Hey there. I've always been a fan of the persona series, but my search for a worthwhile RP has been... slow. So far as I can tell, your site is the only one that's even close to being somewhat active.

I've a couple different characters in mind, but we'll see which one I go with. I've read some of the 'story so far' in the vital information subforum, but some guidance would be appreciated.

Sure. Where do I even begin? I read a bit, understand about awakening and all that... I've always had a slight problem getting started on new forums.

Well when you starting rping we usually give tutorial battles and such, so you can just briefly skim through the battle guide. The first thing you want to do though, is browse through the character types to see what type of Character you want to be. Once doing that, you make your application, a mod checks it, and you're good to go. You can start rping with fellow players here, and after about three good threads, you awaken to your Persona and can traverse parallel worlds.

The staff is friendly. They'll walk you through the things you don't understand as you go through the process.

Hm.. I had two different options A male character would likely fit in with Rogues, as his deal is mainly being resentful towards the various gods for reasons I can get into through roleplay. Ideally built as a defender (both in human traits and persona) Possible to build a cult of personality of sorts around himself with how I'd play him.

The other is a woman who would rather avoid fights than have them, for reasons related to her shadow. If she does fight, it's all about speed and damage, at the cost of any kind of defense. probably would work under philemon as a persona user, unless her awakening screws up horribly and becomes a shadow self. (Possible. i'm open to either way)

Which do you all feel would fit in better?

Also, do you have an IRC room? that'd make things simpler for situations like this.
