Each Soulbound Weapon in Junction comes equipped with one to three Node Slots, with two being the default and the rest depending on if you take relevant strength/weakness. These Strengths and Weaknesses will affect how nodes interact with one another! From what tier node you can equip to how it affects the party, possibilities are endless. Now you may be asking yourself what these nodes will do. Nodes will add passive or active boosts, change attack types, or add other uncategorizable effects to your character as a whole! ”However, a fair warning to all newcomers to our city, the Forest dome is home to many different plants and fungi from across the multiverse. As such it is rather hazardous to consume, and all lifeforms are discouraged from doing so, especially mushrooms. There is no telling what kind of ROGUE havok that may wreak on your body. Some adventurous people decide to try a few to see what strange, out of this world highs they can send themselves through. However some of these mushrooms mutate when Junction Jumps, giving them a whole new wacky effect. To anyone hoping to play a Rogue in junction, bare this in mind.”

”Speaking of new classes, introducing the Demon Manipulator class. Each possessing a powerful ally known as a Coordinator, the Demon Manipulator is a master at taming demons to do their bidding and using their abilities to their own disposal.

Coordinator’s are the third form of the mind’s self. Where Shadows and Demons form from the Id, and persona form from the Ego, Coordinator’s form from one’s Superego, the portion of the psyche that grows over time, learning from the actions, experiences, and mistakes of others. This being and its connection to others is what allows the Manipulators to persuade Demons into doing their bidding.

A Demon Manipulator can only ever have one additional demon alongside their Coordinator at any one time, but they can try to tame a new demon once every battle to switch out their tamed demon. These demons tamed will start off small and not know many skills, but are a constantly adjustable addition to your moveset. To tame a demon they must go through a successful negotiation after downing the demon via a crit or hitting their weakness. There are two different styles that Demon Manipulators use the power of the demons they tame, some choose simply to call out the new found demon themselves to fight alongside them whilst others have their Coordinator drain the essence from the tamed demon, allowing them to use their powers as their own for as long as their master keeps a hold on them.”

First, characters can both join the city from any of the nearly infinite worlds it has visited, or be born in the city.
