He didn't exactly liking everyone knowing his face considering things, but maybe it wouldn't so bad in the end. Anyway, "I am one who likes to trade, but if you want a clearer description of what exactly I am then here it is. I am researcher that happens know alot about medicines and such due to my love for collecting and poking into things. I can see what I can do to help your people. Though, I'd have see with my own eyes what I am dealing with there. From the sounds of it, I would have to go to them and if you hold any power with people perhaps it would be good to have you as a connection of sorts." As for being indifferent or not doing anything, well if this one hung around the man long enough he would find he wasn't one to idle and not care.

Moving pass that, his eyes would follow the device the other waved about until he started tossing it about. Watching the action for a bit, he'd find giving an amused "hmph" at the other's words. "Well I am glad you did it in my face in an effort to demonstrate things rather than be sneaky about it. As far as smashing it goes, you are lucky that is not on my agenda today." No he'd much rather examine the thing first and figure out what it did and how it connected to wherever said picture went. It was much too curious of a device to just trash like that for the moment at least. In any case, he didn't seem to be too bothered by the man's action for now so there was that.

In any case, he would make the offer to the other and was more or less happy with the agreement.

"Excellent. Then I look forward to our continued business. As for contacting me well I usually roam about; however, you can use this temporarily." He'd pause as he dug in his robes producing a small black crystal. Tossing it upward, the crystal would glitter in space above them before arcing to come down; however, it would not touch the ground as the skull headed bird from before snatched it out of the air before circling downward to land on snow's shoulder. It would drop the crystal in his pale hand as he opened it. Holding the crystal out as the bird watched, the smaller male would looked at Edgar.

"These birds are usually black in color, but their feathers and features can change depending on where you are; however, common or not, the crystal will summon them and in turn me. I'll let hold onto it for now, so we can indeed meet again. You can give it back then, if you can provide me with said phone instead." He was very much interested in the device for more than one reason. Though the other mentioned he had another connection up here, he would not pry as to who that was for now. In time, he figured it would all come together. In time.

It seemed that those crystals were either some ancient magic, or the guy kept some special birds and had a relationship with them. The same as jack, leaving markings and whistling a tune, people had their ways of contacting each other. But since he saw what went on with jack's way of trying to contacting Edgar, he figured this was normal practice. After taking the gem, Edgar would put it in his pocket.

"Alright then, I'll be in touch. I'll also give them a heads up if you ever decide to show up at the vault to sell your goods. Might even be surprised with what you've been missing out on."

With that, Edgar would start to leave the area, but not before giving the snow a friendly wave.
