| "Ah." Chance raised his/her hand towards their face with a slightly troubled look at Naito-san's words. As an Attendant, it was important for him/her to connect to their guests and be of use. However, it was also important to simply assist and not become directly involved with their affairs. Naito-san was using their relationship to his benefit, and the Attendant's eyes would simply stare towards him for a few seconds. Chance recalled reading stories of humanity's past. Time and time again they had used each other for their own ends, similar to what Naito-san was attempting to do as of now. Did he believe his Attendant was so gullible? Or maybe he was starting to see his Attendant as a fellow human to even attempt to pull such a stunt. The latter caused Chance's face to light up with a smile towards the persona user. "Us Attendants are like the stars, Naito-san. No matter how far away they are, they still obey the rules, no? And as such, our number one rule is to be able to assist our guests by any means necessary. You've put me through a contemplation here, as I must break one rule to follow another. I hope you will not tell my Master of what conspires in here." The slender Attendant would take a few step forward towards the Shadows before s/he'd begin to hover slightly off the ground. The pages of his/her book would to flip at a rapid pace as numerous cards began to slowly float into the air around him/her. "Once upon a time humans were ignorant and weak. But then they received culture and nurtured it, and thus made "real" living a possibility. And now humans are allowed to live however way they wish, as they are truly free. But I must say, it is a bit ironic. For that same freedom twisted their hearts and poisoned their souls. The world is truly chaotic, Naito-san, you were right before. Yet, I believe the forced change you spoke of is not the correct way of improving things. If human hands ruined the world, then human hands should fix it. I know you have the power for that, you're one of the most ambitious users I have had as a guest." Chance looked back towards his/her friend with a soft smile. "No matter your decision, I will continue to assist you, but please think about the consequences of such a world. As an Attendant, I do not receive the same privileges as you guest; including your freedom. It allows me to appreciate what you have much more when we come into contact. Infact, it makes me feel very fulfilled." Chance looked back towards the Shadows with his/her soft smile turning into more easy grin. OoC: I messed up my coding, Nyarlathotep, but I sent you a screen shot of my first Chances results. Both attacks hit all the opponents, you'll get the PM soon. Sorry about this. | The silver haired Tsurinai fell quiet during the Attendant's words. For someone who was not human, they spoke as if they were. However, maybe Chance not being human gave him/her the third person perspective on the entire human race. To think he was being lectured by someone who did not walk in the shoes of a human themselves. Naito closed his eyes and gave an easy smile at the words. "You're starting to remind me of a certain troublesome female, Chance. I believe she said similar words to me in the past. Regardless, Chance, I am set on my goals. If a single human could change the will of the masses, then the world would have been united years ago. However, there are always those who will disagree, and those who will take advantage of the strong simply because they were born with a lack of their own strength. Seems you do not have such dilemmas, 'One who Governs Power.'" Naito placed a hand on his side and watched Chance in action against the Shadows. Seems like he used a wind technique. How troublesome, that was one of Naito's only weaknesses. Instead of joining the fight with the Shadows, the Tsurinai would continue to simply watch and watch alone. | |

| As the door opened the Attendant would close their book and look towards their guest with a smile. "Well then, Naito-san, it appears a path that was previously blocked has now been opened." Stepping aside, they'd let their guest continue into the room he so wished to enter. Chance would simply watch on with their golden eyes focused on his every step. The Attendant was not sure what was in the room ahead, but apparently it was the cause of Naito-san's strife. Chance would bite his/her bottom lip before stepping forward. "Wait, Naito-san, I have something for you. Please take this." The slender figure would reach into their pocket and remove a snuff soul. Crushing it in their hands, they'd shower their guest in its aura and replenish a small amount of their SP. "I wish for your success. Think of this as me saying thank you for the Kendo lessons you gave me previously."- Spoiler:

