Gen'ei appears as a gigantic metallic entity resembling a frog, easily standing at 3 meters tall and weighing approximately 250 Kg.

Persona Background: Gen'ei is the Japanese word for illusions, phantoms, if you will. Either way, its object assumes the realm of uncertainty, something that cannot be properly explained nor perceived, and the origin of what is unknown to the observer.

'The Frog Prince' is a well-known fairy tale about a frog who, once kissed, turns back into a beautiful prince, while the Egoic Lotus is a term used in the esoteric profession.

Fusion Attack: This fusion attack acts as a combination attack between your initial Persona, and one of the many other Personas under your control. When using this attack, you will combine two skills together to attack in one post. For Example, if you were to use Zio and Agi, the two would be combined together to inflict both Zio and Agi damage. Since it's two skills at once, you'd add the damage from the Zio and the Agi together to get the total damage dealt. Not only this, but you will need to put the cost together aswell, as you're practically using two skills in one post, more or less.

This can only be used once per three separate battles.

Cost: 6 SP
Type of Damage: Buff/Debuff
Description: Frog pulls down his pants, revealing beneath them the roundness of his shining behind. However, the sight of it is too much to bear on the mortal body and soul, so regular people as well as demons perceive Frog's butt as a shining reflector, a brilliant beacon blinding them momentarily.
In turn-based combat format, it lowers an enemy's Hit rate by 30% for one turn.
In PvP, it blinds the enemy looking directly at it, but only for a couple of seconds. Still way more than enough to give Frog an opening.

Putting what your Soul Skill does aside (lol?), normally AoE buffs are at least Tier 3, Tier 2 if the boost is small enough. So you can have something that lowers hit/miss rate by a percentage, but it would only be single target even were it to target allies as well. At Tier 1 it'd probably be 15% at most. You could manage a 30% increase if it's just for one turn though.

You can lower the skill cost to 6 SP. Approved.
