Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] Empty
PostSubject: Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku]   Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] EmptySat Jul 26, 2014 3:09 pm

Hmmmm....I don't know....maybe something panther-like? — Shunnosuke said, crossing his arms while looking fixedly at the cat (a Scottish Fold specimen) a young man brought him. Being a worker of the pet shop, the man, someone who'd be in his late 20's, smiled as lovable and attentive as his job demanded him to be, only to turn around and undo that face, muttering something like "rich brats...". Shun, of course, wouldn't notice nor hear that, as he busied himself giving short steps through the store, analyzing the cabins, small little square-like huts to house the many species of domestic quadrupeds they had at disposal. "Too many cat breeds there, Sharaku would be happy to see that much variety", he giggled to himself. "Variety". Almost sounded like shopping, except he wasn't aiming for a new bag or set of blazer and dress pants, but an animal. As odd as it sounded, Shun found it funny to think of animals like any non-lively object. It doesn't mean, however, he'd threat an animal like a slave, or neglectfully, it's just he didn't care too much about them and would rather have those things out of his space whenever it's possible. Nobody wants a dog or a cat scratching your leather sofa, jumping on the mahogany table in the living room and crunching that new colorblock clutch, right? However, since their little visit to The Biggest Top, the teen admit to himself he'd want to pet a sphynx cat. As he went here and there, a few employees would give him mean looks, completely disapproving his lack of decision. Com'on, it's the sixth cat they brought him and the boy rejected them all!

Meanwhile, the teen had already sent a message to Sharaku's cellphone ("Hello! Care to meet me at Penecia's Pet Shop? Come quickly! xoxo") with the address attached to it. Maybe he sounded a bit bossy, but that's Shun's natural behavior, even when he didn't have any intention of bossing around, but to give a suggestion or send an invitation instead. The older man would find his way to meet Shun, of course: after all, the teenager had the caution to seek for the best pet shop in Penecia (or maybe in Azores; it's a very comfortable and boastful place) and make sure he'd contribute a bit to Sharaku's happiness and desire to have a little feline as a mascot...and perhaps, impress the older man a bit?

Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku]   Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] EmptySat Jul 26, 2014 5:50 pm

To be perfectly honest, Sharaku had been doubly surprised when he got that message. Well, he actually took a while to go and read it at first, as Shun had sort of picked a time when he was not nearly close enough to his phone. That little faulty fact aside, he had more so expected someone like Hyde to be sending him a message, as the redhead seemed to enjoy doing so. At first, he had to do a double look to make sure he was reading correctly. Shun sending him something, and a Pet Shop on top off all that was a little hard to connect in his mind. For a while, he actually had the ridiculous urge to poke his phone screen, but had eventually decided against doing something so lame, just because he wasn't getting it. That, and if he kept staring at it for much longer, he'd just manage to get his phone wet. Which reminded him.....'Oh dear..' Well, what gives. Yes, Shun said to come quickly, but alas he had already taken a while to even read this, and with the way he was now, would probably take another to actually get out. Guess he would have to hope Shun wasn't too punctual, but no way was he hurrying up to fix his clothes and all just to be quick. He liked to at least look fair off, if nothing else.

...Somehow he managed in less than twenty minutes, which was a pretty good feat, considering he had to get his shirt, suit jacket and tie straight..along with fixing his hair, which kept trying not to listen, but he'd say the result was fairly successfull, at least from his own standpoint. That done, he still had an idea that he was not going to be fast enough...but at least he gave it a slight try. He even gave up on the top hat, as that would take even more unneccesary time, requiring further manipulation of his hair. Screw that. Thankfully, the place mentioned was in Penecia, which meant he could at the very least save some time with that, as he lived fairly close.