| "Haha, it does appear a doorway has opened, hasn't it? Well done, Chance, you surely have my acknowledgement." The silver haired Tsurinai began to give a slight laugh before giving Chance a thin smile. "Referring to what you've said before, Chance: Our world is filled with nothing but cancer. As our current society spreads, the more our future will suffer. Someone blind enough to believe this world can change by the hands of the dregs is a peace loving fool. Contrary to popular belief, I am not doing this because I wish to rule the new world. Not at all. Infact, I simply want the strongest too. If that is not me, then I'll accept it and work to surpass them. This is what it means to evolve. This example here, is why humanity will push itself past the status quo. The audacity humanity has come across to think it can hold those blessed with strength back is sickening. The weak will either cower in the corner or die like the scum they are. However, those looking to nurture their abilities and grow in strength will have an important role in my hierarchy. Heh, even you may find your freedom in this new world, Chance. If humanity truly becomes absolute, your role will cease to exist. Ergo, you'd be free to experience the human life you've grown so interested in over the countless years." With that said, the young male would enter the doorway with a confident stride. When he entered the room he felt himself showered with energy. Needless to say it caught him completely off guard and he turned back to look towards Chance. Apparently the Attendant had assisted him once again, using one of their own items to give him energy. He simply blinked in confusion before closing his eyes and giving a thin smile. For someone who had observed humanity for so long, how could this inhuman being enjoy humanity so much? What about humans made them so interesting? They were spoiled, weak, and ignorant. Well, the majority of humanity was this way, which made the Tsurinai quite annoyed and irritated. To be born in such a society, even as a child he knew he despised the current customs. There was no one who stood out amongst the masses that made him proud to be a human being himself. Where Naito wished to further the evolution of people, his family looked to prey on the weakness of people. It was unbecoming of the prestigious Tsurinai family, but when he denied their customs and antagonized them, he was excluded from the majority of the family meetings. Good riddance.
Continuing on within the room, Naito placed a hand on his side while summoning his scabbard in his right hand. The source of his problems were within this room. This other side of himself that he thought he had conquered. The other side of himself that had come back in full force attempting to reap his mind and take his life. Tch, how annoying. There was no spotlight for it here. This "Shadow" should have just crawled into a hole and died. But tch, if it truly was another part of Naito, then the Tsurinai knew he would not give up so easily. If there was one thing the young man was confident in, it would be his Shadow's persistence and hard headedness. After all, he knew if he were fighting for something he believed in, he would not bow down to his adversaries without a fight. This meant the Shadow Naito he was about to come face to face with would do the same. Regardless, this wasn't the first time they had met. No, their past meeting the young Tsurinai had to rely on the powers of an Attendant to conquer his other half. This time he had power. Power to fight and power to make this Shadow obey his command. This was the rule of the world: The weak get hurt and the strong survive. The meaning of surviving is shouldering one's burden. When one could handle the strain any longer, they forfeited their life. "To think my Shadow would be teasing us with Shadows as weak as these. Hmph, let's go finish this, Chance. They'll fall before us like the many before." Naito gave a whole hearted laugh before readying himself for what was soon to come. Perhaps Kiyomi Mio was right, doing everything alone may not accomplish things as smoothly as working with others Though they were tools and not his friends, it would take the will of more than just himself to change the world for the better. For some reasons... Tsurinai Naito felt like he had just learned something.. | |

| - Regretful Memories:
As Naito Tsurinai entered the throne room, he'd be blessed to see himself sitting upon a broken throne. It was almost a complete replica of the scene before, when he had first met his Shadow. However this time things were different. The Shadow leaned to the side, placing its elbow on the arm rest and resting his chin on the palm of his hand. On his lap sat a familiar female figure. Her golden blonde hair would sway with ease as her arms were wrapped around "Naito's" neck, and her body was pressed against him. The figure was none other than Mio Kiyomi, the young female who had just left. Apparently she had left a large enough impression for Naito's memories to take a physical form of her aswell. However, just like Soki before her, Mio's memory was twisted and impure. There was little to no way the innocent Kiyomi would be this seductive. The only thing decent about her appearance was her outfit, that was still rather torn and misplaced to give a more sexy appearance for her "Emperor." "Oh my." The young woman spoke as she pulled herself dangerously close to her Emperor to where her lips were inches from his own. "It appears he's finally