General Appearance: Sumato has a slim built, which makes impression the boy isn't big fan of sports. Being middle height, 175 cm, and weighting 65 kg, he is yet another tall and skinny kid. Nature has gifted the male with a bit sharp cheekbones and thick, long eye lashes. His eyes are slightly larger, then they normally should, gray, and has the appearance as if always a dark shadow would be covering them. To give him overall even more odd appearance, the Shadows skin is almost snow white. Actually, something his original inherited from long dead grandmother. Also, from her the boy got thick lips and a small, pointy nose.

All this would set people apart from the male, if not for his warm smile and relaxed body. The way he carries himself, the way Sumato talks and looks on people radiates trust and understanding. One could imagine that, being born with so unflattering looks, the male was forced to learn how to make people trust him in other ways. Another thing one could notice, if looking hard enough, is that the Shadow has a tendency in large groups to observe people, as if studying them. As in studying a frog in science class.

Everyday outfit: Like for all, the males clothing depends, first, on season, and second, on his mood. If in bad one the guy will put no effort whatsoever with what he puts on and sometimes won't even care, if his clothe are dirty or messy. These days, saying the truth, are quite rare from the moment the Shadow had taken Sumatos life.

This leaves to what people usually sees the boy in. Mostly, be it summer or winter, he prefers to wear something cute, a bit childish. Bright colors are a must in his outfit, as well, as he tries staying away from white clothing. This is just yet another way to make people feel more relaxed around him. While not always, it mostly works.

And then there comes those days, nights, when Sumato wants to look just sexy. His human counterpart always stayed away from boys. Always kept his sexual needs hidden between hundreds of doors, just to not attract any attention. To not give any problems to his family. The Shadow, thought, had completely different way of thinking. While not letting himself being swallowed by lust, he time to time tried in getting a partner...Or two. He was a healthy teenager, after all. This required wearing clothe, that screamed "look at me". A lot of bare skin, tight pants, things, which made his slim figure seem even more fragile...And a bit erotic. Fake ID, that he is 18 also helped.

School outfit: When it comes to school, there is the uniform all are forced to wear, but there is still place for imagination, when it comes to accessories. For the male they would be rings, few small earrings, two in the left ear, one at the right one. His half-long hair are pulled back and tied in something like a really small pony-tail. The uniform is always clean, spotless and neat.

Sumatos true form is nothing short of a nightmare. He stands just a bit over 220 cm, seeming like white skin had been pulled over a bit of meat and bones. He has a huge head without any eyes, but with giant smile, filled with dozens of sharp teeth. The most muscles would be in his overly long arms. They ended with five deadly claws. Big veins of blood could be seen through the paleness of the creatures skin and stench of blood followed the thing, where ever it was.

Though, even more horrifying he can be. If desired, the Shadow can make the skin of its head to split in two, releasing a blood covered bone ball. With the rest of the body it is attached thanks to a long cord of entrails and muscles, while the bone ball still possessed its huge mouth. In this form the Shadows voice is high pitched, almost unbearable to the ear.

Personality:

~Shadow Self~

One smart, green creature once told, that people are like onions and in no way it was different with Sumato. His personality was in layers, making only those, who wished, to see what kind of person the Shadow was really. There were those thing he showed himself and let anyone see. Then there were some traits only certain group of people were allowed to witness, and, as anyone, there were things Sumato's Shadow better kept to itself and itself only. The darkness even a Shadow could have.

Everyone, who met Sumato, had seen the happy "him". A social boy, who could smile with anyone, shrugged off the lives hardships and just moved on with head raised high. He listened, gave as much assistance, as he could and tried to be friends with everyone. The boy had a bad sense of humor time to time and sometimes acted quite immature for his age. Curious about life itself, everyone could tell the boy is a hard worker, though becoming lazy, when his body was required to do the working.

If getting to know the boy a bit longer, one could notice additionally, that sometimes he can have short temper. The male may be impatient, when waiting for something, and may offend someone just out of pure irritation, without an obvious reason. Also, it seemed, that Sumato possessed a bit of a talent to lead people, manipulate them to do as he wishes, but it never hurt anyone, so those, who did notice this trait, kept quiet.

Only few knew how exactly competitive the boy was. A good challenge, a deal, was what made his blood pumping and it was hard for him to say no to a bet. Making contracts, deals with people, that he knew how to do. s well, as playing with words. Sumato never backed down on what he said, but the Shadow may sometimes twist things he said such, their meaning wasn't even close to what it was at the start. What, probably, was the most surprising fact for those, who learned them, was how perverted his mind sometimes can be. If with people, which he can really let go, one can hear plenty of naughty comments from the males mouth in so innocent tone, it usually summons fits of laugh for others. May it be when a waiter goes pass or when done talking with a cute cashier, it is for sure Sumato had read one too many yaoi fanfics.

But what the Shadow will not let anyone to know, is how desperate the man is. How desperate he is to brake all the shackles holding him, binding him to anyone. He desires, urges to be his own, and other, master. He wants to be free from slavedom of the father of Shadows, free from the people, he needs to call family, and put his own chains to those he wishes not to let go. This is his deepest darkness.

