| ....This was rather bothersome. It ought to be. At least that was what Sharaku thought when he took a look at the blaring numbers on his clock. Nearly 3 in the morning. He seriously should have been sleeping by now. But NO. For whatever damned reason, he had spent the last three or so hours lying in his bed completely awake. '...Why....' He was groaning internally. He was not liking this scenario. He was not an early bird in the first place, and god forbid not sleeping at all. Still, for unknown reasons, he somehow couldn't tonight. Was he getting overdone by the whole 'world's going crazy' thing or what? He really had no idea. Either way, this was pointless. It looked like he was not sleeping tonight. As comical as it may sound, he was actually 'tired' of trying to fall asleep. Pun intended.
And though it may not have been the best idea either, he wasn't going to lie around if he was actually up. He doubted fresh air was going to do him any good, but staring at the ceiling was not an entertaining solution. He probably looked like a dolt being outside at such an ungodly hour in the morning, but it wasn't like anyone was really around, was it? If he didn't count a few drunk whoever's, that were probably too out of it to notice in the first place. Well, good news, fresh air was rather nice at late hours. The bad..nor was being here a really good thing, nor did he have anything actual to do at a time like this. With a sigh, he took a look at his phone, squinting at the annoying screen hurting his eyes in the dark, with its light. Ten minutes after three. Great, now what? ''I am so screwed....'', he muttered, almost glaring at the still glowing screen. It was worse than having a flashlight at such late nighttime, but he was past the point of caring at this moment....

| It's been a while since Add had moved to his new modest apartment in San Malarus. So far it was pretty good. People have yet to give him questioning looks and it's a somewhat peaceful place. If you don't count people missing, but that's okay. The young man watched the computer screen intently, reading ads about buildings for sale. There was a number of them, but most of them were in a really bad shape. Add sighed. "Those places would be more trouble than they're worth..." He groaned as he was turning his head to look at his computer's second monitor and gasped. Nearly half past 2AM... Time flies when you get into something, that's for sure. And the worst part was, that Add didn't exactly feel tired. Just an occasional yawn, but that's about it. He sighed again. There was no way in hell he was going to sleep. He wasn't inclined to do computer stuff again, considering his behind hurt a bit from sitting on the chair for so long. It was late night, though. Or early morning. Same thing. Add felt like going outside, for a really long walk. There should be pretty much no people and fresh air. Perfect. Before Add ventured off, however, he prepared himself a cup of coffee, which he poured into a paper cup, like you would see in Starbucks and such. He put on his usual attire and made sure he had all Dynamo pieces and in right places. Even though it was late, he didn't want to risk somebody catching glimpse of floating things. He finished his preparations with pulling his coat's hood over his head. He took a look at his phone. It was a bit after half past 2AM. With his coffee in hand, he went outside. Add was walking for a while now. If he was correct, he was at the Penecia Island right now. It sort of looked like it. There were plenty of lights. /"Pretty sure there's plenty of people partying out there."/ He thought, grimly. Sometimes he wished he could have an ordinary life. This was no place to be thinking that, though. He came here to escape from all that. The young man shook his head and continued his walk. He then would find a small park. That's probably where families on their vacation went to spend a more quiet afternoon. Add would then plop down on one of the nearest benches. He would take a drink from his almost-empty cup. "Damn... What a night..." He would say out loud as he stretched his limbs, groaning afterwards as he put his free hand on his hooded head. | |