made it here. I was starting to get upset. This is no way to keep your Queen waiting, Naito-senpai." Naito's doppelgänger would give a sinister grin as he looked upon his double. Unlike before, his Shadow did not have the golden gaze they were known for. No, this time it seemed a hint of crimson were coming from those two round headlights that seemed to be peering through the Tsurinai's soul. "I apologize if the palace was not to your liking. I'll say it's quite convoluted but you still found your way here. And even more, you've already come across our darling sister. I am sure the reunion was quite sweet." There was something extremely different this time. The Shadow didn't seem as hostile as before, and actually spoke in a calm tone like the original. Was it more of an complete copy of Naito than before, or was it not there to kill its original? There were many questions, yet the answers seemed no where in sight. "I already know she gave you the details about me. Contrary to belief, I am not here to try and take your life. I am well aware without light, there is no Shadow. We must co-exist. This, however; does not mean I have to sit in the back burner and watch you spiral down into the depths of incompetence because of your- our predicament. I believe you are correct, the world does need changing. However, there is doubt if even Limbo can do this for us, yet we wish not to even consider the chance of changing things with our own hands. I accept that. But, for you to believe you can shoulder this burden of restoration all by yourself, when you can't even move on from your past. That is quite humorous. Are you wondering why Mio Kiyomi has enough influence on you to have a physical form here? Well, think closely." The Shadow placed a hand on the memory of Kiyomi and hovered his lips close to her own. Slowly his would press against the memory's own, and visions of their previous encounters would flash within the real Naito's head. Pulling away from the kiss, the crimson eyed Shadow would look back towards the original. "You wanted Mio to leave not because she was useless, but because if things did not work out, her life wouldn't be lost. All those times you had asked her out, you could have done the research yourself, but instead you wished to be close to her, didn't you? We hold ourselves high in the ivory tower, but when someone like Mio comes along that can make you question your family's own customs, you can't help but be drawn to them. I am not here to sway you from your hierarchy because I crave it aswell. This is about our family that we've grown to antagonize. If we can not live with our past, then we'll never be able to create a strong future. I am the embodiment of all the regrets you've had before you set foot in Ueitawa. I'm your last test to see if you are truly worthy of this power." At this time, the memory of Mio would shatter and disappear into dust, allowing the Shadow of Naito to stand. Walking down the staircase where his throne sat, he'd make his way down to the clearing a few meters across from his double. With a flash of light, his own katana appeared in his right hand, mirroring the original. "This will be our last fight, Naito. Show me you can face the past so we can make a brighter future!" With those final words, he would draw his blade and toss away the sheath. Holding the blade out infront of him with two hands, he'd take a traditional Kendo stance to initiate combat between them.

| Tsurinai Naito was expecting his double to be sitting upon a throne, but he was not expecting the Shadow to have company. When he saw the curvy figure of Kiyomi Mio sitting upon his Shadow's lap, Naito couldn't help but narrow his eyes in slight interest. The real Kiyomi had already left, and this one didn't seem to have any sort of self respect the original did. Perhaps this was another corrupted memory thanks to the Shadow's presence within Naito's mind? Up until this point everything he had experienced in the memory domain was based on his past with his family. To see her have such a role in this was truly surprising. In those moments of seeing her, the young Tsurinai was contemplating just how far his relationship had come when in regards to the Kiyomi. They had met first in the library of Kizuna Academy. It was a brief meeting, and apparently he was very rude to her when he had not even recalled such things. Then their next meeting was when she awakened her own power for Persona. That may have been the most significant moment of their meeting, because that was when the Tsurinai went out of his way to speak with her. Of course it all started with just attempting to probe her mind, but that only took one session. Why did he continue to go back to speak with her? The boy sworn to duty had found interest in her. Not sexually, as the Shadow at made this scene so rather twisted, but mentally. Kiyomi Mio did challenge his morals and ideals. She spoke pipe dreams when it came to the power of limbo, and more importantly she had disagreed with Naito's harsh upbringing. To see someone challenge every Naito stood for, yet was so soft they wouldn't harm a fly, the boy was curious