Meeting in Suzie Q

"Yeah, I guess that's what any person would want." Looks like she is quite a gifted and helpful individual. "Well, fame is quite similar to power, and it can be used to help people. Oh, well, I just met these two, this one is Michael, and this one is Takeru. Yeah." It seems that Takeru is being a bit shy around Nola (the idol). Well, I guess that is how a regular person would react. Not that I am regular anymore. "Well, everyone has their own tastes." I say shruggingly. Some people just don't get along with those who have fame, but he just seems indifferent, and that is definently an okay thing. "Hmm? How so? Huh, that is definently odd. Umm, I did? I said that it was your choice wether you wanted to or not."

Being introduced to both Takeru and Michael she nodded to them, she was currently dressed much Like Myrna would have been, but since the fan seemed to have been to excited and shy to come over she wouldn't be able to tell she made a mistake, since she was more done up as herself, the only give away would be her eye, but since none of the three males she was with seemed to even know anything about her idol group she didn't see a need to correct anything going on she doubted that they would suddenly show an interest in her idol group as the one named Michael seemed to be mostly dismissive of the whole thing. Tatsui didn't strike her as the kind that would like her music ether, and he seemed quite calm around her despite having learned she was a member of Trinity.

The other boy though Takeru seemed rather silent, he seemed relaxed she could tell that much, but he was being far less talkative then before she, "Nice to meet you two, we are Nola, it seems we were misidentified as our sister, but it is nice to meet you both.." her voice was as monotone as ever, and her face emotionless as she talked to them, though she did take a seat near them and waved for a server to bring her food to the new table.

"Thank you Takeru, but we do not need any help, we are just meeting, it seemed like our friend Tatsui seemed to know you both and so we wanted to meet as well"

Once her things were brought over looked at Michael and tilted her head "Can we ask...what song will you since once you go up? If the style of our last song did not suit you?" it was rather obvious that he didn't quite like her style as he hadn't really reacted to much when she was up there singing, she had done her job for a long time and had learned to be able to tell if her music was enjoyable for others, and he seemed okay enough to not have left, but he wasn't fully enjoying it.

"Tatsui...would you like to sit with us?" she asked him as she gestured to the chair beside her.

Takeru nodded.
"That was some nice singing. I usually prefer Shiina, but... you're pretty good too. Certainly better than I was". He said, laughing gently.
"Anyway... I'm gonna head off to the music simulator game with Tatsui. I'm pretty good at the piano there. Care to watch with him?" He said, asking casually. (He didn't know why he was asking her, but he figured it was him trying to redeem himself in front of a major idol).

Michael's eyes narrowed, and he began to struggle with just how he thought he knew the girl. Still, when he was introduced, he gave a weak wave, before shrugging with a slight smile. "Yo. Seems this karaoke place is real popular with the youngsters, yea? Kinda' makes me feel a bit older than I probably should, honestly," he said, humor still fresh in his voice, with a slight tinge of sadness as he lamented only being noticed by those significantly younger than him. While he still thought the girl was familiar, the complete lack of familiarity she showed to him told him that it was just imagined that he knew her on any real personal level and, indeed, he was more than likely just remembering her from TV, or on a poster, or something else, given her apparently idol status.

That was a relief, all things considered.

He pointed to himself with his right hand as the idol asked him what he liked in music, and in response he offered a shrug and a sigh. "Ehh. I think my taste is less focused on specific genre or artists, and more on what I...feel, if that makes any sense at all..." he stated, almost uneasily, before offering another shrug, before his expression turned into a smile as he saw hesitant groupings of people who seemed to want to approach, and others clearing the area, probably due to the fact that an idol just stole the show, and made it hard for most to muster up the courage to follow that sort of performance; he didn't blame them, as even he, if he had intended to perform, might have avoided that very real potential embarrassment. "Huuuuh. Well, if you kids don't mind an old man like me trying to see what's all hip and trend..." he began, pausing, allowing his humor to settle. "...Maybe I can see the other parts of our little idol's skill, yea?"

He sighed, yet again, before shaking his head.

"I...have got far too much time to kill..."

