Being born under military ranks, Haruo has an all-around very good physique, with smooth pale skin and white albino hair, probably eredited from his mother's lineage, and cyan blue eyes just like his father, plus a childish face to make it all seem like his brain only works with one cell at the time(which may be mostly true). He wears many kinds of clothes depending on the situation, but sticks with his light white cloak and hood when out for a walk or while going to "work". He is 5,8" and weights 77 kg.

Personality: At first glance, Haruo seems to be a cheerful young man with an outgoing personality and an unbelievable sense of security. Running out of of topics for a conversation with him is inconceivable, whatever he's speaking to a friend or not, and considering him interesting or boring may be some kind of understatement, as he may go on and on forever about all his adventures throughout the streets of Eirin since he was discharged from the army, with most of them being clearly not true. He is stubborn and dull sometimes, but to those who can overcome that facade and take a peek into his heart, will see a strong-willed boy tempred by an hard and oppressive upbringing, aiming to turn him into the soldier he should have been. Throwing away his insecurity, he fought for his freedom, losing the love of the ones close to him in the process and dealing with the consequences. Because of this he tries his best to be reliable with his friends and generally in everything he does. He jokes about his past, changing the subject everytime such matter is brought up by someone, as he's still suffering from it. While being social, earning his undisputed trust may prove to be an hard challenge, probably because of some past issues.

As such, his understanding of people's heart is very high, but of course not enough to guess or learn everything about them, such as their motives, their past, etc...

The Background

History:
Haruo was born in the colony of Eirin from a lieutenant of the army and a scientist. While her mother, Desiria, was one of the researchers for the Agriculture Facility aiming to increase the productivity of the fields, his father Korowa served under the rule of the Maiden of Eiris, until he died at young age because of an unknown disease. Grown listening to his stories and hoping to follow his footsteps, Haruo soon joined a Military school at young age, followed by his best friend ,Gremin, an orphan that he almost considered like a brother. At the academy, Haruo met his father's brother, Rejen: raised in Parangelia and entrusted to maintain balance and peace in the lowest colony as unity commander, he was a strict yet trustful man, extremely loyal to the Maidens and almost obsessively interested in his nephew's upbringing, together with her own daughter, Hegeni. His personality was overhelming for Haruo, almost suffocating, but the boy wanted to be aknowledged by Rejen, who soon became his father's figure, sometimes even challenging his almost perfect cousin, never giving up to a challenge. Some time later, when he turned seventeen, something happened: Haruo was forced out of the academy because of a scandal regarding him and Gremin, and his uncle marked him as a dishonored son. While hurt, and betrayed, living in the streets of Eirin for over a year, he learned to survive out of hunger and necessity: he became a thief, going against everything he was raised to be, nursing the wounds in his heart by devoting himself to look after a group of orphans in Eirin. But what happened at the academy, if you want to know, is something that you'll have to find out on your own.
