unable to care for wounded efficiently, while able to preform simple first aid, there is very little else he is capable of, while he can fix and know the function of medical equipment, he is incapable to do the same tasks.

Weakness Name: Unknown in the other districts
Description: While "Tiny Tin" is well known in the slums, he is all but unknown anywhere else, this makes it harder for him to communicate with other inhabitants in the other sectors of the city due to him easily being identified as a slum dweller

Weakness Name: Self Maintenance
Description: Due to the fact that the only people that know how to properly repair "Tiny Tin" are himself and his "brother units" this has left "Tiny Tin" in a position of doing only self repair work, meaning sometimes his mechanical systems jam, there is a 15% chance that any built in tool he tries to use will jam and not work until he repairs it (can happen in same thread but requires other tools to be used which all trigger the same chance)

Weakness Name: Fuel recharge rate
Description: Due to his limited flight capabilities "Tiny Tin" requires fuel Luckily his internal reactor creates more fuel for him to use for flight, the bad new is that for the five minute limited flight time he has it takes half an hour to regain one minute of flight time.

Weakness Name: Reactor cooling
Description: While normally a robot doesn't require rest "Tiny Tin" has only the most basic place to stay, and a slow recharging main reactor at his home this forces him to go into a dormant state to recharge and takes several hours, essentially forcing him to sleep like a normal biological creature once every three days.

Racial Weakness Name: Magic is not Plug and play
Description: Not having a "true" soul "Tiny Tin" is incapable of using magic (only physical skills) any magic must be used by their demon ally, as well as decreased resistance to magical attacks (Mend increases with every 14 SP rather then 12) he also has a reduced SP pool of 15%

Soul Bound Weapon: (This is the weapon you'll be able to summon to your hand while in combat. This weapon is special for your character specifically and allows you to fight Shadows and Demons without the need of summoning your Persona. This can be anything but a Gun (Or gun related weapon))


Weapon Name:Rumble Fist
Weapon Description: The two hands of "Tiny Tin" rather large for his body size they measure roughly a foot thick, by a foot and a half long from palm to finger tips, made of a special alloy that is resistant to acid, heat, radiation, and cold, designed for hard labor and they are far more dexterous then many would assume. their secondary function is as the units primary weapon system.

Side-Arm Weapon:

Side-Arm Name: Rivet Cannons
Side-Arm Description: the Rivet Cannons are small rivet guns on the finger tips of "Tiny Tin" used for maintenance and construction, however when required to operate it's secondary function of combat, the output can be increased to have them fire their super heated rivets as a volley of projectiles.
Side-Arm Image: (Not necessary)
Side-Arm Attack Type: Gun
Side-Arm Style:Shotgun - Scatter Shot - Accuracy is decreased by 30%. Consumes 3 types of ammo at once to fire -must be same type of ammo. Can shoot all enemies with one attack.



The Background
 


History: Rumble Unit Number: Omega-5, was built by the Terra Preserve Corporation to repair, maintain, supply, and protect the floating city of Ark-1. After the inhabitants of the planet had basically nuked the hell out of their own world, the surface a radioactive wasteland where human and most other forms of life could no longer survive.

RUN 0-5 was one in a series of Units designed for this task, his "Sibling" units were all assigned to the same squad, all of them being some of the most advanced Servobots of their time, their basic code names where how they Identified each other, and it was this group that would go down to the surface to collect resources, and check the radiation levels year after year. As well as protect the city from Mutant attacks along with other Servobots in the city.

His other siblings, much like himself, were given basic code names, Leader was designed as a command unit, to give orders and help the group function as one, Lander Was designed to be their transport and for fast attack and recon, Gunner was designed as their main weapons platform, and Recharge was designed to be their mobile supply depot and resource collector, while Repair himself was the groups "medic" and close combat unit. Each was also designed for combat in the event of Mutant encounters while on the surface.

For years the "sibling" unit was sent on missions for resources, interception of hostile mutants heading for Ark, and doing maintenance on the energy collectors and the radiation dampeners that were left on the surface, the radiation on the surface could be converted into cleaner energy through the use of the two in tandem, however the process was slow, but in time it could potentially make the surface habitable again, that was the missions of the Ark's to hold life till that time.

However the devices were often attacked by mutants and other creatures that fed off the ambient energy, and they needed constant protection and maintenance.