Wait, her sister? Umm, I don't think that is true at all. Oh, well, I guess I was being quite open around them... eheheheh. Oh? I think I do kinda want to know what he would sing, though he probably wouldn't be good at it. "Oh, um, sure." I say sitting down next to Nola. Jeez, you need to learn to be aware of this type of situation. Hmm? Who is this Shiina? Another idol? Yeah, I do want to see him in action if he is good with a piano. "Huh, so you like what the music makes you feel? No, we don't mind at all." I say while smiling. Of course anyone would want to see the extent of an actual idol's skill. I mean, would you want to see famous and great individuals doing what they do best in person?

She listened to all three males, and it was about then that she recognized Michael and as she was about to ask, the other boy Takeru asked them to come over to an arcade so he can show them how good he was on the piano. It was an odd request, as they had all just gotten to the Open air Karaoke, she tilted her head a bit at his invitation a bit surprised by it, though her expressionless face gave nothing away as usual, but it seemed Michael didn't mind going, and apparently nether did Tatsui so she supposed there wasn't really a reason to not go.

With that apparently decided she guessed she would have to return to the Open air Karaoke some other time as it appeared the other three wished to leave the place to go to the arcade Takeru was talking about, though she did take the time to look to Michael "Have you seen brittany since we all met? you two seemed to enjoy each others company quite well. Also we apologize we didn't recognize you right away".

She then looked to Tatsui and Takeru. "We are ready to go then to the arcade if that is were everyone else seems to go, We can come back here at another time when time permits" she nodded to them as she grabbed her things and slipped them away into her pockets and the like, and she picked up the cookies she was going to eat here and slipped them into a baggie she had since it seemed they would be leaving soon to go see Takeru play that game at the arcade.

Takeru nodded, and began to lead the way. The arcade game in question wasn't to far off, being only about 5 to ten minutes away at best. They entered the arcade, heading to the machine.
Takeru cracked his knuckles as he sat down at it, going through the songs, trying to decide which one he should play. He eventually picked the theme from the x-files, and began to play (but not before telling his newfound company to hush as he was about to start playing). The second the song started, he knew exactly what to do,  nailing all the notes perfectly (including some that would've made most people give up, he had set it to the hardest difficulty, you see). His fingers danced and flew across the controller with grace, precision, and focus equivalent to that of a master watchmaker at work. When he was done, the results showed a perfect score, and he turned to face his audience, and smiled.
"See? Certainly better than my singing." He said as he waited for their response

The older guy of the bunch smirked just slight, shaking his head as it seemed it was perfectly fine for him to tag along, despite being just bit too old for this sort of thing. He didn't much need to have a bunch of kids get what he meant, exactly, but it was refreshing to see that he wasn't just talking nonsense, and it his reasoning was one that made quite a bit of sense. "Yea man, you get it? Like...I need an emotional connection to what I'm hearin', y'know? Honestly...I can't even tell you the names of the artists or bands of the stuff I listen to, much less of the names of the songs, to be honest..." he stated simply, shaking his head and then letting loose a wide grin, before directing his stare toward's the idol's way.

He'd had a feeling she seemed familiar before, what with the odd mannerisms, and particular look, and it had bugged him for quite a while. Only now, when she said she actually recognized him as well, even dropping a familiar name, did he remember her, and immediately feel bad about forgetting. That didn't really mean he felt like telling her he forgot who she was any time soon. "Ah...Nola, yea, been a bit. What with you not seeming to know me, I just thought, y'know, I just knew your face from a post or something...maybe your look is popular, right? Who'd have thought you were one of those idols, though..." he said, then, before the gears turned and he processed what that meant; she was really popular, and he had actually met a celebrity before.

What a chance encounter.

