Subject: Neith -- Another Whom Governs Power Sun Oct 26, 2014 5:35 am
Neith "Only through conflict can a resolve be made manifest. There is no strength in fleeing from the battles that await oneself -- only cowardice."
The Biography
Birth Name: Neith Aliases: N/A. Gender: Female Age: Eighty-three years old. Appears to be six. Birth Day: Unknown. Arcana: Chariot. Place of Residence: The Velvet Room School Year: N/A. (Doesn't attend school.) Class: (We'll fill this in once you're approved. This will be your class in school)
After School Club: N/A.
Part Time Job: N/A.
Appearance: Neith has a very ironic appearance when it comes to the contrast between it and her personality. Appearing as a six year old child, Neith sports dark blue hair and golden yellow eyes. She stands at 43 inches tall and weighs around fifty pounds; with her also having slightly pale skin.
In terms of clothing Neith wears a rather large hat with a blue spade on top of it. Aside from that she also dawns a black suit and a pair of casual blue shorts. She also wears crystal blue contacts over her golden eyes and most of the time wears a pair of black dress shoes with the laces tied in a strange formation that not only secures it but also mimics the appearance of a butterfly; wearing one for each shoe. Her technique for this is unclear and may just end up becoming one of life's greatest mysteries for whomever encounters her -- should they have nothing better to do than ponder over how a child ties her shoe laces.
Personality: As mentioned before there is a sharp contrast between Neith's appearance and her personality. That difference is rather... blatant. Neith herself is, to put it lightly, VERY interested in the nature of combat and battles. She views conflict as essential to the development of all individuals and species as well as one of the most exciting things in life. Though Neith herself has never participated in combat she also argues that she is an expert over it and will quite frequently lecture those around her about it; her fascination with it being quite clear to anyone. However, it is not a psychotic fascination in the slightest. The attendant doesn't find satisfaction or purpose in attacking, injuring, or killing others nor does she enjoy getting hurt herself. In the end it comes down to the battle itself; the girl viewing it in a similar fashion to how one would view a sport, passion, or even potential purpose in life.
Aside from that there are other aspects to Neith. She herself is a bit of a tattle-tale though only when it comes to a breaching of the rules her master has laid out; meaning that it doesn't apply to scenarios where a rule broken is that of one from a human world. There's also the matter of her usual disposition which is ultimately a rather cheerful one; Neith having an optimistic outlook on most scenarios and in general being rather playful, energetic, and content.
Despite her rather large amount of energy and playfulness however one does have to acknowledge that, when a scenario demands it, Neith can very much be sophisticated and serious. During these rare moments she easily gives off a vibe of sophistication, maturity, and authority that can circumvent her childish appearance and nature that would normally result in her simply being dismissed, ignored, or mocked. This can even convince full-grown adults into showing her immense respect and tremendous consideration of her opinions; although it does of course depend on the individual and the circumstances when it comes down to it.

—Strength Name: Inspiration —Description:
Quote :
Neith is able to inspire others greatly through her speeches about the value of conflict and everyone possessing some sort of strength they can utilize to face it. Her words can carry even the most cowardly, nihilistic fool into the depths of motivation.
—Strength Name: Tremendous Strength —Description:
Quote :
Neith is physically strong to an absurd level. She can lift up to two hundred and sixty pounds at the most despite her incredibly small stature. Aside from that she also packs a mean punch.
Weaknesses:
—Weakness Name: Childish —Description:
Quote :
Despite her strengths and overall ability to take things seriously as well as come off as rather mature it is ultimately dependent on whether or not she does take things seriously that matters. Unless a scenario truly calls for it to an extreme degree, Neith can easily remain carefree about it and altogether not give the scenario the respect it deserves. Other than that she can also act rather spoiled at times when she doesn't get her way; the only exception being when she is interacting with her master or a guest/sibling that she respects immensely.
—Weakness Name: Bizarre —Description:
Quote :
Neith's strange obsession with combat is not only a quirk but also a negative quality. A person could find her interest with it not only to be strange but even potentially disturbing or creepy rather easily; an unfortunate side-effect of her interests and passions. It can also extend far beyond either of those -- with individuals whom are pacifistic potentially being disgusted at her or perhaps even hostile.
—Weakness Name: Miniature —Description:
Quote :
Neith's weight and height makes her easy to pick on. While she could potentially beat the crap out of someone (with or without a compendium considering her physical strength) she could also easily be tossed around or restrained via someone simply lifting her into the air. There's not much she can do about this at all other than wailing around, whining, or attacking the aggressor if they're close enough.
Soul Bound Weapon: (This is the weapon you'll be able to summon to your hand while in combat. This weapon is special for your character specifically and allows you to fight Shadows without the need of using skills. For Velvet Attendants, this is your Persona Compendium.))
Weapon Name: The Storybook of Everyone's Souls
Weapon Description: Neith's compendium, alluding to her appearance, is modeled after a bright-blue popup book. There are several pages within it and each has their own popup; the pages representing the various types of attacks. For example, the persona Lucifer represents almighty attacks and whenever an almighty attack is utilized Neith will flip to his page specifically where a popup of him will be present. (Note: This is simply cosmetic. This is not her actually utilizing personas nor is it her utilizing a different arcana.)
On the exterior of the book is also her signature spade in 2D print form.
Weapon Attack Type: Slash. Because of papercuts. Weapon Element: (Leave this blank. Only special weapons obtain an element behind its blows.)
The Background
History:
What is the meaning of life?
This is a question many encounter throughout their days as a living being -- with many varying answers. Some say that there is no meaning whereas others say the meaning is determined by the inevitable and fate. Some say that the meaning of life is subjective and others say that it is determined not by anything other than the individual, their personality, and the influences for such.
For Neith the answer was... unclear, to say the least. Though she faced the question for the majority of her years she was unable to really ever discern what the answer was. Eventually she had given up on trying to find the answer; instead simply focusing on her duties solely, running errands, and awaiting it to come to her.
One day when running an errand to gather some supplies for one of her siblings she stumbled across a strange black box that was host to several humanoids. These humanoids stood bravely against a horde of monsters; fighting them with courage, ferocity, and willpower! This was none other than a clip of the show "Phoenix Feathermen Ranger R" that had been played on display to demonstrate the visual capabilities of the television.
Though the clip ended rather soon it did seem to repeat on an infinite basis; Neith watching it for around six hours straight before returning with the supplies. After that experience she found that always she would go back and watch it each day; intrigued by the intense action and overall the strength that came from within them. However she one day returned to find out that the television that had such a clip had been sold; it being replaced with a new model that instead featured something different entirely. Needless to say, this brought only sorrow to Neith.
Ever since those days Neith has desired to experience the heat of battle and learn exactly what the power she presides over is. Until the day that she is able to venture forth and engage in such combat though she will simply be content with guiding others to their own power; just as she has and always will. For despite her desire to experience matters of combat she will always be a resident of that side and would never be able to forgive herself for disobeying her master Igor and abandoning her duties as an attendant.
And so Neith continues to await the day that she will gain her own compendium. For with that compendium comes the ability to experience what she has longed to engage in for years to come. Until that day however she will simply continue to engage in practice spars against preset targets; preparing herself for what will be her true first battle.

Approved ~
(Just saying though, the weapon. When using the skill they've taken from their guest, they do it by summoning that respective Persona they've taken it from, pretty much. So that part could work lol)