| If Sharaku had ever thought he was bored, then he was taking that back right now. There was nothing more boring than being out at such a time with no one around and nothing to do. And let's not even mention the fact that it would have been much better to just sleep. Which was pretty much not an option anymore. It would be a waste of time to go back, with no guarantee that he would even get to sleeping no less. On the other hand, where was he supposed to go? Sure, Penecia was one of the most populated places, but at a time like this, it was rather deserted even here. Normal people were in bed, that's what. 'I should keep in mind to not do this again....' While he was used to wandering on his own, it didn't mean it was what he prefered. Sometimes, having only yourself to talk to was more than bothersome. And the occassional poke from an annoying Shadow was no help either.
'Where am I anyway....?' Enough said, he was pretty much walking ahead, without paying attention to where he was really going. Well, thankfully he was still somewhere he recognized, though he wasn't sure whether he should feel rellieved about that or not. Fact is, the situation was still the same. The park at least looked fairly interesting during nighttime, if nothing else. Even if he practically never hung around this place normally. What for? If he had a sudden urge for green stuff, he could just go to Lunapa or somewhere. That made more sense. Either way, he wasn't planning on going anywhere too far right now. He wasn't going to check the time again, but it was probably seriously late by now. Or maybe early, depending on the angle of outlook. 'Maybe I should just....???....' Useless thoughts aside, he wouldn't probably have noticed someone was hanging around this place, had the other person not spoken out loud. 'And maybe not..' Then again, what did it change? Not much, though Sharaku was sort of wondering why was someone sitting around here right now. Ignore the fact that he himself was out. He knew he was probably out of it anyway. But, other people were always a question. Speaking of which, this man looked rather fancy, even though those clothes were a little...strange? He wasn't in the mood to ponder that right now though. Well, what can you do....he WAS somewhat bored of trying to find something to do. That, and he never really cared about stuff like not approaching strangers at late hours. He doubted anything worse than already had would happen. Or maybe he was just being too internally annoyed by the lack of sleep. Whether a distraction would help, was something to find out.''Hello, sir. Mind if I join?'', he would ask, as he approached the other with long strides. He was trying to be polite enough, though he did probably sound a little tired. It was a wonder why he couldn't sleep, still. Sitting down probably wasn't going to help. But, at the very least, he would feel less like an idiot, since he wouldn't be just standing around alone like a goof. Screw whether it actually mattered or not.

| Meeting a stranger at this ungodly hour was the last thing Add wished for at this particular moment. Scared the shit out of him, too. They seemed to be polite, at the very least. Shaking off the initial shock, he would slightly cock his head to the side where the voice was coming from, but not enough to reveal his face. "Help yourself. There's plenty of space." He would gesture to the rest of the bench that remained empty. Add would still keep the hood on. He'd like to stay incognito as long as possible. For now, at least. But he had to wonder, though. It was really wierd meeting somebody. They either were as bored as Add right now, can't sleep or can't get back home.
Add couldn't help but ask this stranger. "But tell me. Why would you share a bench with somebody when there's a bunch of them completely empty?" He was honestly interested in the reason behind this stranger's decision. /"I could be a fucking murderer and this guy wouldn't even notice."/ He would think bitterly.

| Good. He wasn't getting shooed off. That ought to be a good thing. Though, in all honestly, Sharaku would not really care if the other was all 'go to hell'. He didn't really have the energy to give a big damn about anything right now. Besides, he would probably have gotten some amusement out of that, if nothing else. He did take the note that he couldn't really see the man's face, and even though he was slightly curious, it was none of his business at this point. Sure, he was okay with approaching someone, but not as far as to prod complete strangers. Not without a solid reason. Or the person in question being overly friendly themselves. ''Thank you.'', he would offer the other man, when he was told it was okay. Being nice was something he could do, friendly person or not. This one seemed a bit suspicious, but it wasn't neccessarily a surprising thing. To think about it, it was true he could have just sat on his own. Fair point? Probably.
....Either way. How to answer. Sharaku didn't want to seem like a complete idiot, thank you. That, and he had no idea what answer was the other looking for. Hm, still, he had to answer, did he not? It was a legit question. It also made him wonder whether he was being asked because the other didn't like company too much. But hey, he couldn't know that. ''Plenty of reasons. Let's just say it's less boring than being alone. Would that be enough for now?'', he would reply, few moments of silence after sitting down. Giving the other man a casual glance for a while, he would remain quiet after that. For now. He wasn't going to force a conversation, unless there was some interest from his current companion. He would figure not everyone wanted to have small talk at this time of the day. Honestly speaking, he wasn't even sure why was he himself up for talking right now. Maybe he was more bored than he thought.

