Appearance: A large tanned and stocky man, that stands at 6'7, and weighing in at 240 lbs. Dragoon wears an black hat with a red stripe on it with white ear flaps, and he also wears a long black coat with a collar on it he also wears a belt to keep the black coat closed. Dragoon wears a white coat over his black coat as a cape. Dragoon wears black pants and a black short sleeved shirt under his coats. The final pieces of his clothing are maroon gloves and maroon boots. Dragoon is also never not seen without smoking a cigar.

Personality: Dragoon seems to be loitering around pubs, or wandering aimlessly. Dragoon is always seems to be looking for mercenary work since with a past like his no one will hire him hence why he doesn't like talking about his past. Dragoon is actually a kind individual despite his intimidating appearance. Dragoon always seems broke since he will take on jobs without accepting money.

History:

Sorry, but you must add some kind of Evoker that isn't just summoning the Persona without effort. This is because you gain the ability to bring out your Persona instantly when you gain your Prime one, and not having a buffer for an Initial User would make that moot. In short, the Persona 1 and 2 method is gotten when you gain your Prime, and can't be used by regular Users until then. Fix that and you're approved.