Getting there, he would take a short lookaround, until he spotted the teen. Well, that wasn't hard..he stuck out well enough with all those seemingly displeased employees around him. Once again, he wondered what was the younger's business in a Pet shop out of all places. He would shrug it off, as he approached his current companion, running a hand through his hair in slight annoyance. Gah, his hair was still a bit wet and it probably showed, but he would have to live with that. It was simply a bad luck that Shun called him over at this time. It had one plus though. For once, he wasn't going to smell of cigarette smoke for a little while....even though he didn't think smoke and mints made much of a difference. And knowing himself and his smoking habits, it wouldn't last for long anyway.

''Hello, Mr. Kurosawa. A pleasure to make acquaintance.'', he would greet in his usual polite way as he walked over to Shun with long strides. He did find it a bit strange to address the other by his last name, but the younger seemed to like that, so he would keep at it until told otherwise. It did not particularly bother him per se. ''My apologies if I am a bit late, I happened to be a little busy at the moment you called.'', he would add after a moment, in a slightly apologetic tone, with a small smile. He honestly did not intend to be off time, but it couldn't be helped this once. With that, he would take a short glance around, golden eyes peering around lazily...still none the wiser as to why here and now?

Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku]   Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] EmptySat Jul 26, 2014 7:14 pm

When he heard his name called, Shunnosuke immediately recognize who it was. Sharaku. Formal and elegant as always...although the hair was perceptibly wet. Not that he would be bothered with that. Usually, the boy would take that trait as a sign of laxity, but in Sharaku's case, it was sort of an alluring feature. It wasn't hard either to deduce the tall man took a shower, huh? Knowing Shun, it could either be interpreted as "he was busy taking a shower" or "he was busy doing something else that forced him to take a shower before heading to their meeting".

...busy, huh? I can even imagine how. — He compressed his lips, making an effort to prevent his inner laughter to spread outside his mouth. — Tell your companion that I'm sorry for...interrupting whatever you were... doing. — He chuckled lightly at his own indiscreet remark, before turning back to the big quantity of felines in exhibition; nothing like a bit of a tease to start a conversation, right? Oddly enough, his assumptions, as daring and invasive as they seemed, didn't bother Shun at all. It's not like he was jealous in case something really happened but maybe the thought of Sharaku with someone was a little cumbersome, indeed; therefore, he decided to go for the first and most innocent option: he was just taking a shower by the moment the teen sent his message...which did nothing to soften the perverted image he already had in mind, but well.

Anyhow, take a look around. You'll find someone who'll fill your tastes. I wonder if I should get one of my own? — Shunnosuke's previous smirk turned into an open grin as he said that, placing his sight full of expectation at the tall one's face. Hopefully, Sharaku would understand Shun invited him merely because he wanted to help the older man to fulfill his desire of getting a cat, should it be something important. Shun didn't really care for animals, but if Sharaku did, then he'd be there to give an extra helping hand and prove he payed attention to their conversations.

Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku]   Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] EmptySat Jul 26, 2014 8:04 pm

Can he? The first reaction to Shun saying he had an idea as to why was he late was a slight curiosity to what it was...And maybe he just shouldn't have been, even though it wouldn't have changed the next statement any. It took Sharaku a few seconds to process what the teen was getting at, before giving him pretty much a blank stare for a little while. 'Whoa here....' Like really, wow. He already had an idea that Shun was a bit bolder than most youngsters his age, but it would be a major understatement of the year if he said he actually expected anything of this kind. How crude to be suggesting that out loud. Like, Sharaku had nothing against actually doing that kind of stuff, alas discussing it was not something he partook in on a daily basis. Oh, he did have a perverted side, but he tended to not be that blatant unless it seemed reasonable. ''Ahem..'', he would give a short cough to clear his throat. He was not sure what was Shun getting at with this rather embarrassement worthy statement, but he supposed he could play along. ''With pleasure, if I may.'', he would laugh in amusement, taking a moment before continuing, with an obviously not serious roll of his eyes. ''Sadly, I do not believe my shower will give a damn about it. Oh well, but it would be a nice one sided conversation, if nothing else. Or maybe I should actually get myself a companion that can talk back...might make it easier to relay apologies to.'' An interesting idea actually, though he was sort of entertaining the idea of attempting a conversation with his shower. You never know. ''However, if I may inquire, what exactly did you think I was doing, hm?'', he would ask afterwards, a rather relaxed expression on his face now. Of course, he had a dirty enough mind to know exactly what Shun was refering to, but since the other had already attempted to make him stumble, he might as well jest back. He was really curious to know what the answer would be.

