Appearance:

Personality: A laid back guy, Ivan likes to take things at his own pace and not be pushed around by others. He seldom takes things seriously, often preferring to not worry or just have fun. To drink and eat, play music or read without much worry. How he presents himself varies from person to person, often changing between a serious and deadpan persona to his laidback self depending on which approach seems more useful or fun. Ivan is also fond of storytelling or just sharing tales of his life, some of it is true while the rest is made up.

With how he presents and acts it's hard to discern whether Ivan has any greater aspirations, goals or dreams. To keep people guessing fits his intentions just right, even if few would trust him for it. He wouldn’t reciprocate trust easily. But the truth is Ivan has no goal other than to find himself, he just tries to have fun while at it.

The Winter Fox takes a pragmatic approach to most issues, he is not devoid of convictions or morals, there are lines he wouldn’t cross, but simply prefers more practical solutions. Still, to most his pragmatism appears more as a lack of empathy or care, often driving fellow operatives away. His tactics reflect his behavior and beliefs, trickery and terror tactics are often employed to demoralize or cause in fighting in groups he targets.

—Description: Through training and aptitude, Ivan has honed his stealth skills through the years. Being able to make little noise as he moves, standing perfectly still for long periods of time and just overall capable of often avoiding detection by knowing where to hide. He is quite good at sleight hand and lock picking as a compliment to his infiltrator skill.

—Strength Name:RISE Operative
—Description: Ivan’s stealth skills got him the attention of RISE, and he has often been on their payroll. In fact he is currently contracted as a Terminal Life Service Associate. These business partnership has proved to be reliable and profitable, and as such Ivan has Favor with RISE.

—Strength Name:Systema
—Description: During his time as a black ops operative, Ivan was trained in Systema. A martial art that’s less about moves and patterns, and more about adapting to the situation through drills. It involves grapples, handguns and combat knives.

—Strength Name:The Winter Fox
—Description: A stealth suit from his days as a Russian Black Ops. Its camo is better suited for urban environments during night time and comes with a gas mask. It has a lot of pockets and protects well against rain or water. But its otherwise a mundane camouflage outfit that covers him head from toe.

—Strength Name:Art Skills
—Description: It may come as a surprise but Ivan knows how to play the guitar and is capable of dancing Hopak. Both skills he picked up when still in Russian military as a form to pass time.

—Description: Ivan knows how to do what he is good at, he understands it very well. Yet most people would consider Ivan an idiot, he is not dimwitted by any means but formal education is a weak point. Frequenting a shitty school during childhood and skipping most class in high school means what most consider basic knowledge is beyond him. History, science and geography elude him, foreigner cultures are a mystery to him as well.

—Weakness Name:Plane Incident
—Description: When boarding in a plane with destiny to Hawaii, Ivan was caught by security with a combat knife hidden in his boot, putting him on a no-fly list and being considered a criminal by the UN. That and crimes of espionage, invasion, theft of data and intel and background as a black ops agent. The UN doesn’t have much love for Ivan but they currently have bigger problems than to arrest a tricky spy, still Ivan has the Ire of the UN.

—Weakness Name:Systema
—Description: Ivan’s fighting style expects him to be up close and personal to his targets while holding small weapons, if he is using a large weapon such as a rifle or sword his style is not very effective. Using weapons much larger than combat knives or a dagger is difficult for him, and while capable of using firearms other than handguns he is pretty bad at incorporating rifles in close quarter combats.

—Weakness Name:Poor communication skills
—Description: Despite his somewhat decent comprehension of other languages when it comes to actually speaking them Ivan is terrible at it. When trying to speak non-slavic languages his speech is broken, and limited in terms often miscommunicating, NPCs and PCs who don't speak Russian will have limited interactions with Ivan.

—Description:Something else he picked up while when serving. He'd often play Hazard, Barbooth and Poker among others hidden away with his comrades. He still has an addiction to the rush and will engage in it if the opportunity presents itself.
