Hey guys, I have put up a small thread within the Interdimensional Coliseum for anyone who just want rp something for fun can. While I have the skeleton of the story in play, this story is just as much as my story as it is the community's. I welcome people to be creative within the bounds of the areas set up.
This story does have fights and dungeons; however, they work a little differently than ones found on the site in the fact that the battles are more dynamic.
Players and NPC both get to do two moves per turn which include guarding and defensive moves in the two count step.
Example:
Player A moves into strike Player B with a mid-cut. Following this, Player A steps forward, flipping the sword around to bring the sword upward at an angle across Player B's chest.
Reaction:
Player B jumps back away from the mid-cut and raises his sword in an attempt to block player A's strike. If successful, the blades clang loudly together as they meet.
Luck determines the hits. If the luck on both side are equal the two swords clash together and nobody gets it hit. However, if the luck stats are uneven in any way, the one with the higher luck get the hit. Pretty simple right?
Magic is cancelled out by magic of equal tier level and broken through by stronger ones.
Personas are not necessary to use magic as this fantasy world does not run under Persona logic; however, please use the same spells from the persona lists here and choose only up to 8 of them as if your character class chosen was maxed out.
We don't have soul bounds in this universe, but we do have weapons that still fall under pierce, slash, or strike. We do allow guns, but please use common sense when picking a weapon and know that all weapons won't hit everything.
Example:
A sword will miss a flying enemy more frequently than say a gun or bow.
If you use logic and common sense, you should be fine; however, if you don't you are penalized through the way the NPCs of my world whether enemy or not react. And yes dual weapons are allowed.
Dungeons. Alright these are just as simple as they are on the site. I will provide a map.
3 Steps for under 400 words. 5 steps for 400 words or above. Details are revealed as you move including any hints for treasure items, or important items that may be in the area. There isn't too much to say here, but know that I react to what is done to both area and NPCs to keep the world as realistic and alive as possible.
One last thing, I am very particular about posting order, so unless something dictates it should be changed, do not go switching the order without reason. That is just confusing in the end.

I'll put up stats for my character in due time. Also note one important fact: There are no time limits, but please don't wait a month or so to post. Be courteous to those in the thread and post when you can.
