First Clash [Morning - Shiina]

Something was up.

There was pressure in the air.

The tensions were rising in the hallways of the Seven Stars Academy , unbeknownst to the students passing through, for they were not a part of this clash of gods. No, they were merely passing by the site of their soon-to-be first 'maybe conflict but at the same time maybe not'...

Frog tore through the pressure with a pained expression on his face. He wasn't only feeling physically ill after last night, but his paranoia was increasing at a rapid pace as he kept glancing around at the blaring eyes of the students in the hall. /Which class did was he supposed to go to? What day was it even?/ He wasn't sure. His senses were overtaken by a fear of a non-existent conspiracy against him. /What time was it?/ Everyone seemed to be flooding towards their classrooms. He hadn't done anything terroristey...so they wouldn't have anything to talk about, right? But where was his classroom? He must've had more time... People were just grouping with their friends... Yes. Must've been it. What? When has he started following this silver-haired girl? Who was she even? Who cared... He just wanted to go home...but the day was only starting.

Shiina groaned as she wrapped up this tiresome conversation on the phone. Her mother apparently had some computer issues at home and needed her help figuring out how to fix everything... despite already being told before exactly how to go through this issue.

//"Hai, hai... well, if it's done, then I need to go. I managed to get the day off today to get ready for tonight. I'll talk to you later, and tell otou-sama I said hi."// After just a minute or two of explaining, she finally managed to fix it, and so the Cadet hung up after a brief goodbye. The halls were still somewhat full, as students rushed into their classrooms with a spring on their step, obviously already late to homeroom. The Tsurinai scoffed slightly at them as she walked; not enough discipline, obviously. She at least only had the day off because tonight was finally the day she would arrest Alice... or so she hoped. Eh, not like Shiina really needed the classes, the Tsurinai group had already taught her everything she needed to know.

Though, once the hall cleared out, and the Wild Card was already near the entrance, was when she noticed a pair of footsteps nearby... no, not just nearby, directly behind her. Shiina narrowed her eyes after a minute or so and slowed her pace as she approached the lobby, gradually coming to a stop. Calmly, she turned around to face the person who was so intent on following her around.

//"Can I help you..?"// Her light blue eyes didn't really show much emotion behind them, but she stared straight at this person's face or... whatever she could see of it presuming they hid it. Shiina tilted her head curiously. //"Are you a student as well? The tardy bell has rung already, you should be in class too, no?"// Maybe he had some excuse to leave too. She didn't remember such a person being a Cadet, though...

Frog was not watching his step. He didn't get bothered by the bell. God knows if he'd even taken notice of it at all. As the halls ran dry of the students' hustle, he kept ever still focused on the pair of shoes before his eyes.

So as they stopped all of a sudden...he nearly bumped straight into them, and glanced upwards to barely notice through teary, half-asleep eyes, a vague outline of a blurred female face, framed by a blotch of silver hair. Hopefully, it was hair. He really couldn't discern it. Nor could he discern what the person was talking about. "Tardy...s? Tardis..?" He grobbled, back slouched under the weight of his backpack. Something was wrong with that, though. He couldn't put his finger on what exactly.

A frown formed on his face as his brow furrowed, driven by the cogs slowly starting to turn in his brain.