where she drew her power. When finally speaking of the significance of the hospital during her awakening, she broke down. In a surprising turn of events, the young man comforted her. With the growth of their relationship, she was (like it or not) becoming one of the more important figures in his decision when it came to limbo's fate. She may have not noticed because of the harsh words he traded with her numerous times before, but he did take her own words into account. Kiyomi had his respect. Perhaps in the grand scheme of things, she was a Queen. The question was: Was she his queen, or the queen for the opposing faction? Heh, the thoughts caused Naito to give a thin smile and close his eyes. He would have never wasted his time even considering the trash of the Ueitawa region, but now here he was, basically thinking solely of one person. How the mighty have fallen... Placing his left hang on his side, the pale faced boy would continue to gaze up towards his Shadow and the corrupted memory. "The reunion with Soki was interesting to say the least. You're surely acting quite different than before, Shadow. If I recall correctly from our previous conversation, you wished to kill me and take my life. What has changed for you not to wish for such a thing?" Naito spoke with a calm tone and listened to his Shadows next pair of words. Unlike last time, it seemed the Shadow was not as hostile in the sense of wanting to kill him, but instead wished to help remove burden from his shoulders. "Where there is light, there is Shadows. Truer words never spoken, I've already come to terms with you being another part of me. And you have some truth, if I am to truly bring about a competent future, I must clear my conscious of my past. I know it's been holding back my ambition for some time, and I have yet to truly come to terms with my family... It's not the fact that I don't want to see them, it's more of I don't agree with how they go about business. My clan has their customs, you know this, and to break these customs will have you cut from the group. Here we are in Ueitawa because of this. I wanted "that man's" approval for so long, but perhaps it's time I moved on. I'm not looking to right the world for him or myself. I'm doing it for Miki, and the rest of the strong willed world. I'm fighting for her aswell, and I won't let myself fall until she sees a world that's more acceptable for her current state of being." The young man found himself clenching his scabbard while narrowing his eyes into a cold glare. His gaze fell from his Shadow and shifted towards the ground, and he purposely let his unruly bangs fall over his forehead and hues. He had never honestly spoke aloud when it came to his goals, and why he wished to use Limbo. Perhaps he was selfish, but he truly did want what was best for the people, even if he had to put his life on the line. He was no hero, his motivation came from the one person he truly cared for. When the Shadow had mentioned why a physical manifestation of Kiyomi Mio was present, Naito would close his eyes and give a nonchalant shrug. He had already figured that out, they were the same person after all. What the Shadow knew, he knew. So on and so forth. "I assumed as much to why she was here. Kiyomi Mio and myself are not lovers, we are business partners. Though I may be drawn to her from my interest, I have no intentions on bringing our relationship past what it's meant to be. My mission comes first, and even if I wished to get in an relationship with her, it'd never work. We're from two different worlds. I've never suffered the pain of loss like herself. That pain has made her stronger, and she has an understanding I may never know myself. I do wish she'd use her resolve and stand by my side, but I am ready to oppose her if she stands against my goals. What I feel for her is nothing, and it'll always be.." For some reason the silver haired boy's words would fall into a fade as he'd close his eyes and give a cool smile. "..I won't give up on her, she'll see things my way in the future. Not only will she, but everyone will. And if they do not, then you already know what I'll do if they stand against me. I believe the saying is you must break a few eggs to make an omelette? If they're killed during my step towards the Hierarchy, I'll simply bring them back with the power of Limbo. Of course I'll make it so they do not remember what transpired beforehand. Hahah!" Naito gave a sinister snarl at the thought as he watched his Shadow begin his descent down the staircase after causing the memory of Mio to shatter. The Shadow would draw its blade, ready to face the original, and Naito would give a thin smile. "Not going to transform into a ridiculous form this time around? I'm surprised. If you wish to see how far I'll go to receive my perfect future, I won't hesitate to strike you down, Shadow. I'll pass this test of yours with flying colors, then you'll see my true conviction." With that said, the Tsurinai squared his stance to face himself for the last time. Slowly his tarot card fell before him, and with a slash of his blade he cut clean through it. In that split moment his Persona would erupt onto the scene and charge towards the imitation. With an upward slash and then a heel kick down into the Shadow's dome, the "First Emperor of Japan" would vanish and return back to Naito's subconscious. The young male Tsurinai would twist his blade before him before sheathing it back within the scabbard with style. Looking over his shoulder, he'd take a glance at Chance. "Chance, if you're going to participate in this battle, play support only. Also.. Thank you." He'd give his Attendant a calm smile before looking back towards his Shadow. For once in his life he was enjoying something, and he didn't care about the heavy burden he had placed on himself even at his young age. - Naito Stats:

