My Adventures in PMD: Gates to Infinity

So... I just started my first playthrough of Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates To Infinity, and I want my very first one to be Special! So, in this game, I can recruit other pokemon to my team, and nickname em. It's kinda a staple mechanic in the series, and I wanted to do something fun. I want you guys to pick your favorite Pokémon from this List of Recruitable mons, and if I manage to Recruit one, I'll name em after you to the best of my ability. I'll have a set party rotation so everyone gets some screentime. I'll also keep tabs on their movesets, levels and items so you can follow your pick during the Adventure! Just try to stay away from Legendaries, as they are very difficult to Recruit, and more often than not are a one try only.

cool, if possible I wanna be a riolu, or an oshawott, if not, anything meh to good will do.

Petilil/Lilligant would be neat. Alternatively, you could name your player character Batilde and your partner Pokemon Miyuki. lol
