For the two Erisian Wild Cards, time would appear to stop during their harshest battle yet, their bodies stopping completely with them as their minds were dragged off to a place outside the boundaries of dream and reality, mind and matter... they would not need to worry about their fight, as something told them that this visit would be brief and needed to be brief.
Upon opening their eyes, they sat upon a translucent glass floor, hovering over what appeared to be a blazing supernova beneath them, igniting the emptiness of space with a red and orange tinge. They would not be harmed, however, as this was merely the mental space of the person sitting in front of them both, his arms crossed over his reclining form. The figure of the God was somehow far clearer than before as his golden attire was replaced by a simple labcoat framing a blue dress shirt and navy tie. His khakis and dress shoes gave him the look of an experienced scientist, young though he seemed, and his usual cockiness was replaced by a seriousness befitting the human Zant Tabber. In Danielle's eyes, he bore a striking resemblance to her friend Kalyan, though the differences upon closer inspection were noticeable.
"You all made it here? Wonderful. I will make this quick; the way to Erisia cannot stay open for long. The creature you're fighting inside the Core isn't the only one of its kind, nor is it contained simply to inside the Core itself. It's spreading, to other worlds, even. As we speak, they attempt to invade our Universe... and my presence hinders the solution."
From Danielle's right, a familiar voice spoke up.
"You're saying we need to leave." Kalyan looked at his predecessor with suppressed anger, the wisdom he bore above his years reflecting the apprehension to strike out at the God.
"not at all, he's just saying he needs to go." From Samael's left, Dio replied with an intrigued look on his face and a goofy smile on his lips. "it's about time you closed the way, right? you think dani and sammy will be alright if they don't come along?"
"I can't tell you with certainty. If you wish to stay, I won't stop you, but the Monado's presence cannot remain in this Universe. If you stay, I will have to revoke my blessing from you; but rest assured, you will still be able to fight with your own powers, the bonds and masks you've gathered up until now. As I said, I will make this brief. Do you wish to return with us to defend Erisia, or do you wish to stay and help resolve this problem at its core? I will do everything in my power to attempt to return you to our Universe, but I can make no guarantees." Zant's words seemed solemn, and judging by Kalyan's and Dio's faces, incredibly serious as well. One who bore the knowledge of the Monado, and the other who retained Zant's very own memories...
"I'll go back. I can't leave Eirini to fend for itself without my help." Kalyan closed his fist and stared at Danielle. If she wished to stay, he wouldn't mind, he understood wholeheartedly if she wanted to help this world in their trials... but a part of him wanted her to come with him.
"euny's coming too, isn't she... the way she is now, i need to go to keep her safe. i feel sorry for the guys in these azores, but it's just how it's gotta be." He shrugged and looked towards Samael curiously. He didn't need to come either and frankly Dio wasn't about to give him a suggestion... but having both the Wild Cards help defend their world was an advantage.
"What is your choice?"
~ QAS ~
>Stay and help the Azores, but lose The Universe in the process.
>Return to Erisia and help defend it against Fragments spawned from the Core.
Danielle and Samael may respond differently...

Danielle blinked when time suddenly stopped. What was going on? Everyone except herself, Dio, and Samael seemed to be completely frozen. Even the abhorrent evil seemed to have halted it's movements completely. And before she knew it, her mind was dragged away someplace else... And in front of her stood the protector of her home, Zant Tabber. Without questioning the surreal nature of this whole thing, Danielle listened intently on what the man was telling them. His powers couldn't keep aiding them in this universe much longer, something which she had come to expect. That wouldn't have changed her mind when it came to fighting this creature. What did put her on shaky ground though was the other thing he mentioned... The state of her home. Something threatened the safety of the very world from which she was born... Something equally dangerous to what they were fighting here.
She was then presented with a choice. A choice which she didn't want to make, but deep inside, she had perhaps always known that it would come down to this... Either she'd stay here, and fight with the others, or go back to her home to protect it from whatever horrors threatened it. What was even worse about it was... that Danielle knew there was only one choice. As much as it pained her to make it, leaving one world's fate behind for the other, was heartrending. The people she had met on this journey through the multiverse of Azores had affected her greatly. Some she'd even consider friends after all they had been through together, which was why it hurt so much to make this decision. But she had to. Not only was her home in peril, but her friends were as well... Friends and loved ones which had been standing by her side for months on end. They had been through hell and back together as a team. Laughed together. Grown as people together... and She had found someone truly special to her. Someone as close and important as the man standing right beside her was.
When it came to Erisia, there was three people that immediately came to her mind... One of them was of course Kalyan, her childhood friend whom she had basically grown up with over a whole decade... The other two were Cyrus Abaddon and Kira Kira. The Former was a close friend whom Danielle had spent the better half of a year fighting off Sfalma and defending the colony. The two were at this point very close, and she'd confidently entrust him with her life if need be. Kira The latter of the two had... well, become something more than just a friend to the soldier. Since the two had met that fateful day, Danielle and Kira had grown to not only see eachother as friends, but eventually as a couple. Danielle loved that tomboy with all her heart, and there was little to keep her away from protecting her from any harm, no matter how dangerous it might turn out to be.
So while the choice was easy, it was still painful for Danielle to make it. She wanted to help out both worlds, but in the end, Erisia was her home, and it's people were her family... her everything. She couldn't just leave them behind. It was just impossible. And so, it was with a pained expression that Danielle answered Zant's Ultimatum...
I'm ready to leave. I made a promise to protect my home from any danger that may befall it. That promise isn't going to be broken today. Besides... I have people there who've been waiting for me.
She'd look towards Kalyan, trying her best to look strong even though this choice weighed heavily on her conscience. "Let's go home... They need us. Now more than ever..."
Danielle has chosen her home over Azores.

It was a crazy rollercoaster ride for all things considered. But like every ride, there was a final destination before moving to the next. Leaving all these people behind does put a bad taste to any mouths belonging to an individual of moral standing. But even they had their own obligations. All the people that he'd seen so far seem to be rather tough themselves. At least they might have a kind of fighting chance.

Though Danielle wouldn't be able to tell, Zant could feel her current struggle. She was a part of him, after all, and he was capable of relating to the thoughts crossing the young woman's mind. Indeed, it was a tough choice he had poised to the two Wild Cards, he never doubted the difficulty... but something inside of him was glad that they still chose to follow him and defend their world.
So he smiled. The God smiled in his seat as he crossed one leg over the other and leaned forward with folded hands.
"I see. So that is your decision. If it eases your worries, Danielle, I will attempt to return us before their struggle is over, maybe even with greater numbers on our side. However, that all depends on how capable you are of defeating our current enemy. I trust both of you are ready for that." Zant got up and his outfit glowed brightly as the Monado took up residence in his hand.
"Dani... thank you. I really can't say anything more than that... truly, thank you." Kalyan grasped his chest, right over his heart, and stifled a relieved laugh just behind his lips.
"good, looks like we're all together in this. now let's make sure ol' grandma isn't displeased by our performance, huh?" Whether Dio was talking about Eunomia or not, even he couldn't tell.
However, now that their decision was made, it wouldn't take long before Zant raised his blade and the ground beneath them vanished into nothing, and next was the vision of the universe around them. The God raised his blade until it split open down the middle and revealed a seemingly infinitely long edge comprised entirely of energy.
"Brace yourselves, this will strip you of your consciousness momentarily, but you will be unharmed. My Monado, bring us to my domain! For Erisia!"
The next thing the four would see would be the Monado's edge cutting through their souls to take them into itself...