During this Time Programming quirks started to develop in the Servobots, personalities started to arise in each one, normally they would be put in for memory erasure and reprogramming to keep the quirks from corrupting the programming, however rather then send them off, the woman responsible for maintaining the group, passed on false reports of no quirks ever being present. She was persuaded by the outstanding results the group always possessed, never having taken any Losses in any of their missions, not once had they left a "sibling" unit behind if their systems were that badly damaged. when reviewing the data of the combats she could see they would fight all the harder when one of the unit fell, almost like a human Unit of fighters. So she wanted to see what this would foster.

It was during one of these maintenance missions that the "sibling" unit ran into overwhelming numbers of Mutants.

Gunner took up a defensive position even as Leader commanded the rest to positions, Repair falling back to the main machine along with Repair, while Lander and leader took up position near Gunner to act as fire support for the big gun. the construction of the fortress like building helped the Unit countless times, however this time they were against numbers they had never seen before.

Never before had so many Mutants come to a location before, even attacks on Ark-1 had been smaller then this, and as the units set up their defense Leader turned to them all "the Mutants are coming...I don't think we are going to survive this one...But we will Finish the Mission....the Ark needs the energy collected here...it's the largest reserve of energy it will be getting for the next ten years...Lander...we will fight to give you and Recharge an exit...Repair go with them, we need to be sure they make it back.."

The group didn't put up any arguments, Though Repair didn't like this Idea one bit, it was clear that Lander and Recharge didn't ether. Lander did however speak up on something else "Okay...but we are coming back for you two...even if it's just the shells....okay?"

both Recharge and Repair nodded to this as Leader nodded as well "Agreed"

Just then the proximity alarm on Gunner activated "Get your weapons ready...we have company!".

What followed was a harrowing battle, all the while Repair was forced to watch as his three siblings fought the enemy at the gates, while he had to protect Recharge while she transferred the energy to her systems for transport to Ark-1.

He had to stand by as Leader Ordered him to stay back even as his arm was ripped from his body. He couldn't run forward and do his programmed duty even as he watched a mutant rip the legs off of Gunner, but still the two fought on.

And finally Lander was given the order as recharge filled her tanks and the three of them headed out all while Leader and gunner continued the fight.

Days later what was left of the unit returned, to find the damaged remains of the two "siblings" collected and returned to the city Repair spent days painstakingly reassembling them and doubling checking their systems, piecing together his two "older brothers" as he finished there was a collision warning and before he knew it the entire section of Ark-1 that he was in was plunged into darkness and he shutdown suddenly.

Several Years later Repair reactivated, in the damaged and partially destroyed hanger that they used for their unit, as he stepped outside the wreck he looked around and seen a sight he had never seen before, a huge city now lay around the place. Returning to the hanger he found the disassembled remains of Lander and Recharge, the damaged and unused shells of Gunner and Leader, and the robot did the only thing he could think of....he started to build.

It took months of work months of looking through the city and finding unused scrap, and then building a more secure hanger to live in, without the needed parts he couldn't rebuild Recharge but his "sister" found new life as the reactor of the new hanger, her systems seemingly able to process something in the air into useable energy for himself and the other units.

Lander's main core had been taken, but it had a tracker, and Repair vowed to find him, and bring him back to his now repaired body.

however Gunner and Leader were problems, as he was repairing what he thought was them, he learned were only empty shells, the two still read as functional, however they were on minimal operation, no higher functions had been activated, and worst of all, his scanners were not strong enough to find them without a protracted search.

After he finished building his new home, he scanned the place he was in, only then was he struck with confusion, this place...registered as Ark-1, and his internal clock informed him of how much time had passed. Seeing this information he came to a simple conclusion, he was in Ark-1 still, and what ever had happened had taken him and his "siblings" out of action for a very long time, perhaps Leader and Gunner had been recommissioned? ether way Repair had started to resume normal operations, maintenance and defense of the citizens, though it seemed that now even mutants were allowed in the city.

Eventually RUN O-5 ran into a woman that needed a home, she helped him with repairs to himself and even gave him a name when he found that his memory unit was missing information, she scratched the name into his side, "Tiny Tin" a name he carried with him happily, it made him feel..complete..and as the years passed and she passed on, he kept the name etched into his side clean and maintained as honor to her.

So now the small Servobot wanders the city that he thinks is his home, following the duty that he was programmed with, all the while the quirks in his programming grow as he searches for his lost siblings, and the means to restore his other sibling to a body.