''Hm...?'', he would try to get back into normal thinking when Shun asked him to take a look around. Honestly, he had completely forgotten to do so extensively with the..ahem, conversation on hand. Well, yes, he had taken a short glance, but not in the direction that would have done any good. So, there we go...'Oh...' Well, at least now he was getting a solid idea of why. He had not forgotten the incident at the circus entirely, but it had slipped his mind enough for him to not associate it when he first saw this meet was at a Pet shop. His lips would quirk in a soft smile at that. He sure had not expected this, and he couldn't say he was used to people going out of their way to do anything for him, unless it had a benefit for them in the first place. A very...interesting change of pace, if he were to put it in words. ''Well, well, isn't this surprising? Or, more like you're surprising me.'', he would say, attempting to be nonchalant about it, though from his tone, it wasn't hard to assume this wasn't something he was accustomed to. ''Also, if you do, make sure it won't be lonely.'', he would address Shun's question on the part after a short moment, with a light amused tilt in his voice. He was saying it in general, though he was aware it could be taken in more ways than one. He did not particularly care though. For a while, his golden eyes would flick between the feline animals and Shun himself, not entirely sure where to focus his attention. They were conversing, and it would be rude to look away during that, though Shun had suggested he take a look in the first place. Ah, first world problems indeed....

Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku]   Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] EmptySat Jul 26, 2014 8:54 pm

"What exactly did you think I was doing?"
And when Shunnosuke tried to change the subject, the older one came back and fueled it back again. Oh boy.

I shall tell you later...or show you later, at choice. — He purposefully lowered the tone for the last part, before giggling happily and giving glances to the environment  please, it'd be a scandal if the workers, who already weren't too satisfied with serving a picky customer, get to hear what they were talking about. Another flirtatious remark, but this time way more explicit than before; it's a game by now to blurt out those phrases without any serious meaning, only for the sake of provoking each other, and despite all the non-innocent fun he was having, it wasn't the purpose of that invitation. After they were done...well, it's another story.

Oh...am I? — He replied, phrasing it like he's equally surprised, but probably he sounded pleased instead. Of course he wasn't convincing, that's exactly what he expected; to surprise Sharaku. And judging by his reaction, he managed to succeed in that task. — To be honest, I'm not sure if I'd have disposition to take care of one. At least, it wouldn't be lonely, for sure. My house is never empty nevertheless, the maids would make it company. — He smiled, like it was nothing to concern with.  — Say, why do you want a cat? Feeling lonely at home? — One of those sentences that could be taken two different ways, one of them being an attempt to provoke playfully, and the other a genuine worry. He put it very bluntly, therefore the first option was correct, but it doesn't mean the second didn't apply. Sharaku didn't seem the type to talk too much about himself and maybe it's a nice way to make the lad open up to him a bit. After all, that's what you do in a date, right?

Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku]   Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] EmptySat Jul 26, 2014 9:46 pm

Later? Oh, how dissapointing. Then again, what was he to expect, right? This was most likely just a sort of back and forth tease game for the other. Well, it was technically the same from his side, though he was in no way averse to something of that kind. That in mind, he would slowly raise an eyebrow at the statement, narrowing his golden gaze a little bit. ''..And you're so sure you should be showing me, because?'', he would respond, playing along with lowering his voice as well, though in his case it must have sounded pretty deep. Afterall, his voice was on the deeper end even in a natural sounding tone. He would only smile lightly when Shun gave a lookaround, probably checking if anyone was listening in on them. Well, be it, he wouldn't comment on that. Because in all honesty, this was something he did not care about. He's never been overly modest or anything, which meant he wouldn't be too taken aback if someone had infact heard them and made a connection.