| The Attendant gave his/her guest a smile and followed him into the room silently. They made sure to stand towards the corner of the room and simply observe the interaction between the young man and his Shadow. This was the first time Chance had actually seen a Shadow that came directly from a person's soul. S/he had fought countless weaker Shadows, but these were quite different. They spoke, they showed intelligence, and even had a purpose. It was quite a sad day when an Attendant felt a Shadow had more of a purpose than themselves. Without the guests, there would be no reason to continue existing. Though, what Naito-san said about the new world and how Chance would be free did spark some interest. Not because he/she wished to see this world, but the fact Naito-san had subtly told them that if they succeeded, they would still make sure the Attendant had enough purpose to still exist. Chance couldn't help but bite their lower lip and ponder the thoughts. Humans has infinite possibilities that Chance could not begin to understand completely. To experience such a life was...out of the question. Wasn't it? All the Attendant could do was think until Naito-san broke him/her out of his/her thought process. Apparently the Shadow wished to do battle and Chance was to play support. Well, there were rules s/he was to follow, perhaps they could do just that and not suffer the consequences later. "Alright, Naito-san, I'll assist you to the best of my ability."Causing their Persona Compendium to hover before them, one card would make itself known. It held the properties of the Emperor; the tarot card Chance had received once making a bond with Naito-san before. "Please observe this." The slender Attendant spoke with a bold tone as the card shattered and revealed a replica of Naito-san's persona, Jinmu-tennō. The Emperor would clench an armored fist and cause the debilitating aura to bathe the Shadow. This would cause the Shadow's defense to fall temporarily. Once this action was complete, the Persona would vanish and Chance would look towards his/her guest. S.he didn't say a word, and would instead look back towards the Shadow. How far could this aide go? This growth for Naito-san would be important, but here he was alone without any friends. Could a guest neglect him in a time of need? Hadn't Justine assisted him before aswell? Many questions came through Chance's head as s/he contemplated this "just support" role they were currently placed in. "I believe I should demonstrate another ability the Attendants of the Velvet Room hold. Once again, I must ask you to keep this secret from my master, Naito-san. As this dungeon does not hold any secrets to the power of Limbo, nor will it bring you closer to retrieving the truth behind Limbo, I believe I can take a more proactive approach while being by your side. So this is why I'll cast this next skill!" Chance began to hover above the floor, taking the compendium in hand and causing the pages of the book to glow a mystical white color. Raising a hand upward, a small ball of light began to form upon Chance's palm. This mystical light would begin to grow at an astounding rate, expanding to that of the size of a large medicine ball. "I bring you Megidola!" The ball of light would descend upon the Shadow and would soon explode into a symphony of power. Hovering back down to the ground beside Naito-san, Chance would continue to flip through the pages of their compendium, already preparing the next skill for use. - My Stats:

| The Shadow gave a sinister smirk towards the original as he spun his blade in a circle. "You expected me to transform? Haha, things are different this time, Naito. I'll be sure to show you that. I'm stronger than ever before." Crimson eyes would glance towards the Attendant in the azure apparel who stepped by his originals side to assist. Usually a Shadow would curse those who helped their other selves, but instead this version of Naito would give a smile. "Chance. The one who is not human, but shows more emotion that myself, who is actually human. Maybe our roles should have been reversed so I could see humanity for what it truly was. How did you put it? Full of infinite possibilities? A third party such as yourself would never understand how much of a cancer people have become, but at the same time, you give me hope they perhaps they could change without Limbo's interference. If you want to get involved in this battle, so