~Human Self~

The human Sumato was nothing even close to what his Shadow is. The boy was anti-social, kept to himself and never initiated anything. While at the young age his parents were those, who kept the boy away from people, once he grew up and got more freedom, Sumato was too afraid to use it. He just watched from afar, wishing, but never participating. The boy felt like a bird in a cage, a slave, bound to do, what his parents had intended for him to do. He wanted to live, but was too afraid of life.

The Potential

Strengths:

—Description: Sitting for years mostly at home had opened the doors of imagination for the boy. It started with writing little short stories about castles and princes, dragons and trolls. Then from writing it went to painting, afterwards from that he tried different ways of crafting. This creativity slowly seeped in how he thought and saw the world.

—Description: The boy is nothing short of a genius only because his parents demanded nothing less from him. Sumatos parents were a pair of scientists and forced the boy to not disgrace the families name. Studying was what he did until it was mostly the only thing he knew how to do. Knowledge wise the boy is far pass what kids in his age should know.

—Description: Through daily meditations, as well, as his deep interest in different dark supernatural subjects Sumatos SP is 10% bigger(Applied after everything else).

—Description: While being capable to do multiple creative things and having many hobbies, Sumato grows quickly tired of them and throws them aside, if no big challenge is given.

—Description: All that sitting with books haven't been good for the boys body. And even now, as the Shadow had taken control and tries being more outgoing, it has come to reduced capabilities in battle (10% reduction to dexterity and half speed, when moving in dungeons).

The Background

~Prologue: Humans past~

Sumatos parents were in their late of thirties, when they met. Two scientist, brought together more of a fear dying alone, then true love. The dates were few and short, both led successful, but busy carriers, with no time for pleasure. And then a miracle happened, Sumatos mother got pregnant. It was almost unbelievable, in her age bearing a child, but she did.

The doctor forced her to stop working, take a brake. This led to more free time and often meet ups with Sumatos father. Love sparked. They would sit in bed at late nights, watch the flames of the fire place and talk about how great their son will be. What he will achieve and what his future will be. They had set everything for his life before the boys birth.

And so, without any complications, Sumato Nagaki was born. Maybe a bit lighter for completely healthy baby, there was nothing wrong otherwise. The first few years of his life were a bliss for the whole family. It was like they were completely different people, but, as time passed and they more and more returned to their work, increasing the hours of Sumatos nanny, the boy was slowly left alone.

At the age of four, when most kids were thought how to socialize with others, sent to kindergarten, he was kept home with private tutors. The boys parents haven't forgotten the plans they had for him and friends weren't part of it. Math, English, Japanese, even Latin, Biology, the young head was filled with information no four year old should be exposed, but it seemed, that his genes kicked in and barely, with many anger fits, with many painful punishments from the strick private teacher, he learned, but bringing only weak smiles to his parents faces.

As Sumato grew older and he wasn't watched over so much, the boy had many opportunities to meet new people. To go out and live. But he didn't. He was afraid. The boy couldn't leave. So he stayed at house, watched people from inside, but only from inside. Almost never having parents at home, but always feeling the pressure of responsibility they had put in him, he never tried to act on his own. But he also never asked anything.

On top of that, around the age of 15, he started to become sexually interested. But not in girls. No, in boys. Sumato had always liked boys better, then girls, but it was never written off as being gay. Yes, he was educated enough to know what meant "gay". But now the son of Nagaki knew what he wanted. And yet again, what he will never get. Cause the boy knew his parents were hopping for him to take over their company. To marry and have kids. The boy was shackled to them.

And as time went on, these shackles grew and got tighter, as Sumatos hate for them. He wanted to be free, to live, but...He was afraid. Afraid of outside, of breaking out and realizing everyone hates him. Yes, he was bound, but safe. Always safe, though he hated this safeness.

Sup, bruh. I'll be the guy to grade your sheet. Welcome to New Arcana. I'll try to make this a short process so bare with me here.

I noticed how you made the title fonts in purple. Could you list in the Thread Title somewhere saying it's a Shadow Self? Or you could change the color fonts back to the sheet instead. Up to you.

Strengths:

Leader's Command: Not going to work like that, sorry. Any NPCs joining your battle will be utilized through the Tension system. Please refer to the Battle Guide And Rules. At best you could set it up in a way that you alone could travel post for your whole party when going in dungeons.
Aura of Dread: Not happening. Just get a Fear skill later.

Weaknesses:

Leader's Commands: Going to have to find something new now. Refer to the ones in Strengths.
Aura of Dread: Refer to the Tension system like earlier. You'll want to try something else.

Side-Arm Weapon: Get one. Everyone gets one upon awakening.

Strengths:

Leader's Commands: This actually sounds like a weakness. I'm assuming you want to boost tension. Not happening since that sounds like a Tier 2 kind of skill.

Weaknesses:
[list][*]Aura of Dread: What is "Para"? You mean paralysis? You're better off with stating Stun instead. But this sounds like a strength, fix it. 20% is too high, at best you can stop at 15%.

Para is a skill to heal Fear and other negative status effects. So the chance for Para, Ma Para and all skills related to Para are reduced for 20%

And I downgraded 10% to 5%.

Weaknesses: The decrease on Patra doesn't work since it doesn't rely on a numerical value in its effect. Please look for something else. Again, you're free to discuss with staff on the chat about it.