When Shun gave a retrospective question to his comment about being surprised, he would chuckle lowly. ''Does that fact make you happy?'', he would inquire lightheartedly. He wouldn't say that Shun sounded smug when saying that, but it was sure more than the teen's own surprise at the whole situation. ''Fair point, though I would suppose an animal would enjoy spending time with its owner more than some maids.'', he would comment, with an amused smile. At least supposedly. Cats, by definition, could be pretty hard to read, so who knew, really? The next question...it was obvious that it had been meant in a moreso playfull manner, but it initially made Sharaku look away from Shun rather swiftly. Well, with his eyes..he did not turn away in any other way. That was a it of a touchy subject in its own way. Yes, well, he could say he was feeling a bit lonely at home at times. Though, it generally had not been his fault. He had not had much company since the whole hassle with those experiments, and even if he was perfectly capable of using some charm and good looks to get some...it just often didn't feel right. He was not like most, in more ways than one. Ugh, stupid feels, he didn't like pondering over that.

He would, however recover fairly quickly as well, giving a soft grin. ''Wouldn't you like to know that?'' A moderate amount of silence after that...''Although...I suppose you're right in a way. I do not have much company around most of the time. I'd say that does sort of equal with being lonely, right?'', he would blow out some air, somewhat similar to a sigh, before going back to the less serious manner. ''But, not really important. Say, if I can ask, did you just think fo doing this randomly?'', he would ask, refering to the act of calling him over here itself. It would be nice to know if it had been just a whim on Shun's part, or if he actually planned it.

Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku]   Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] EmptySun Jul 27, 2014 1:07 pm

"Does that fact make you happy?"
"Absolutely" is what he would reply, but instead, the youngster chose to just shrug as a good-humoredly gesture of doubt. It's better to leave that for the older man's imagination while he kept with the subject.

Still, the whole cat theme would have to be cast aside and wait. For a moment, judging for Sharaku's first silent reaction that didn't go unnoticed for Shun, the teenager crossed the line in a delicate subject when jokingly mentioned he was feeling lonely. It's not like Sharaku had been rude in his replies, it's just Shun, although self-centered at times, realized his jesty remark was probably more inappropriate than the previous...ahem, "conversation"; therefore, the boy preferred to keep his silence and listen until Sharaku was done. Who'd have thought he was really the lonely type? Judging by his appearance, Shun wouldn't.
Of course not. — He would smile in a proud manner before continuing. — Remember the time you mentioned at the circus you wanted to have a cat of your own? I paid attention. If it's something important to you, then I'd be glad to help. — The whole decision of meeting him in a Pet Shop had its fair share of whim, for sure (or it wouldn't be Shunnosuke), but he really was being sincere and had the best intentions at heart. For both, but Shun would admit that part publicly. Some teenagers, when infatuated, invite the loved one to go on a date to the movies, or a walk around the park...or would give the chosen one a special chocolate or sweet of sorts. Shun, instead, decided to invite him to a Pet Shop and give him...a cat. A living being.

I'm sorry if I acted bothersome with my sudden call. But on the bright side, if my presence doesn't count as a pleasant company, you can still have the cat. — He chuckled lightheartedly, something he'd do to show reliability. Shunnosuke, as smug as he could be, was sure he wasn't being "bothersome" at all, his apology was mere part of the protocol; however, his care for the other guy was true. Sure, he wasn't the type who'd comfort anyone with sugarcoated words and tenderly say "Don't be alone, I'm there for you", instead, he'd have his own particular way of saying the same thing. It's only up to the listener to understand correctly what he meant or not.

Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku]   Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] EmptySun Jul 27, 2014 2:56 pm

A shrug was not an elaborate answer, but for now, Sharaku would leave it at that. Besides he was pretty sure the answer was most likely leaning more so towards yes. That was enough for him at the moment. ''I see.'', he would mutter as the only reaction to that. By far he was content to stay at that. No need to hurry anywhere, was there?

At first he was a bit surprised Shun chose to not comment on the 'loneliness' subject any more, but in a way it was for the better. He wasn't entirely sure what would he say if the younger kept pressing or questioning on that line. In the end, he would probably just joke over it. That was the easiest solution to most problems, and one he was most used to when it came down to it. Alas, he was spared of that for now, which was rather splendid if he were to say. When the younger finally spoke up, adressing his question, he would give a light huff. ''Yes, yes, I remember that indeed.'', he would say with a light smile. On the inside, he was moreso wondering about the second part of Shun's admission. Back at the circus, it seemed the younger was not a fan of making more than acquaintances quickly when they briefly spoke about Hyde. Yet, here he was saying he was glad to be around if it was of importance. To him exactly. Actually, he was not stupid enough to notice that Shun appeared to prefer his company to the others at least a little bit, but he was not fully sure why as of yet. Oh, guess he would find out later. He had plenty of time on his hands to figure out the actual reason, if Shun kept coming around.

He would give a few blinks of his golden eyes when Shun said that he was sorry if he was actually bothering him. Sheesh, what was with people thinking that lately? Was he really giving the wrong vibe or something? Hyde was already pretty hung up on the fact that he believed he was not wanted around. He really did not need another of the like. Oh please no, anything but not that. ''Hm, how about both?'', he would jibe rather mischievously. ''But really, no. It's fine, I am glad to have some company. Besides, it gets boring if it's always only Hyde bothering you, if you get what I mean.'' A light chuckle with that. ''That, and he is not really the type of person I think I could handle long term. A good friend, but that's mostly it. You're a more pleasant company on other grounds, so no need to worry about bothering me.'' Thruth for the most of it. He was not the best at letting people get close to him without backslashes in certain relationship aspects, but he did try to appear open most of the time. Hating all humans was not like him, even in consideration to what he went through. Though, he was rather skeptical at times.

Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku]   Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] EmptyMon Jul 28, 2014 3:42 pm

"How about both?"
Oh well. That part made Shunnosuke briefly look away, to the ground, and laugh sheepishly; he could be sure his heart fluttered a bit with that sentence alone. The teen certainly didn't see that coming, did he? Well, whether it's just a play or not, it's not like Sharaku couldn't have both, but it's ultimately up to him. That's something Shunnosuke would respond, if he wasn't caught off guard...and it wasn't too straightforward for a reply. He preferred a little subtle flirting; regardless, it didn't took long enough for him to overcome that sudden strike of shyness.

I get it. He can be a handful sometimes... — And how he knew. Shun felt a bit guilty for dissing someone he started to see as a friend or something closer to that definition just recently, but he let that subject die. Even if they're developing a proper friendship by now, he couldn't help Hyde's personality could get on some nerves, right?

Anyway, the moment Sharaku praised his presence, Shun couldn't help but smile broadly. Did he mean he could "handle Shun long term"? Does that imply what he deduces it implies? Okay, maybe it doesn't and he was rushing things, but anyway, the thought of it as a proof he's on the right way was enough to make the boy feel an unusual warm feeling run through his face. Shunnosuke wouldn't know, but the reddening of his cheekbones would gradually turn more apparent, mainly because of his naturally pale skin. Not like he would care either way, and in any event, for the first time he didn't know what to say immediately, fruit of his inexperience when it comes to that kind of situation and the younger decided it'd be for the best to return to the main topic: cats.

So...did you decide on which will you take home or do you need help with that?

Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku]   Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] EmptyMon Jul 28, 2014 5:06 pm

Hm, well, Sharaku hadn't really been going for an answer with that one, so it was fine when Shun didn't reply. And the slight laugh was at least some sort of response. Although, it was somewhat true that a lack of proper answer made him actually want to know what it would be. Tricky, wasn't it? However, he had no grounds to keep prying, as this was in general meant as a sort of play. Forcing a response would only ruin the fun, most likely right on the spot. Too much pressure could break things when applied without a caution, no? As much as he was getting curious about it now....Oh dear, he better shake that off before...

Thankfully, the subject of Hyde was always a good mood and attention diverter. "Mhm...", he would respond with a deep thoughfull hum, a bit unlikely of him. But, really, Shun was pretty much right about Hyde being an occassional handfull and this was a good way to stay on subject without prompting any further discussion down that lane. They did that once before, and the redhead hadn't proved to be a conversation that helped any. When Sharaku assured the younger he was very much fine with his company, it seemed to evoke a rather happy reaction, a smile and all. Though, on a second observation....was the teen actually blushing? At first, Sharaku was fairly out of the loop. They had been trading stuff for a while and this was an unusual reaction all of a sudden. Did he say something differently this time? For a while, he would remain completely silent, gazing at Shun with mildly narrowed eyes, as if inspecting the younger's face rather intensely. "Hmm...", he would mutter distantly, actually taking the time to ponder over it in more detail than he usually chose to. He was finding it hard to decipher which part of his speech caused that reaction, even though he was aware of the way he phrased his words. Still why react now out of all times. Hm, he would really love to know as it could be a fun fact to store in the back of his mind for later. Ah....

He was brought out of his mental deductions rather sharply when Shun actually spoke up again. "Mm?" Yes, he had obviously not been paying much attention. He would snap back to reality pretty quick though, as he gave a soft half-smile towards the younger. "Well, be my guest with suggestions. Afterall, you were the one that invited me here.", he would throw nonchalantly, giving Shun a chance to give his opinion.......And, yes curiosity killed the cat.. "On the side though, your face is a bit red. Didn't notice it was that warm in here....", he would remark eventually. Originally, he planned not to poke, but he couldn't help it after a few moments. Screw it. He would sport a rather cheery smile at that sentence. It could honestly be hard to tell ehether he was seriously attributing this to the weather, or just playing it off as that. Of course, since it was him, it was undeniably the latter, but that was...only his to know for now.

Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku]   Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] EmptyTue Jul 29, 2014 3:21 pm

Oh? — He gently touched his own cheeks with his fingertips, unaware of what Sharaku meant, until he decided to pick a compact mirror out of his blazer pocket and check himself, confirming what has been said. What a surprise, when did he blush again? It's only normal for most teenagers, but Shun wasn't really the modest, bashful type....The teen also wasn't expecting that reaction from himself and while he normally wouldn't give any importance to it, Sharaku's next sentence made him alarmed, to a small degree. It wasn't a harmful comment per se, but considering who it came from, of course that sentence wasn't spat out like a gentle remark, but a playful, mock one instead, he knew that much. — Ahem...maybe it's the summer. I'm a bit susceptible to this season and high temperatures. — He uttered like it's not really important, trying to maintain a collected outer persona, although on the inside, he was somewhat panicking to not let it slip to the surface and aggravate his blushing. Oh gee, why now?

Anyway, I believe a black cat suits you just fine, don't you? — He said, getting closer to one of the cages where the first specimen mentioned would lay, apparently half-asleep. The animal lifted its head for a brief instant, staring at Shunnosuke and whoever who'd get closer to its cage, and then lie down. — Maybe the Malayan or Thai breed. One of the workers said to me it's a very affectionate breed, but this one seems to be not interested in conversation right now. — He ended up the sentence with a short laugh. For an "affectionate" cat, this one gave the opposite impression and acted a bit aloof instead. Maybe it didn't like today visitors, or it didn't want to be disturb on its naptime.

