Gwenhwyfar is around 5 feet tall and looks like a woman made completely out of some kind of crystal, as apparent by her "skin" color and her eyes which lack irises or pupils as well as a gem placed in the center of her forehead. A mixture of blue and purple colors covers her person, and a large diamond object seems to be over her chest, seemingly apart of her body. She has brighter blue straps on her legs and wears a dress that fits snugly around her body down to her thighs. Another noticeable feature is that where her arms should be, there exists a purple and blue cape reaching out and floating simply. It appears as though they cover arms, but underneath there are no arms to conceal.

Persona Background: Gwenhwyfar, commonly known as "Guinivere" in various texts, is the famous wife of King Arthur most notable for her beauty, friendly demeanor, and her affair with Arthur's relative Lancelot which depending on the text one reads, caused or contributed to the fall of Camelot. Depending on the readings, in Welsh texts she is the sister of Gwenhwyfach and descended from Romans, taught by the Cador of Cornwall. In other texts, she is the only child of King Leodegrance who served under Arthur's father.

Gwenhwyfar has been depicted as a sad woman with an inferiority complex due to growing up with a cold and uncaring family, someone that had feelings for Ser Lancelot long before her marriage to Arthur. She was also written as someone tricked into loving Lancelot, or even a fanatical Christian for her lusts towards another man while being married to Arthur. The woman regardless of her portrayals, remains a famous female figure in folklore to this day.

Fusion Attack: This fusion attack acts as a combination attack between your initial Persona, and one of the many other Personas under your control. When using this attack, you will combine two skills together to attack in one post. For Example, if you were to use Zio and Agi, the two would be combined together to inflict both Zio and Agi damage. Since it's two skills at once, you'd add the damage from the Zio and the Agi together to get the total damage dealt. Not only this, but you will need to put the cost together aswell, as you're practically using two skills in one post, more or less.

This can only be used once per three separate battles.

Description: If Tomoe throws her soulbound weapon up to 15 feet away or less, she will be able to shift to it at a high speed no matter where it is so long as it is within that distance limit. This skill has the cost of her losing her ability to use soulbound attacks while the weapon is somewhere else. It deducts the SP every time she teleports. In PvS, after using the skill it lasts for three turns and is a 15% boost to evasion at the cost of losing soulbound attacks for that turn limit.

Cut the distance from 12 meters, everything else is fine. For tier 1, try to make it around 15 feet. Also you can lower the cost to 6 sp.

I should have mentioned this before, but is this teleport a real teleport or just high speed movement?
