I really must be rather tired, huh...?" Yeah, even her legs were starting to give in, but she had to stay strong. "Anyway, I'm glad you showed up. These people saved lives... Treat them as such." She said, before looking at her comrades with a gentle smile. Had they not been here, things would've ended a lot worse.

"I... have seen better days, yes... Thanks, Kira." Danielle felt truly thankful for her friends. Oh, how worried Joyce must be right now... Not to mention her father... Wow, that would be something difficult to explain to him... Powers like these weren't exactly common.... and it wasn't everyday you almost got beaten to death by a giant robot. And even rarer still... coming out of such an ordeal triumphant.

"I'll help with the escorts myself, if I can. I may be off duty today, but still..." Well, she wanted to do her job. And besides, she owe her allies that much at least. As a thanks from not only herself, but the colony as well.

(Umm, probably little too late to say this but guys. Skip me for real this time lewl. Im on a trip and I only have my phone with its mobile data as internet. So i cannot post much. Sorry for the late warning, this is the only time I got to do this. We were kinda forbidden to use our gadgets more than an hour so we can join the family bonding. I-It was a walkie-talkie? Gemini hadn't felt dumber than they did before now... Maybe they had overexcited the technological prowess of these people. Regardless... How did the two exactly come about saying they didn't live here? 'War' walked back to 'Peace' and perked up at the special one's words. 'War' quickly, and with unbalance, would find her way on the opposite side of the special one.

"A-Alright then~! Well... Ms. Danielle here can take us home then... She knows where we live already and all... Convenience is key here!" 'War' said with a nod of her head, 'Peace' sighing ever so lightly. Hopefully this worked... It wouldn't look good if they simply up and disappeared in front of one of these military types... It wouldn't end well...

Kalyan shook his head with a sigh, before placing his arm around her and lifting her up. "Don't force yourself. You're just as much a civilian as us right now, Dani." The soldier leading them nodded, turning his head around at them.

"He's right on this, ya know. You're off duty, so just relax, you're obviously not in shape to exert yourself. Leave the leading to us." Though, he sighed and turned towards the... twins? They looked like at least non-identical twins. "After we drop the others home, she can lead you two. But go home right away, understood? We'll be filing a report on this, and if anything happens to any of you, it's on us. Be careful." It was clear the man had the right intentions, but it wasn't quite possible for him to understand the reason why they needed to be led on their own... oh well. This didn't sit right with Kalyan either, as, needless to say, he would keep supporting Danielle even after the others were gone.

This wouldn't be very eventful now, as the guards simply led them home. Was this how the day was supposed to end...? Another whir could be heard from the top of the Colony as the familiar pinkish hue of the barrier returned to encapsulate the settlement. They were safe, for now.

One a somewhat somber note, these young people feel a kind of resolution form in their heart. What was that machine, and what was its purpose in attacking the Maiden? Will Lux be alright after all? For now, it's unknown, but with the powers they now have, it's most certainly possible for them to combat this threat, or so they feel...
