Time Ticks for Everyone [Blaez]

He almost felt bad for making these sort of jokes with her, almost, but he really found her reactions either funny or adorable, so he didn't planned to stop any time soon... unless she asked to. "That should go without saying, Mae. We are too young to even be thinking about it." He added, but at this point it was pretty redundant.

"I hope they realize the implications and find a way around it..."He couldn't help but feel worried that they might draw unwanted attention... hopefully what Mae said is right, they are just reckless.

"...You're weird Mae, most people wouldn't put up with me." Blaez laughed a bit, he had improved on his rudeness a bit, but when the two friends first met each other even the man himself thought he was a lost cause. "To be honest, i had no friends before 'that' happened... I didn't realize how much i was missing by pushing others away... I guess thanks to the event i was able to change."

"W-Wha...?" Ayane replied, now looking slightly bewildered before finally giving up, and just finished with a light kiss on Blaez's cheek. "T-Thanks, dear..." Mae nodded. "Yeah... raising a child isn't easy. I've learned that the hard way through my job." The pinkette replied with a light sigh. "Kids aren't easy to deal with..."

"Give 'em some time. I'm sure they'll figure something out." Hopefully at least. Jack was a little bit eccentric, but he was no fool, that was something she, and anyone else who was connected with him, knew very well. Jack took the risks no one else wanted to. He had gone to Standasen to fight off the great evil... she hadn't. That's what separated them. Mae was certainly no hero.

"Haha, am I? I find it quite easy, now that I've known you for such a long time." Not that it was ever really a problem. The two had gotten along fairly well ever since they met up, and their relationship would probably remain a solid, platonic one. "Well, that's a good thing, yeah? Sure, the whole ordeal was pretty bad, but it made us grow into better people, wouldn't you say?"

"And what made you overlook it in the beginning?" Blaez raised an eyebrow genuinely curious to hear Mae's answer, as mentioned before he was a very unpleasant individual back then, in hindsight it was surprising how many friends he made since then. "You're right, despite all that happened we moved forward... I can't really complain, a lot of people had it way worse than me." He let out a sigh while tapping his index finger on the table, a bit of him still didn't got over his artificial persona... "...I'm things will just improve from now on." That was more of Blaez trying to motivate himself rather than him talking to the two.
