| Hm, apparently she didn't like being talked back to. But, she was the one to talk him down first. Either way, the story was more interesting at the moment. This meant that all those alternate words had been one place in the past, just as the real Azores. Something must have happened, though. Was it really possible for only Shadows to cause the places to drift apart on this level...? It was hard to believe. Sure, some Shadows were strong, but this was practically a rift in..space? The only way to walk from one to the other was to use the portal out to the real world, and then walk back in through one in the respective region you want to go to. Unless they were missing another possibilty. Still, there was the fact that there was an occurence strong enough to tear a place into pieces. That was not good. And they barely had any answers to any of it. Joy.
He would frown a little, before looking at her solemnly. It took him a while to get the meaning of what she said next. He did have a hard time equating love, but he'd say he did get the basic meaning. She meant that there was someone close to her that got stuck in one of the other paralel islands...right? He would look over at the water and then back at her. ''You mean that someone you knew was at one of the other islands when that happened....? If that's the case, I think you could still possibly meet. There may not be a way to get over from here, but one can reach the other islands through our side of the world. From what I know, there are people living on several of them as of now. So, maybe..?'', he would suggest. It did sound plausible. ''The best option would probably be to find a way to put them all together again...but I have no idea how would that be done. It must have been something powerful to cause such a rift.'', he would add, somewhat thoughfully. He really didn't know. This was all just way too complicated, and it was getting more and more so.

| She thought to herself, and nodded. "Well, if you say so. I've lost hope of it, cause the living are most important, but if it can be recovered, maybe. Does that mean the islands were split off and put somewhere else...?" She said letting a sigh out before scratching the back of her neck. "Well, do what you want. I won't refuse your help, but if you have any ideas, feel free to bring them up to me or Sanj Makami. He works outside here as well from time to time. Red hair, works for Nyarlathotep, golden eyes sometimes. Likes poker whatever..." she scowled at Sharaku, with with far off eyes, like she didn't know herself what she meant by her mannerisms. It was annoying her. So stupid. | |

| ''It seems something has probably messed around with space. There probably is a way, but I can't say yet. Need to look into it more first.'', Sharaku would say, just putting it out there. Maybe it was possible. They were looking around those worlds already, so who knew what'd they find. Though, he had no idea what would happen with these places once they fixed some stuff. Those rifts weren't there before...were they..? If not, then once things got reversed back to normal, they couldn't come here anymore. Hm. Or, maybe it had always been just a matter of seeing them. That, he didn't know.
He would look at her silently for a while, when she started describing a comrade of hers. Not that he had anything against playing card games, but why did she even mention such..? Well, anyhow. ''Very well, I'll keep that in mind. That said, is there anything you'd want to know, or such? I have enough free time today to stick around for a while longer.'', he'd suggest, giving her a calm look. Seeing as he already got himself stuck talking to someone, he might as well stay around for a bit. Who knew what the rest was doing anyway. He had nothing better to do than hang around for now.

| Sandra didn't seem as active as she was originally, she seemed a bit lost in thought when Sharaku asked for anything else. "Well, no. You'll be fine soldier. Do what you gotta do, and I'l have work for you when you return. Let's see what you're made of," she said, regaining her cocky grin and punching her open fist. She turned back and began to take a few steps to her post, but turned back around with a look on her face that seemed a bit unsure. "Hopefully you'll make it back. You'll be missing out on a hell of a lot of stuff." she finally said, before turning to her proper position, and began to observe the rifts, remaining silent unless Sharaku had something to say. | |

| Nothing..? Well, fine with him. More free time to do...well, whatever. Though, it seemed that she wanted to test him when he came back. Better keep that in mind. Sharaku would give her a faint smile at her second statement. ''Unless hell breaks out, I'm not planning on staying out. There are a lot of things to do, so I shall be back eventually.'' He would look at her for a short while, considering saying something more, but decided otherwise in the end. ''Well, then, don't let me distract you from your job, miss. Perhaps we'll meet later.'', he'd say ina farewell, giving her a nod, before making his way back out, unless she decided to stop him. Which he doubted. Besides, it appeared that she had her job to do, so he wouldn't keep bothering her for now. Next time, perhaps, when he had the time to hang around here. This place was interesting in its own way.