| Add shifted a bit in order to sit slightly more civilised as the stranger himself plopped down onto the bench, thanking Add. He honestly thought that the deed wasn't worthy of a thanks, but whatever. And as for the answer for his question... 'Less boring than being alone'. For Add this wasn't a reason at all, but for the other one seemed to be enough. The young man could use some company sometimes, but he didn't know if he wanted to have it right now. Perhaps he could make friends? Having friends was definitely good for future, considering he wanted to stay in this for longer than few weeks or months.
The hooded man would then reply to the stranger's question about the reason being sufficient. "I guess..." Add quietly sighed. Now he knew that the stranger seeked company. But why was he out here in the first place? "Why are you out here, anyway? Got kicked out by your girlfriend or something?" He would ask with a small chuckle, while fidgeting with his now empty cup. However, even though he was willing to make friends, didn't mean he wanted to reveal his face just yet, so he kept his eyes on the cup.

| So it wasn't a no, nor a yes. Well, either way it meant he didn't have to explain further, or so it appeared. Which was in its own way good, as Sharaku had no idea what would he say if the man insisted on a more solid reason. Since, in all honesty, he had pretty much none. Did he really need a sufficient reason to sit somewhere anyway? When you feel like doing something, you don't always justify it. If it was that way, he would probably not be doing anything. He rarely had a reasoning behind what he did. At least not a detailed one. Speaking of which, another why question.
Questions were lovely, but Sharaku somewhat liked to avoid answering things that started with 'why'. Well, not neccessarily avoid, but at least not answer straight out. But, he did find the assumption funny. One good thing about living on your own. No one can kick you out. Unless he kicked himself, but that was not physically possible. Other than that, it wasn't like he was really dating right now either. That, and a girlfriend was even less likely. ''Ah, no, not at all. I live on my own.'', he would respond, in a quite amused tone. ''As to why though, well, a number of things. I have nothing to do, nor can I fall asleep. As well as too much going on lately in general.'', he would answer, somewhat on point, but also somewhat vague. ''And, since we're already playing some version of '20 questions', may I ask why are you out here yourself?'' He was slightly tired, but that didn't mean he couldn't give a try at being witty. Or whatever that even was. Mind games were amusing though. Still, he was entitled to ask, was he not? Surely he wasn't going to be the only one aswering all the time.

| Another one who lived on their own. At least the stranger thought Add's question was somewhat amusing. Then the stranger mentioned inability to fall asleep this particular night. For some reason Add thought it was funny. Stranger who couldn't sleep, and him, who didn't want to sleep. He also mentioned a bit too much going on. Add kinda wished that there was something exciting going on in his life. The running for his dear for years life didn't count. Add chuckled at the 20 questions remark and got asked for his reason in return. The young man thought of lying for a moment, but his reason wasn't bad enough for such trouble. "Don't want to sleep, is all." He said bitterly.
Add would then fidget with the cup again, unfortunately for him, dropping the cup on the ground. "Goddamit..." He would mutter as he reached down in order to pick it up. With this motion the sides of his hood would slightly move upwards, revealing bits of his lower face, including part of the pink line. He would then pick it up and return to his previous pose.