be it. I won't hold back." When the battle officially commenced, the Shadow would hold its ground during both of the opposing party's attacks. From being struck by his double's persona, to being literally bombed from the sky by an Attendant, the Shadow only laughed and gave a smile. They sure did start off strong, and he couldn't help but love it. Seeing Naito now from when they first had met, there was a major change. The original wasn't the weak, lonely little prince he was when he first arrived in Ueitawa. Like it or not, he had grown thanks to the others he had surrounded himself with. Genji Kano, Mio Kiyomi, and more had all played a part in his growth into power. Like it or not, this Tsurinai was not as alone as he claimed himself to be. Even now he had a friend fighting by his side if only to protect him. "That was impressive! You both are stronger than I would have expected. Though you have long way to go if you plan on beating me that way! Now, come to me!" Raising a hand, an azure aura began to emit from the Shadow. Appearing before him would be an identical version of Jinmu-tennō, albeit the color pattern was completely reversed and its armor appeared cracked. This Reverse-Persona would point its blade towards the Attendant as sparks of lightning would crackle around its body. "Can you withstand this!" The Shadow would raise its blade as it would begin to give off sparks itself. In that moment he'd perform a traditional swing downward. In that moment, pillars of lightning would appeared beneath Chance and knock the Attendant into mid air. The Reverse-Persona and Shadow would jump into the air behind the opponent, and in unison, both of them would attack with nigh instant slashes. "You'll suffer by my hand! Dark Battalion!" With one final strike, the Shadow would bring its blade over head and then slash downwards through Chance, landing on the grand with grace and reclaiming his original position. The Attendant, however, would be caught in an explosion of electricity before being allowed to fall back to the ground. With the attack complete, the Reverse-Persona would vanish. Though Chance may not have been able to recognize the attack, Naito surely would be able too. The Shadow had just performed his own fusion spell called Last Battalion, albeit with some minor differences. "You're not the only one who can use a Persona here, Naito. Now let's continue."- Shadow:

| Tsurinai Naito would simply observe Chance's display of power. Not only had the Attendant used his own Persona to debuff the opponent, she/he had followed up with a powerful explosion of light that seemed to have done a good amount of damage. Naito was impressed enough to give a smirk towards his Attendant. "You continue to speak of these rules, yet I'm sure you're breaking the majority of them right now. It doesn't matter, I'll be sure you have a place in the hierarchy. Crush your rules to your hearts content." Turning his attention back towards the Shadow, the silver haired young man would listen to its words towards the Attendant. Naito had never said it before, but he did have hope for humanity in someone else's hands if his own plans failed. However, they would need to show him their convictions if they ever wanted him to support them. Before the real Naito could respond to his Shadow, his words would fall short as he watched his other self summon a Persona. It had a similarity to Jinmu-tenno which caused the silver haired boy to almost bite his tongue. This Shadow had evolved to the point of being able to summon a Persona now? He should have known things would be different this time. To make things worst, the Shadow had even use his own signature move, the Last Battalion. However, it seemed alot more feral and darker, and the young Persona-User could only watch what transpired to his Attendant. It was either from shock, or just negligence, but the Tsurinai couldn't move a muscle for those few seconds of witnessing his attack performed by another. Once it was completed, and the large explosion of electricity sent Chance hurdling to the ground, Naito would press forward and catch his Attendant to soften the fall. Placing Chance down to his side, the narrowed eyed teenager would look towards his double. "So you can use my Persona, and also use my own techniques? Then, I'm sure you most likely have my same weakness, don't you? If that's the case.." Looking at Chance, Naito tilted his head forward and gave an indifferent glare. "Chance, I'll heal you this round, but try to use wind as your next attack. If successful, he should fall and it'll leave us with an opening." Grabbing Chance by his/her sleeve, the Tsurinai would pull them to their feet and reclaim his battle stance towards his opponent. Reaching into his jacket, he'd retrieve what appeared to be a small bead. Crushing it in his hand, he'd bathe Chance in a healing aura. Once the aura finished its job, the Attendant would feel rejuvenated, as if the previous injuries never were there. With this done, Naito would look back towards the Shadow. "I can't afford to fall here. You already know why, and you already know I'll do anything to reach this