Proxy... Proxy was infuriated. It was like having a cat's claws scratch a chalk board in Zavie's head. She was fuming and yelling more demonic words that Zavie didn't understand one bit. It was kind of scary... But, she always talked about dark, scary things when she thought he wasn't paying attention. This was just a different level of that...

"Y-Yeah... I did it... Phew..." the boy would say with another sigh. Did this mean he had to walk all the way to Grins's house with the fox...? That seemed awful... But, wait... He had an idea! A good one too!

"Oh, um, Callie? Do you maybe want to see if my parents can drive us there? We will get there sooner and it means that the fox will be safer too!" the boy would say as he fallowed Callie from behind. He really would prefer to not be next to the fox for so long... And in a car, the experience would be quicker! A win win situation, right?

"Hmm... That boy was clearly very afraid of that cub. Seems weird don't it?" Terra would question Callie from within her mind. "I mean, he doesn't seem to mind you, and you're practically a two legged fox without fur! Neheh!" The fox shadow would say teasingly, laughing to himself. "I mean. He didn't seem to mind me either during that fight the other night! Then again, it did all happen quite fast, maybe he didn't even notice me! Or he's just rude to the planet creatures and doesn't mind shadows. He seems like a weird boy."

As much as she didn't want to be mean, she did agree with Terra. It did seem very odd how scared Zavie was of the fox if he didn't mind them... Yet, it wasn't worth bringing up in conversation, just in case. "Huh?" Callie would turn to face the boy as he mentioned his idea. "Oh that's a great idea! We can get back home way faster that way and make sure Muffins is all safe and sound super fast!" She'd say leading the way further through the forest. "Come on, we're nearly out of here, we can meet your parents up once we're out of the woods!"

"Muffins? That's what you're going with for his name?" Terra would mutter, shaking his head disapprovingly. "Well, I'll just say that I'm sure glad you didn't get the chance to name me! Nehehe!"

So, a quick drive? Phew... Good. Both he and Proxy were relieved by this fact. It meant less time with the dreaded canine and more time... Not with it! A win win situation in their books. In all honesty though, he hadn't noticed Terra the night of their conjoined awakening. He had been too busy with an exploding head and being surrounded by Proxy's aura to take notice of what Callie was doing or anything about Terra for that matter. Plus, he had been staying out of sight from the boy so... Who knew.

"O-Okay! Sure! Wait up though!" the boy would say as he chased after Callie. She was always in such a rush... But, Muffins was an adorable name for the fox. Even someone who didn't like dogs knew a cute name when he heard one. Hopefully tonight would be a lot better than the last... Hopefully.