Well, what gives. Shun was a bit elated with the idea of being useful for the taller man and, more than that, with the whole shopping time. Assuming a rather reflexive posture, as if himself were one of the Pet Shop workers, the boy would soon point to a more distant cage, where a different breed would remain still, glaring to a random point in the air. At least this one wasn't asleep like the previous specimen. — Maybe a Tiffany cat! Their hair can grow so long it almost resembles a mane. Like a lion in miniature, see? And its golden eyes... — Golden eyes.. Without saying anything, his smile fading away little by little, the student glanced at Sharaku's face; precisely, to his eyes. He remembered the first time they saw each other and a bit of a scary impression they gave, back at the fundraising party, and later what Hyde mentioned about "weird dangerous people with golden eyes" at the library. Could it be...? But Sharaku was so classy and harmless. Yet his eyes, although hypnotizing, had something that just didn't seem right about them, a feeling he couldn't shake off...

Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku]   Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] EmptyTue Jul 29, 2014 5:53 pm

"That so?" Sharaku would mutter matter of factly when Shun replied, saying it was the summer affecting him. Well, who knew how true that was. He was not very inclined to believe the younger, but wouldn't try to really call him ouut on it. Everyone can keep some secrets, right? Funny of him to think that way. But, hey, he was actually being considerate, was he not? As much as he would love to probe further. Ah well, he would find entertainment elsewhere. There surely would be plenty of it as time went.

His lips would quirk into a small smile when Shun quickly assumed black was the right color. Though, he couldn't deny that he would most likely pick it himself as well. Hrm, well he was pretty much used to dark things. Maybe that's why he also developed a slight liking for dark colors. "I believe so.", he would chuckle lightly, not finding a reason to argue otherwise. He would follow after Shun as the younger suggested some, peering into the cage a bit. "I'd say it values its sleep more than the affection. Afterall , it's said that cats enjoy lazying around a lot.", he would say in response, with a slightly amused smile. Waking up a sleeping cat was probably no easy task. That aside, the were not that bad looking, and he pondered over for a moment before Shun made another suggestion. At first he wanted to frown at the idea of really long hair, but the eye color comment caught his attention. "Oh? Well, those eyes sure seem interesting...", he would trail off however, when he realized the teen changed moods quickly.

A..what now? "Something wrong?", he would ask, a bit cautiously, his own golden eyes gazing at Shun quizzically. The younger was sure a bit distracted today. First blushing, now this strange quietness accompanied by a stare. Was something really the matter? Sharaku realized that Shun trailed off at the eye comment, as well as him having the same color as the cat -which is why he kinda liked it-, but he didn't get why would that be a problem. Sure, people gave him the weirdos because of his eyes occcassionally, but that was on first meetings. Why would Shun be bothered all of a sudden when he had seen his eyes before? Nope, made no sense. And he didn't really like being stumped like this. Sheeesh, he was almost starting to feel awkward...

Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku]   Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] EmptyTue Jul 29, 2014 11:41 pm

Ah, no, nothing! — He shook his head quickly after Sharaku's questioning, trying to scare away any bad feelings he might have. — It's just...your eyes, they're very different. Like...a cat. — What a silly thing to say. "Like a cat". He seemed like a child declaring such automatic observation, but it was pretty accurate. And it wasn't necessarily a bad feature; on the contrary, it was part of that eerie charm Sharaku had that caught Shun's eyes, and he was sure it wasn't work of lens. Somehow, he knew that. This man couldn't possibly be one of the "bad guys" Hyde warned Shun about, would he? Judging by his appearance and what Shunnosuke knew of his behavior, that wasn't a truth that applied to him. Oh no. After ascertaining Sharaku's "real nature" by eye, he smiled relieved and bashfully, conscious of his lack of discretion and how he made the man uncomfortable.

