Demon/Shadow Weapon Appearance: It takes the form of John's right arm as a default, mainly, but it used to have a more human form that it occasionally uses as a mental avatar, and can manifest the face of with John's help:

Demon/Shadow Weapon Personality: While PRIMUS is similar to its' master in terms of demeanor, PRIMUS tends to also act as a moral conscience for John. Like its' master, PRIMUS demonstrates a surprising amount of competence when pushed to the limits.

Demon/Shadow Weapon Background: Originally labeled Subject G due to it's genetic reconstructive abilities, even amongst the Institutes shady past and obscure records, Subject G remains one of the most obscure ones in The Institute. When it first met John, it found itself fascinated by the boy, who was at this point so broken, it barely showed any emotion when confronted by the thing it should fear most. Their compatibility levels were high enough to where, when the accident occurred, they were able to fuse the two together, even though the result severely crippled the extent of Subject G's genetic reconstruction powers due to diverting much of it to healing John.

Strengths: None (What type of attacks is your Demon/Shadow Weapon strong against? This is specifically for Elemental and Physical based skills. Damage from these attacks are reduced by half. You can have up to two strengths.)

Weaknesses: None (What element/physical-based skills is it weak against? Must have atleast one unless your Arcana says otherwise. Should have an equal amount of strengths your Weapon has. Damage from these specific types of attacks are twice as effective and will cause your character to stagger their next post.)

Passive Boosts: The Personas of the Fortune Arcana are well based in Wind based skills. Users have a latent 15% boost in wind-based skills.

Skill 1: Hindering Gust | 10% (20% with single target skills) chance of inflicting a wind based ailment with each Garu skill used. Not effective against opponents that are strong/block/ etc Wind. Adds 20% chance of miss towards the opponent's next attack. In PvS this translates to a lower visibility thanks to wind in someone's eyes, and can cause aiming problems. Special Ability:

Ability Name: Last Life
Appearance while in Last Life: In this state, John's eyes change back to their natural state now: Blue and Red. The blue eye represents his original, human eyes, while the red represents his newfound demonic nature.

Description: When the Forgotten's health gets lower than 30% they automatically go into a powerful state called [Last Life]. This happens once per battle and powers all their moves up by 30%. Even their skills rank up a tier in damage. This mode lasts as long as their health is below 30%.

I assume the appearance manifest refers to his PT alt appearance? (Just making sure, since you couldn't do a real manifestation normally, unless you had a strength for it)

Also, you have no strengths/weaknesses, right? If so, maybe write 'none' or such in those sections, since as is, it kind of looks as if you forgot to put them in entirely.
