The First Day (Jack Rannells) //OPEN//

This time, it was Mae's turn to almost choke on her food. "*Cough Cough*... W-wait, you both know Sharaku-san?" They just dropped a bombshell on her. They all knew eachother? And pretty well at that it seems in Hyde's case. "Well, it wasn't Sharaku that showed me the way to the dorms. It was a first year named Kazuya. Sharaku I just met the day I arrived at Azores Station. We just bumped into eachother, quite litterary." She chuckled slightly before continuing. "So, how do you guys know Sharaku-san?". What were the odds that all of them would know Sharaku Rikei? Astronomical, Mae assumed, though she could not dismiss it as a coincidence. It was all just too... Convenient.

"So, you got the clubhouse from the Janitor, huh? Well, that's nice, I suppose.". Mae tilted her head slightly, having finished her food. "So, where's this shack then?" She gave the two guys a warm smile.

"Me neither. I mean, who would wish that upon anyone? Well... Don't answer that. I'm sure there's some crazy person somewhere who would gladly wish something like this upon someone else..." Mae looked down on her lap. The topic was a bit unsettling, so she decided to quickly change the topic to something else. "Hey, are you guys free this friday? What do you say the three of us go to a Karaoke bar and hang out then after school?"

Wait... she knew Kazuya to? Huh... what a small world it was. Jack smiled and wondered what the little ball of energy had done when they met.... probably talked her ear off a little. heh... Jack smiled and leaned back in his chair putting his hands behind his head. He thought back to when he met Sharaku and this whole mess began."Well... I wouldn't say I know him personally, but we crossed paths once or twice. I helped him in the same situation he helped you in actually, heh. Yeah though... weird we all know him... But it seems you know em the best Hyde... Fancy that." Hyde... this guy said he knew Sharaku really well... dose that mean Hyde also has powers? Huh... this was getting interesting.

"Yeah yeah yuk it up, my shack may be the janitor's old place but it's still my pride and joy. It's actually in the court yard behind the dorms. Now as for the supernatural... heh Super natural doesn't always mean bad ya know."Jack smiled inwardly and thought of his Golem,"As for Karioki I don't know what I have goin on but sure, I'll see what I can do."

Sharaku was one of the first of many friends that I met in Azores. I thought he was some rich aristocrat or a business man at first. However, looks can definitely be deceiving, he already ventured in that vast deepness called adulthood. A place where oppai get bigger and all the boys start to grow chin hair, but then we have to start shaving. Trust me, razor bumps sucks, there is this one teac- “ Hyde would promptly cut himself off, he didn’t want to start spreading rumors.

“Nevermind hahahaha…… but anyway, it really is a small world. But you know, I never really went out singing before. I think that’s something I would want to try atleast once. “

"It's settled then? Karaoke on Friday, after school?" Mae looked at the other two. She was gonna get to sing again, and just thinking about it got Mae excited! "So, are there any good ones in Penecia? It's a resort, right, so there's bound to be at least ONE Karaoke Bar there!" She asked Hyde moreso than Jack, as Hyde worked over there, he's bound to know the area a bit better than Jack.

She giggled. "I can't wait! I'm gonna get to sing again!" Mae was positively glowing with joy. The two had no Idea how much this meant to her. To Mae, there was no greater joy than to stand on stage and lose yourself in a song. It was truly an experience you couldn't get anywhere else. Sure, a karaoke bar was nothing absolutely spectacular, but Mae didn't really care. As long as she could sing, nothing else really mattered anymore...

"Well happy to see I've been drafted heh," Jack smiled slightly and made it a point to clear his schedule. This was going to be interesting... Jack wasn't much of a singer, though if he had to he could probably try to sing some featherman openings... but beyond that it would have probably end up a travesty... Regardless Jack was looking forward to it. "Well this has been nice but I gatta get going, my afternoon patrol won't do itself, heh. Gatta keep the school safe. I'll see you guys later, next time we run into each other I'll show you my club house."

Jack stood and smiled at Hyde and Mae one more time before grabbing his tray and bringing it to the tray return.... For some reason... he felt like this would all end in tears.... Mostly likely his own. Oh well. Might as well have fun with it.

I think I passed a karaoke bar or two on my usual routes, I’m pretty sure that I know one!” Hyde would wave at Jack when he leaves and checks the watch. “Lunch is almost over; I should start to head on back to class. However, take my contact information down!”After writing down his number and email to give to Mae, he would start to get up. Whenever you’re ready, I’ll give you jacks number and we could all group up and hang out again. It’ll be fun! Well, I’ll see you, text me!” With that, Hyde left. He was really looking forward to singing as well.

"Yeah! See you both on Friday then! Don't forget!" Mae said, as she rose up from her seat. She swung her bag on her back, and picked up her food tray, and left the table. Things were looking up. It was just her first day here, and she had already made plans for the weekend with other schoolmates. With a bright smile on her face, Mae cheerfully returned to her classroom after returning the tray, and tossing the now empty paper lunchbox in the trash.