future I crave. It may seem selfish, but the world is selfish as is. If someone doesn't go over the extremes, nothing will change. These ridiculous pipe dreams that Kiyomi, Kano, and even Sukumada spoke of is utter garbage. They wish to protect a pathetic world ran by fools, for fools. Maybe they'd feel right at home, but for those who were blessed with strength we are constantly reminded of how much humanity is lacking in proper evolution. It could be argued that we are slowly devolving by how lazy and irresponsible we're becoming. I may have hope in what Chance has told me in our previous meeting, but that means nothing to me when I have a solution right before me. The will of the people falls down to those who are the strongest, and it is our duty to guide the weak. It's a simple concept to understand. If they have a problem with it, then they could simply work to surpass me in strength. If they can do that, then that even means I've forced them to adapt and evolve to circumstance. Regardless, I'll get what I want in the end." Naito raised his blade with a thin smile. He wasn't as conflicted as the rest when it came to their purpose in life. He knew exactly what he wanted to do, and because of that, he had become quite resilient when others attempted to step before him. He was no stranger to eliminating those who were an issue, and he was no stranger to using those who were competent enough to be of use. However, there was one thing that made him annoyed more than anything. Those who didn't agree with his plans, yet had no plans of their own in the first place. They were pathetic. A waste of time and flesh if they weren't ambitious enough to even think of the future. - Stats:

| Out of almost nowhere, the Shadow had summoned what appeared to be a Persona not so different than Naito-san's own. Chance's eyes would widen as s/he looked down into his/her compendium in confusion. How was it possible for a Shadow to summon a Persona? This was the first time s/he had seen something like this. When looking back up, the Shadow started its attack. Pillars of light shot up from beneath the Attendant, causing him/her to forcefully be lifted into the air. Chance gave a pain filled groan at the sudden attack, and would hold his/her book close to their chest while suffering from the brutal attack from the Shadow. Once it finally ended and s/he was sent spiralling towards the ground, s/he'd be surprised to find his/her rough landing was cushioned thanks to Naito-san. Looking up at the guest, Chance's face was full of not only surprise but maybe embarrassment aswell? S/he would begin to blush while being released and healed by the Tsurinai who spoke so harshly of others. He seemed mean if you didn't know him, but he could be caring aswell. Nodding to his orders to try wind skills, Chance would give a smile and cause his/her book to hover once more. This time the card of fortune appeared before him/her. Thanks to the Shadow's previous attack, Chance knew her attack would be weakened, but that was okay since the Shadow's defense was also lowered. "Fleeting possibilities. I summon thee, Fortune!" The card would shatter and Kogami's Persona, Raiza, would appear onto the field of battle. Flying into the sky, the Persona would begin to bat its wings down towards the Shadow, sending moderately powerful blades of wind upon him. Not only did the Persona perform this once, but it would continue the attack, causing the entire area around the Shadow to become torn and covered in gashes. The Shadow, itself, would also be harmed by the attack unless he dodged or wast immune to the blasts of Magarula. Once the skill was performed, the Persona would revert back into its card like state, and would begin to hover by Chance's side. The tarot cards of the Emperor of Hanged Man also made their way to Chance's side, circling around him/her while the compendium's pages continued to flip. - My Stats:

| The blades of wind came crashing down upon the Shadow, ripping the entire area to shreds. The wind caused dust to pick up around the Shadow, as it lifted its blade as if it were trying to protect itself, however that wasn't the case. For the next several seconds there would be silence. If Naito's prediction was correct, the Shadow would be sprawled out on the ground, wounded from the attack. Well, he was partially right and partially wrong. The Shadow was weak to wind, but this was no ordinary Shadow. Shadow Naito had taken the double damage, but he was still standing from the attack. To make things worst, he had reached out from the cloud of dust and called forth his Reverse-Persona. Appearing in an azure light, Jinmu-tenno would swing its blade once and cause the dust to literally be pushed away by its power alone. Raising its blade towards the ceiling, it would begin to glow and emit sparks of lightning. And in that same motion, the Reverse-Persona would swing forward in a horizontal arc and release lightning enhanced ranged attack towards both Naito Tsurinai and his Attendant Chance. Once the attack was complete, the Reverse-Persona would vanish and the Shadow would walk out the dust while patting himself off. - Shadow Naito:

| Tsurinai Naito would observe Chance's attack with narrowed eyes. That was the same Persona he, or she, had displayed to him their previous meeting. Also it was the same Persona she, or he, had used to defeat the Shadows at the doorway to this room. The silver haired young man couldn't help but be curious at who's Persona that could have possibly been, but this was not the time to ask such questions. All it did was give him the basis to believe there were more Persona-Users out there that he had not met yet. Shifting his attention back to the actual attack, Naito would watch it begin to destroy the entire area around the Shadow in a blatant display of power. These Attendants were no laughing matter, and making them enemies would probably be a determinant for one's health. Luckily this one was working for him, more or less, which made Naito give a slight smirk. "Well done, Chance! Your power is quite something. If you weren't working with me, I'd sign you on my lists of threats." Words of praise from Tsurinai Naito was in rare abundance! He obviously was gaining a high opinion of this Attendant. After all, he respected those who had power, and for those who governed such power, it was obvious his respect would come more easily. There were few people that Naito enjoyed being around, and even less people who garnered enough interest to take some respect from him. Chance was a rare breed he'd need to keep an eye on in the future. That was for certain, but for now they had a battle to attend too. This Shadow of his was quite formidable, if not persistent. Though he seemed to be much softer than his previous incarnation, maybe because he was becoming more human? It was safe to assume this since he could summon a Persona, albeit it was a strange looking one, and could feel emotion. Though, Shadows were just bottled emotions, weren't they? Thinking about it, Naito didn't really know much about Shadows. He knew they were an enemy to mankind and became impulsive when their other selves denied them. But what else did he not know? Obviously the weaker Shadows he had fought up until this moment was not Shadows from someone, were they? What an oblivious predicament he was in. Things were getting quite confusing the more he cogitated over them, and sadly he was not a detective nor had the sources to learn just what Shadows were. Maybe Chance had more information he, or she, simply were not sharing as of yet. The Attendants seemed to be withholding everything they knew, and probably for good reason. Focusing his attention back upon the cloud of dust that was kicked up from the Attendant's attack, Naito's silver hues would narrow at a hand coming from within it. Apparently the Shadow was not torn to shreds that he imagined it would be. In that split second, the image of a Persona appeared within the dust and swung its blade. The shockwave pushed the dust away to reveal a slightly injured Shadow that was not downed like Naito had predicted. How quaint. Raising his scabbard, the silver haired swordsman would brace himself for the attack that was soon to come. Witnessing the sparks on the blade, Naito immediately knew what the Persona was going to perform. Instead of cowering in fear, the User stood his ground with a thin smile. If there was one thing he did not worry about, it was zio skills. After all, he had a natural resistance to electricity thanks to the properties of his own inner Emperor. Once the attack washed over him, the silver haired Tsurinai would mimic his own Shadow and dust himself off with a gloved hand. "You seem to be relying on my Persona alot there, Shadow. Though I suppose it was your power first, wasn't it?" Naito would tilt his head back and give a calm look towards his other self. "If I recall, you said this was he last time we'd be facing one another. So when I defeat you, I'll achieve the full power my Persona should have been since the beginning? If that's the case, I'll make this quick." In an azure flash of light, the card of the Emperor appeared before the Tsurinai. Slowly it floated down before him, and in a single grasp, he'd crush it in his gloved hand. Appearing in all its valor would be his Persona, Jinmu-tennō, and it would not hesitate to initiate its own attack. Shooting forward with blade in hand, the Persona would send a knee into the Shadow's nose before flipping up and coming down with a vertical slash through his body. Once the attack was complete, the Emperor would vanish back within Naito's subconscious, leaving the silver haired teenager with Chance alone. - Naito:

| Luckily Chance ducked the attack at the last second and took a breath of fresh air. My, this Shadow was quite formidable! Watching Naito-san attack, Chance would follow behind it immediately with their own attack. Holding the book in hand, the fortune card would float between the pages. In that moment, the Attendant would close the book and use it to crush the card, summoning the fortune Persona once again. Repeating the wind attacks s/he had done before, the Persona would vanish soon after, leaving Chance to flip through the pages of the compendium in stand-by. - My Stats:
