Base & Transformed Appearance: This icy idiot wears pinstripe paints like they don't look fucking stupid on him or anything. It doesn't help that his curly blue hair also looks fucking stupid, and so do his stupid red glasses and stupid red shoes. Not gonna lie tho, he lookin' kinda fresh as that True self... His body becomes encased in a white suit with green and pink pads protecting him. He's even got pink cat ear things that weeb headphones sometimes have on them, and a pink strip that ends in a swirl on his forehead.

Personality: It is he who who will commit violent acts of road rage upon those who annoy him, despite breaking driving laws himself almost every day. Everyone who so much as breathes is annoying, and even if they don't, that's annoying too. To him, nothing matters unless he can profit off it. Nico has friends, though he'd never put their priorities before his. Ever since he was a kid, he strived to become as successful as possible, no matter what immoral acts he'd have to do to achieve that goal. Has a crippling addiction to a nice can of Pepsi, the best soft drink.

The Background

History: "I hate! Nothing in particular, I just hate!" Niccolo thought immidiately after being born into this world. What was it that pissed this man off so terribly much? He couldn't just waltz around and do whatever he wanted, and even if he could, he'd have to work to get it. What a lame existence! He tried to rob a bank, but ended up getting arrested, which sucked even worse. Were it not for the catastrophic events of that day, he wouldn't have had that chance to escape. His only regret: Not being able to bring the dead officer's gun with him! He just couldn't pick it up! No matter what method he tried, it just slipped out of his hands!

Luckily, there was no need for it. Endymion provided a safe haven where other people would do the work of keeping demons at bay for him. It also happened to have a lot of Pepsi, which was great. He loved Pepsi. He'd learned from his past mistakes. He was ready to turn over a new leaf and start small. Rob a small chain business.

That being said let's grade this if you ever want to play this character.

This can only ever apply to one Boost or Amp of the same type, so if you have Ice Boost + