Samael was quiet for a while, simply listening to what she was saying. In a way, she was being a bit contradictory. Maybe normal people shouldn't go, for several reasons. But then how does she want the monsters to get wiped out? She alone wouldn't be able to do enough, no matter how much effort she put in. Even a powerful individual can't do everything on their own. Not when faced with more than just a few enemies. If not those you are trying to protect, who is supposed to go fight them? Imaginary people? ''I see how it is. But do you think it is enough? Normal people may be better off not getting involved, but you alone won't be able to protect everyone. Getting rid of such a threat would require a bigger amount of people working on it frequently enough. Otherwise it's like throwing peas at the wall, more than anything else.'' That wouldn't solve anything in the long run. Not unless more people put in some work in that particular area.

She continued to keep eye contact throughout the entire conversation, listening to the boy speak. "You may be right there, maybe people should start picking up the slack, but for now it's just me and I'm going to have to deal with it. Don't worry though, I can handle myself." She looked up at the sky, noticing that the sun wasn't fully down, but it was getting there. "Well kid, it been fun, but I really should be getting home. I hope we can speak again though, and I would hope you're still in style when that happens." Viv would turn as she was talking, walking off back into the crowd, but it wasn't hard to miss her with everyone avoiding her; but she'd continue to make her way down the path towards her home. Sure that was a strange encounter, but if they somehow met again, it would only get weirder. Though she wouldn't know when that next meeting would be, as it would probably take awhile for them to cross paths again.

What she claimed to be doing was still dangerous and sort of not very useful with only her, but at least she wasn't running away from actually doing something. That was a good thing in all of this. Although he was still a little perplexed over this whole conversation. Didn't it start with her views on fashion? He was none the wiser as to why she went out of her way to discuss these matters with him in the end, but so be it. And maybe he should go elsewhere himself. There were some things to think about, and being around a crowd was not helpful.
