Appearance: Roy is six feet tall. He has a somewhat muscular and bulky body. In most seasons he dresses like a formal, serious student. In summer, he prefers to wear track suits. He has a faded buzzcut and a beard—both of which are with brown hair. He has Brown eyes, and a tattoo that says KING on his back.

Alternate Appearance:Roy takes on the appearance of a police officer. He gets his own uniform, which says JUSTICE on each sleeve. Instead of a police department on his back, it just says PATRIOT.

Personality: Roy is an aloof teenager. He’s known to be a goofball, but he also is known for having a short temper and a hatred for criminals. He’s clumsy and uncoordinated basically all the time, except for when he’s fighting. A surprisingly good leader, he has a warm presence and a positive outlook on life. He’s also known to be quite charming with women. Roy’s easily startled by loud noises, and often times gets intimidated by barking dogs and the like. He’s overly formal sometimes, and people often comment that he’s way too vocal about his emotions. Roy plays a lot of video games after training, and as such also sometimes reveals his nerdy side in conversation. He tends to think of his progress in anything as a level boost.

—Description: Roy’s trained his footwork and developed his dexterity for years. When Roy is focused on fighting, he is able to actually make use of this ability—out of combat he’s actually quite clumsy. In combat, he has a 10% Luck boost.

The Background

History: Roy is an accomplished Judoka and Freestyle Wrestler. He began training as a child, around the age of 6. He’s competed for years, and had some concussions. He has a lot of trouble cutting weight for competition, and has ended up fighting in higher weight classes than he has liked. He has moved around a lot as a child—due to his father being in the military, and his mother primarily taking care of the home. He makes lots of friends, but because of how often he moves, he never makes close friends.

He wants to become a police officer because his cousin was brutally murdered and dismembered while he was still a young child. He considered his cousin to be like an older brother, and his cousin was largely a role model for him. Unforunately, his cousin ended up getting involved with the wrong crowd, and going to parties that involved a lot of drug dealers. He was murdered trying to protect his friend from a group of loan sharks. Although he aspires to be a pro fighter first, his main goal in life is to become the ultimate tool of justice. He has trouble getting along with his older sister, whom he considers to be evil (she often does drugs and steals).

Roy has also had a number of girlfriends in his life, and his mother and sister aren’t fans of his attitude towards women. He’s not a misogynist by any means, but being a womanizer can tend to lead to a bad reputation if things go south in a relationship.

Yes,I know the Endymion plot has yet to start, but since we were working on this, here is my tip.

Like I said before it is a good start. I still think the history and personality could be fleshed out a bit more along with descriptions; however, I'll let a second pair of eyes help with that. Outside of that, I think you have done well for a first app.

Nice, so far it's looking good.

A couple of things though to keep in mind. Your soulbound's dimensions need to be written in it's description. It's length, more or less. A little bit more on his Personality and Appearance wouldn't hurt, but it's enough for what it is, if somewhat bare-bones. I do like his background though.

The Computer Hacking skill I will not pass as a strength, as it's very much a prodigy thing. You could make it a skill which boosts his overall learning when it comes to things that requires intelligence (like hacking) to make him into what you have now. If your character's a good hacker, then earn him that title through RPing, and watch him grow.

All in all, not bad for a first time on the site. Notify me once these changes have been made.
