Where is the item worn?: Footwear

What does the item do?: Reduces chances of being critically hit by 30%. The soles of the stocking-boots is made with special rubber that allows Maria to traverse any slippery surface with little issue.

What does the item look like?: A pair of blue stockings with the design of boots to be worn. They have an armor-like plating at the top of the thigh area, ankles, and the toes.

What if I kept it to just 30% reduction against being crit? Does it reduce the quality of the materials and the cost?
