Even as the air was frozen, the remaining Users could feel it, under the ice, the strength of their other self powering them up. They were few, the ones who made it, not after this flash freeze happened... others were unseen, nothing but red stains on the shimmering snow field that was now their home. With ice spikes surrounding it, only a single figure loomed in the center, looking up at the sky. It too knew of the Users' presence. They were few, but they were there, and they could feel their God keeping them tied to this life, as their last remaining strength powered them to push forward. Only they could stop the culprit now, after all. It was too late to save the ones who were gone, but not too late to prevent the rest of the world from suffering this fate.
"What a damn BORE! No-one in this place is any fun at all! Seriously, is that what you call Persona Users here?! What a JOKE!"
The shouts of the culprit echoed like a child's tantrum as she stomped the ground hard, creating cracks in the frozen dirt. "But you guys are still there. Somehow, you're still there. That means I have more Popsicles to make!" As she turned around, the face that the few survivors saw was that of a child, one they had seen before, one they had certainly known by now. It happened too fast for them, the power surge was too sudden, but now that it happened, they certainly had a chance to fight back. Did they want to, though...?
"I swear to God, if you guys are even MORE boring than this whole damn town, I won't even have the decency to give you a proper death!"

(OoC: I'm letting a maximum number of three Users join this. Make sure that you're up to Maxed Ultimate for this, and that you're an actual, normal Persona User, no other classes are admitted as of right now. Good luck to those who challenge this beast of a loli.)