"Whoa...didn't know you were famous, though...really surprising," he said after a bit, feigned and exaggerated shock on his face as he looked at her. He ended with a smile, before nodding casually. "Yea, well, we agreed to meet up sometime so that she'd show me the area like we agreed, y'know. I bet it'll be fun, finding someone I can hang out with for a bit...or at least finding places I can hang out at to begin with, rather than the street," he stated again, before moving n with the rest of the group, feeding the bit of info as they made the walk to the destination. It didn't take long for the guy at the lead to show off his gaming skills, leaving Michael a bit impressed, even if he wasn't exactly a big game fanatic. Still, it was obvious that he was an artist in his own home, and that, at least, was good to see; it was never fun to see a kid mope about.

"Heh, not bad. You must have practiced a lot at this, yea?"

Hmm, apparently Nola remembers meeting Michael before. But who is this 'Brittany'? "Thank you for accompanying us Nola." I say simply. Huh, so this is the arcade Takeru was talking about huh? Huh, so he picked something from the 'x files'? I can honestly say I never heard of it. Hmm, he definently seems to be doing great at it. "Yeah it definently is. Heh, then you really must love music that comes from video games huh?" He apparently loves his music with a large serving of feels. Hello reunion talks, something I will usually not be a part of. Wow, I just mentally burned myself. Huh, so Michael really wants to get along with this 'Brittany' huh?

Looking to Michael she answered his comment from earlier though he did talk about making a time to meet up with Brittany, and she nodded a bit as she listened to the rest of what he had to say before she replied "Well we hope your date with her goes well, if you want things to talk about with her May we suggest you ether read up about her work as a model...or maybe avoid that topic? it all really depends on how she sees her work and her personal time, Though if you want we can give you several articles to read to learn more about her if that is the way you wish to go about it, We took the time to confirm what we thought of her when we first met her, the findings were very informative and interesting. But we do hope the date goes well between you two, We are also glad to see you again" she nodded to him as she finished then turned to look at Tatsui.

"No need to thank us, we do not mind coming along, We have this day off on our schedule so we can do what we wish to on this day, it is why we set it aside as such. It is nice to have met a few friends on the day we had off, and a chance for a new one" she said with a nod to him as well as she then looked up at the stage at the other male named Takeru playing the arcade game that he had asked them to come and see him play, maybe this was his Idea of fun? taking turns on it perhaps? she wasn't sure.

Tilting her head as she stood with the others and watching the boy play the Game in the arcade, she watched and listened to the work that Takeru was doing on the piano, She listened, but...it was hard to say he was good at the piano just by watching him play a rhythm game that basically told you what keys to hit, he could just simply be good with his hand eye coordination, or he could have simply practiced this one song for moments like this, she really didn't know, but there was also no advantage to it. Though if he did memorize what to do and where to press that was certainly laudable in it's own right, and he may be able to play the song on an actual piano, but without a real one around that was sadly something that couldn't be proven at the moment.

Though hearing the other two it seemed they considered it a good job, but she looked around a moment and seen a rhythm dancing game and she knew that just because she could dance exceedingly well didn't mean she could play that game and show a great degree of skill with it, since that game was more about hitting the pad below your feet at the right time with the music, anyone could learn to do that, but her dancing skills meant she could put on more of a show, a game like the ones with the guitars and, in this case A piano, didn't have that same ability to flourish and show that you know the instrument, having the real instrument would be required to see how good he was at gauging tone and the proper length to hold a note, but seeing his hands moving it did show he at least knew a little, but again playing the real instrument would give a better indication of his skill

Looking back her face was still totally expressionless and she looked at Takeru with an unblinking stare, and she said in a monotone voice "That was very good" the others seemed to think so, and despite her own observations she thought it best to not air them at the moment since it seemed the boy was quite proud of the feat he just did. Though it seemed she didn't have to as another person got on the game after Takeru was done, and did the same song, on the same difficulty, and simply beat on the keys in the right order at the right time, they didn't get a perfect score with the game but they had managed a rather high score, only missing one or two times. tactfully Trinity pretended to not see that.

"Hm? Thanks." Takeru said, and he would have gone for an encore, had someone else not gone on, and he looked at the time:
"Holy- that late already?" He exclaimed upon noticing the time on his phone. According to its clock, the time was already close to dinner.
"Uh... listen, you guys. I gotta go soon... so, uh... do you guys wanna hang out again sometime? If you guys do, uh... we could exchange phone numbers!" He said, slightly excited at the prospect of more people to call and text...

