Grand Celebration! [Eirinian Mass Awakening]

It was truly an impressive sight, he had to admit. While he wasn't one for the mass glorification of any individual, maiden or not, he couldn't help but feel... happy for everyone around him. Yet Cyrus stood by what he promised himself that morning and simply stared up at the Maiden, arms crossed. The adorable fluffy performing creatures did not help his attempts to be in a bad mood, however.

Cyrus had come to the festival for one reason and one reason only: It was better than being cooped up at home in a day where he knew none of his friends would be available. The maidens' birthday was of no interest to him, but he honestly felt happy for not only the maiden, but also the colony. He guessed there were just some peer pressures that were too strong even for him.

Out of curiosity, Cyrus took a gander around the crowd to see if there was even a single person not overflowing with joy. Among the people he saw, some stood out. It was sort of like playing "spot the protagonist" except the differentiation was more based on... raw instinct than looks.

"Eh, probably just all the dopamine going through my head right now." He thought to himself. But regardless of whether he trusted his instincts or not, he figuratively sat on a figurative chair and paid close attention at what they would do...

The big day finally arrived, the past few days were filled with anticipation for the event. All that wait was worth it, she was having fun and so did many people in the colony of Eirini, it was good to see smiles on people's faces"I knew this was going to be good!"The delinquent said to herself with a grin on her face as she walked around, even people giving her a suspicious look didn't bothered her, nothing could ruin this day... or at least she thought so. Eventually Kira Kira arrived at the plaza where the Ferris Wheel was located, there were many people gathered around that place.


She fixed her case's belt and walked forward trying to find a better position so she could watch Lux's speech, that woman's presence was enough to bring a smile to the Eirini's citizens face... well almost everyone, some just talked shit about the Maiden, Kira Kira herself didn't had an opinion on the Maiden yet, but Lux looked like a kind person, so she didn't had a reason to hate the woman.

Festivals. Humans celebrate this to have fun and to honor 'someone' whose dedicated for the event. Diana was walking around the festival's vicinities. She was amazed to see mascots around the place. She was very entertained by the magicians and she enjoyed the soothing music of the great musicians, who were in costumes as well. She can't help but to hug the festival's joy and continue to roam around the festival. "Wow! What a great event! How creative for the humans" she said as she continued to roam around the vicinity.

She stopped walking as she heard a tap from a microphone. She then saw Lady Lux standing on the podium and was about to start her speech. Lady Lux might not be her actual creator but if it wasn't for her approval, Diana wouldn't be born. Diana really idolizes Lady Lux and she really appreciated & enjoyed protecting her in the last four years. Diana can't help but to keep on looking on the beautiful Maiden. "Lady Lux is so nice. I wish I can protect her again." she said before moving on as Lux ended her short speech. She was also one of the Eirinians who applaud after her speech. She really idolizes Lux in every aspect of her.

Moving on, Diana proceeded to the Ferris Wheel. Unfortunately for Diana, she doesn't know what a "Ferris Wheel" is. It looks a big example of engineering for her and she thought that it can be some sort of transportation from the first floor to the other floors. "What a strange architecture and it seems that humans are only riding it for fun" she commented. Well, it wouldn't hurt to try" she added before falling in line with one of the humans who were lining up for the Ferris Wheel as well.

And he thought Parangelia was impressive. Whatever the case, just staring at the immense crowd that was surrounding the plaza was astonishing: so many attraction, so many a kid would get lost, and yet...Even if he knew it, deep inside, that the Maidens were loved by most of the population of the two colonies, and yet, much like as he did when he studied in the library of the academy, he always thought that such perfect harmony couldn't last forever. He tried to get close to the main attraction, shifting now and then his attention towards the people around him just in case, he was at a big celebration, and festivities or not, he was still a thief, but as he was lost in his thoughts, he still had his white hood, so..."Nothing to worry about, today." Or so he thought. As much as his father did, his loyalty to the Maidens was strong, but his uncle teached him about always being vigilant, as peace never lasts. The musician's play was quite relaxing though, so he tried to repress any negative, thoughts, at least for today. He had to leave his brothers at home, too much chaos for some children to take care of, but he promised anyway he would take them to the attraction later.[/i][/justify]

Well this is rather unfortunate, isn't it? Just when Cyrus thought he might actually vo a full day without some form of negative event, it was going to rain. Even the crowd was bummed about it, he felt.

"Just my luck..." He mused. Those clouds looked way too dense not to be stormclouds. But this was odd… he was sure today's forecast promised clear skies all day long, nay, positive!

Cyrus took into consideration his current clothing, then took into consideration how much of a mess his coat would end up as if it got wet. Besides, those clouds looked fairly loaded. He looked around, scanning for something he could use for rain cover. After roughly half a minute of scanning, his eyes rested on a pair of ladies wearing fancy outfits, one of them holding an umbrella. She couldn't have brought it from home, could she? It definitely wasn't a parasol, it had the wrong shape, so why would anyone bring an umbrella out on a supposedly clear day? Maybe she bought it from one of the stalls..?

Cyrus approached the woman and stopped a few feet in front of her. "Excuse me." He said. "I couldn't help but notice your umbrella. Did you bring it with you, or is there a stall somewhere where I could get one as well?"

"Huh?"Suddenly that beautiful sunny day became clouded and gray. All the smiles were gone, even Lux looked upset, and a day that started so promising was now so gloomy... and she thought nothing could ruin that day"Well... this is lame"She murmured.

She couldn't help but feel uneasy with this new atmosphere, it was hard not to, all that negative energy was contagious"Ugh... i'm gonna hang around for a little longer, I've had enough of this place for today."

Diana was in the Ferris Wheel. As the car slowly goes up, she enjoyed the view. She can see the whole festival area as well as the whole colony. Diana was mesmerized about the view so she kept on looking at the window. "Wow... This is amazing!" Diana said, she was amazed about how humans are creative on architectures. She applauds them. Diana just enjoyed the view until the ride ends. She can't wait to ride the Ferris Wheel again.

As Diana exited the Ferris Wheel, clouds started to gather as if it was about to rain. "Strange. It was sunny earlier" she said. Indeed that it was strange. Weathers don't change all of a sudden! or did the forecaster got the weather forecast wrong? Diana doesn't have an umbrella with her. She doesn't know if she is a water-proof robot. Diana has a bad feeling about this. Just look at it, the Maiden is frowning as well.