| Not want to sleep? That simple, eh? Even if a little strange. Why would sitting out in a park be better than sleeping, was something Sharaku was not likely to comprehend. Not unless there was some background to it. Didn't sitting and just staring ahead get...'boring' in a sense? At least time passed faster when sleeping. On the other hand, he had a feeling that trying to apply logic was not relevant in anything anymore. Not after all he went through, past or currently the present. Speaking of going through things, there was still plenty he would have to deal with soon. That only made him feel slightly more irritated at not sleeping. He was not sure how Naomi handled being up late, but he himself didn't want to deal with the possibility of dozing off just when it was inappropriate. No matter how funny the image of passing out and using some nasty Shadow as a bed in the middle of a battle sounded. That was not something to do. And God heavens he hoped such wouldn't occur. Maybe next time he could try hitting himself in the head. That might help him sleep. He didn't even care about the possible pain that could come with it. Consequences of otherwise actions would probably sting much more. Still...he would offer the other a slightly curious glance. ''So, sitting and doing nothing is better than sleeping? Rather interesting. Never heard that one before, but I think it sounds...entertaining..?'' Nope, lack of sleeping was not helping him at all. He was either loosing his train of thought, or just loosing braincells in general. Either way, he probably just sounded weird. Not that he actually wasn't...
And...Well, maybe playing around with a plastic cup constituted as a means of actual entertainment. That, or Sharaku was just trying to find something to grab onto way too hard. Whichever of the two it was, he at least got some sort of distraction. He wouldn't really call it a distraction though. Sure, he did notice the whole pink whatever it was, as he had obviously looked over when the other man dropped his plaything. No way he wouldn't have heard that happen during a silent night. That nonwithstanding, he wasn't the type to go 'ooo' when seeing tattoos or something weird. He wasn't Hyde. Thankfully. And hopefully, he'd never be. Back to being surprised in general though. Considering his own looks, he was usually all 'okay, what's next' in such cases. Why would he be concerned, if he himself looked off the charts. Honestly, if he hadn't been wearing white right now, he probably could have blended in the darkness with his skin tone. Well, had he kept his eyes closed. Bright golden was not helpful. All in all, it came down to the fact, that he wasn't going to really react. Except for giving the man a more detailed stare for a moment. Which would most likely get noticed, alas the other would not have a way of knowing as to why it was. Unless he was aware of his little show off, and had some good awareness skills when it came to deduction. Or if he simply opened his mouth and asked. That would be the easiest way.
After a while, Sharaku would turn his gaze somewhere forward again, leaning back against the bench a bit more. ''You do this often? I mean, staying up all night.'', he would ask casually. He felt weird if he had to share sitting space in silence like that. He might have as well sat on his own if that had been his initial intention. Well, talking had not been his intention either, but might as well. What was he to do, stare blindly ahead?

| Add would chuckle at the stranger's remark. Add was suffering from severe nightmares, but the stranger had no way to know about this. And Add wasn't really planning on saying this, since the next question would most likely be the reason for the nightmares. "Yeah. For me it's better." He'd reply quietly, looking down on his hands. He didn't want to remember. His own memories made him want to vomit. Sometimes he wished he had somebody whom he could trust and tell them these things. But then again, it would probably be better if they didn't know, for one reason or another.
The stranger would then ask about how often Add did this sort of thing. He was almost tempted to say 'all the time', but decided against it, in the end. "Often enough to be unhealthy." Add wasn't sure if that was completely sure, but it had to be. Quite overdosing on coffee and sleep-deprivation surely can't be any good. Not that Add gave a damn about it. He was pretty fucked up already anyway. But now it was Add's turn to ask something. He had no idea what to ask, though. The duo would sit in a bit of an awkward silence for a moment, until Add's phone started ringing, scaring the living shit outta him and most likely the stranger aswell. "The hell...?" He would mutter as he took it out of his pocket. Who would phone him so early in the morning?
Add picked up and a voice rang in his ear, which could surely be heard miles away in that silence. "Hey man, uhhh... Sorry to call at this hour, but you put up on your ad that you'd fix electronics anywhere in Azores and at any hour soo.." Oh, yeah. He did put that in his ad. /"Guess I kinda forgot about it..."/ He thought. "Yeaah, well, can you come to...." Add would continuously nod as he was given an address where he was supposed to go and then hang up. He would sigh afterwards as he put away the phone. "Sometimes I wish I didn't put the 'anytime' part into the ad..."