That was stupid of me. You must be thinking I'm crazy for doing that suddenly, I'm sorry for that. — He let a short laugh slip out of his mouth and, as an automatic gesture, he moved his hand through his own hair, fixing it behind his ear. He wasn't the prone to act so...in such an airheaded way not even him could describe properly, and also wasn't prone to apologizing so much; however, it's already the third time in a conversation.

Do you want to check other breeds or...? — By the time, the cat topic was always a good way for escaping his own inconvenience, but it could always be worse. At least, the workers seem to have vanished from sight and busied themselves with other less picky and conceited customers. On the other hand, the Tiffany specimen they were checking was now glancing fixedly at them both, as if something had picked its interest in that conversation. Then again, if they were to buy a cat, it's better one that shows some signs of social interactivity than one whose best interests are spend the day sleeping, isn't that right?

Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku]   Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] EmptyWed Jul 30, 2014 4:19 am

For once, Sharaku would give Shun a slightly dumbfpunded stare as the younger insisted it was nothing and then quickly made something up. There was something up with this but he didn't know what. Though, the comparison to a cat was laughworthy for sure. Even if he was too confused to actualy laugh at it right now. "...You have no idea. I'd actually prefer the cat idea to be true...", he would voice out nonchalantly, with a small but amused smile. Well, wouldn't cats be better than Shadows in regards of this? For now, he would keep it at that, taking what Shun said. He wasn't going to go out with the fact that he sort of thought this was pretty much bull. One wouldn't go quiet and stare like that just to say a puny comparison. Very unlikely. It would probably not be beneficial to pry though. He might have to explain himself if he did, and maybe it was better that Shun was not asking questions. Hmm.

Shun said he was sorry, and Sharaku would only shrug lightly. If the other paid attention, it wasn't too hard to see he did not really believe all of this, no matter how he tried to shrug it off. He really had nothing to say to that at the moment. It was a dilemma. He wanted to poke and find out what was really bothering the younger, but he did not want to risk having to reveal too much about himself. Gah. Back to cats..he would look at the golden eyed one for a while as Shun popped the question. "Hm, well, I sorta like that one...I'm just not sure about the long hair. Call me skeptical, but I have enough trouble doing my own hair. What would I do with a cat like that, hmm?" Of course he was worried about THAT. Hey, it was a pain to do these things. On the other hand, he did like the cat quie a bit. He kept looking at it thoughtfully...now how to decide?

Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku]   Pet Shop Boys [Sharaku] EmptyFri Aug 01, 2014 6:03 pm

Good thing the subject was thrown under the rug. Shunnosuke of course noticed the not very pleased reaction he provoked, but well, what was he to do? He couldn't just ask him if he was a psychopath based on a random rumor he heard from a friend. On the other hand, for sure the teen had been worried about what Hyde said; it's only natural for him to panic at the possibility of getting involved with possibly a dangerous criminal and ruin his love life (or lone life, or just life for that matter) before it could even begin. In spite of Sharaku's blank and unconvinced expression, it's probably for the best for him to stick to the cat topic.

Really? If you don't want it, I'll probably keep it for me. — Oh, that cat is really adorable. And it's from a Tiffany breed. He knew by experience everything with "Tiffany" in the middle can only be a good thing. After that, he glanced briefly at Sharaku's hair. He couldn't help but to evoke a laughter softly at after he understood clearly what his statement meant. Most men tend to get messy when aiming for a little bit of extra vanity, and therefore simple things like fixing your hair or matching suits with equivalent shoes and proper occasion would become somewhat burdensome for many. It wasn't the case of the taller one, since he usually followed his dress code to an extreme point it wouldn't give any reason for criticism; his hair, however, wasn't at its best today, he couldn't deny it, but he also wouldn't blatantly point it out. — Oh please! Your hair is not even too long for you to have trouble with it aaaaand...if that's the case, you might just need someone to help you with it. — Obvious opportunity to leave an innuendo and erase the awkward atmosphere he created aside, he'd still try to hold some laughs at the fact Sharaku wasn't that different from other guys.
