No? ''There are no mirrors here.'' Hyde's logic didn't make sense sometimes. He couldn't do that even if he wanted to. Regardless, he knew well enough. It's not like it was news to him that he could be intimidating. In any case, his amusement would turn into somewhat annoyed confusion pretty fast. He had no idea what was Hyde on about at all. What did his heritage have to do with anything here? The redhead could be from Hawaii for all he cared. Also..''Technically, you're wrong. I'm not black. I wonder where you got that from, considering how you were talking about racism not so long ago.'' So? His skin was gray, yes, but that didn't mean anything like that. Black people had really dark brown, no? Besides, his current skin color wasn't even really natural. And he sure wasn't anything close to that dark normally. He wasn't white either, but far from black too. ''And I have no idea what does your heritage have to do with this topic at all.'' Maybe his sense of funny was way too different from Hyde's. But he didn't really find this funny anymore.

He would give Hyde a blank face. ''I do not understand how this was scary. You face Shadows and all that stuff without a problem, and scream like a girl over me simply making a face. I'm not following that.'' Overreacting much? That's how he saw it. If he actually wanted to do something to the redhead, he would have acted before the other comprehended his expression, most likely. He could see intimidating, yes, but he didn't see that alone as a reason to yell like a baby. Plus, why would you be so scared of someone you know? He wasn't some stranger Hyde would actually have a good reason to be afraid of.

He would raise an eyebrow though. There was only one DJ girl he knew. And it did kind of sound like her. Although, he never saw her telling people they were kids. Then again, she couldn't really do that to him, seeing as he was obviously older than her. ''DJ...? That may be because you do act childish a lot for your age. Although, she herself can be overly chippery at times.'', he would shrug slightly.

"Really? I was....of course there isn't any mirrors here Sharaku. That was pretty much the purpose of the joke itself. And i know that you aren't black, is just that thinking about heritage and thinking back to the fact that i really don't know my own. I feel detached from something that might or might not exist for me in the first place, so who knows exactly? "Hyde would shrug as his alarm would go off. "I guess its about time that you wen o to catch up with rita now right? " He had no comment about the dj hing, no sort of followup whatsoever. Everyone's idea of Hyde is opinionated, as long as Oki didn't see him as a kid, Hyde didn't really care about how other girls seen him as.

''....That was a joke.'' A strange way to make one. The whole situation that preceeded it kind of wasn't that jokish. He was amused for a short while, yes, but not in a jokeful manner. Not really. Ah well. ''Then...why did you say that if it is not what you think? What I am hardly has anything to do with your heritage, so I don't see the point of going out of the way to state something about me that isn't true in lieu of that.'' He wasn't following the point. ''Besides, everyone has heritage, even you. Whether you know what it is or not. Not knowing doesn't really make you exempt from something, does it now? It's not like you just appeared in space.'' It was the same as the deal with family back then. Just because you didn't know yours, didn't mean it was a reason to rain upon others' or being all negative over it or such.

''Hm?'' Well then. Guess he should get going then. Maybe it was a good thing to cut it off regardless, because the way it was heading would most likely just not end the best. ''Perhaps it is then. I'll see you some other time.'', he would nod towards Hyde simply, before wandering off for now.