Michael stood there for a moment, glancing between the kids, before centering his attention solely on Nola, who seemed to have mistook what he said. However, that was hardly the part of what she said that had taken him off guard, and he attempted to try his best to wrap his head around that. "Wait, wait, wait, wait..." he said, his face taking on a shade of surprise as he attempted to process this new information, taken nearly off guard by what she just said. "You mean to tell me that Brit's a model? Like, I was pretty sure those types lived in big houses, and didn't really associated with common ilk like me..." he said, his shock even more apparent as he considered the fact that, indeed, that day he had run into two famous people without even knowing it.

Tragic.

"...Anyways, it's not a date, 'cause all it is, is me taking her up on her offer to show me around. Like, it's just going to be a nice trip with her to the hotspots of the..." he thought about it, considered the facts again, and decided that, yes, even though it sounded the way it did, he was pretty sure this was just a situation where she was probably bored, and needed or wanted something to do, rather than anything romantic. He shrugged, looking away, before running his right hand through his hair and shaking it slightly. "...Anyways, it's good seeing you, too, but I don't think I need to learn about her model work; chances are people will end up filling me in on all that later, and, honestly..." he smiled, looking her in the eye. "...Famous people are just people, too, at the end of the day; its not going to be important to me, unless she brings it up in conversation itself, y'know?"

He looked on at the kid for a moment, his lips curling into a smirk as he said he had to go, due to the time; not surprising, as things like this often happened when you were young. "...Nah, kid. Not that you guys don't seem cool enough, I should probably stick to people in my own age range, hahaha," he stated then, holding up his hands in mock defeat. It was obvious that he had enjoyed himself, but he didn't exactly feel he was wrong in his choice to make this a rare occasion. "Though...if I see you kids around again, I won't hesitate to say hi, ok?"

Hmm, looks like they are once again talking about this 'Brittany'. I guess it would definently be rude to intrude on this topic so i'll just stay quiet. "Ok Nola." It seems like this is just what she wanted to do, so I guess it's okay. "Hmm?" It's late? Wait.... does that mean..... oh crud. I am also late for dinner, because that is what I assume he is talking about. "Oh, sure I guess." So he wants our phone numbers so we can hang out sometime. That seems quite convenient I guess. Meh, might as well give them all my phone number, because Nola seems to know Michael and Takeru just seems to be a good guy. "Here's my phone number you guys." I say handing out a scrap of paper with my phone number to each of them. Huh, I guess I agree with Michael's sentiments of famous people just still being people..... but what does that make the queen and her children? Egh, no need to think of those nasty topics right now. Just gotta focus on enjoying myself. "Oh, ok then." It seems that Michael is still standoff-ish. I guess I gotta get through that If I want to get to know him better now. "Ok, thanks. I guess i'll be seeing you guys some other time. I gotta go right now too, so see ya." I say strolling out of Suzie Q. Hopefully I will get there on time and won't get a talking to.

She listened to Michael and nodded a bit then turned to Takeru as he asked for numbers and so she took a hamburger out of her purse and flipped it open, showing it was actually a phone case, and she took down Tatsui's number, or she would have if she didn't already have it from a previous encounter, but she did take down the numbers of the other two once given out, before she wrote her own number down and handed it to both Michael and Takeru. The meeting of the four seemed to be coming to an end with Takeru apparently needing to go and With Tatsui having to head out as well.

Honestly looking at the time she had a recording to get ready for, so she should probably be heading out herself, so she looked to the remaining Michael and bowed to him a bit as well as to takeru "We must be leaving as well, We have to get to work, We hope to see you both some time again, oh and Michael..." she looked at the older male and then held her arm out with a thumbs up, her face still expressionless and her voice totally monotone as she said "Good luck" with that she put her hamburger phone away and headed off down the street, having enjoyed her time, but she still needed to make more time for later to go back to the open air Karaoke.

Takeru smiled. 
"Well... that went extremely well." He said. He walked home, content. But something told him he would be seeing them again soon...