| Well, as they say, to each their own. Sharaku couldn't imagine this working out well in his case. He liked his sleep well enough. It wasn't always the best part of the day, but it was still higher in rankings than being tired all the time due to avoiding it. He doubted he would be able to run on little to no sleep for too long, and he wasn't planning on finding out either. ''Ah, well, your call, I suppose. I don't think that kind of thing would work for me.'' He was being rather laid back about it. Some people were night owls, were they not? Besides, it probably provided more free time as well. Not that he himself didn't have enough. Still, it was much less than before. All thanks to some supernatural annoyances. What better entertainment to ask for, right?
Hm, the other addmited it was most likely unhealthy though. Yet, still doing it? That suggested there was some more important reason behind it. Surely, one wouldn't go along with that kind of lifestyle, knowing it was a bad thing, unless it was because of something...? That said, Sharaku wasn't alert enough to try and think of a possible reason. No way he was thinking hard at a time like this. ''There are worse thing than that anyway...'', he would mutter, not really having anything to say. Besides, he wasn't even really entitled to speak about bad habits. His own didn't involve sleeping, but it was pretty much the same in the end, was it not? It was simply doing something that was not neccessarily good for you...and yet you do it. The irony. Even if irony only goes so far.
''Hnm..?'' Thankfully, he was feeling a bit too sluggish to actually jump at the sound of a ringing phone, though it was still came as a sudden thing. Turning his gaze towards the other man, Sharaku simply watched the ongoing conversation. Somewhat listening as well, since it WAS rather loud. Fixing electronics...at this hour? Ah, nothing made sense lately, so he didn't even bother anymore. What was he to care if someone manged to blow up some device so early in the morning. Except for the fact that it was a funny notion. ''You could still change that, couldn't you?'' Anytime was a rather vague word. Though, he doubted people often needed something done so late...early..or whatever. Most people sleep. ''That aside, you have an interesting job at the very least.'' If nothing else. Considering he himself had been avoiding a job for a while. Sure, he had no need for it, but it was probably more respectable to actually not laze around....Eh.... '..........'

| Technically, Add could modify his ad. But he wasn't getting much business as it was, so it wouldn't really help the cause. Even though he didn't need the money, it felt wrong just sit around and do nothing. It's not good if you're just burning through the money and not replenishing it. The stranger then said that Add had an 'interesting' job. He wouldn't call it a job, really. Just something to pass the time, perhaps. Add would cock his head, slightly, in stranger's direction. "I suppose I could change it, but it's alright. It's just that I don't feel like doing anything at the moment. And I think I'll take your comment on my part-time job as a compliment." He'd chuckle as he said that.
Add would then stand up from the bench. He still wasn't planning on showing his face, even though he made an acquaintance, he was not going to hand out trust just like that. He was fine with sharing his name. For now. "The name's Add, by the way. Look up my ad on the Internet if you need to have some electronics fixed and give me a call. I may give you a discount." He'd finish and start making his way to his customer, slowly.

| ''Feel free to take it however you wish.'' Sharaku would throw back leisurely. Honestly, he didn't have anything in mind when he made that comment. A compliment was fine, if that is how it was interpreted. That aside, he could understand not feeling like doing anything. That happened often. One of the things that could make an inconsistent job like that hell. Things always tended to happen when you wanted to get them done the least. The golden rule of bad luck.
He watched calmly as the other man stood up, presumably getting ready to go do his job. ''I shall try to keep that in mind. And the name's Sharaku.'', he would say, as the man introduced himself, along with an offer. Well, he most likely wouldn't forget, though he didn't bother with electronics much. But, it was nice to keep in mind. You never know. That said, and with Add now gone, he was back to nothing to do. And it was even pretty much morning already. In all honestly, he did not feel like standing up, but he couldn't spend an entire day sitting out, could he now? Guess it was time to walk back...Great...
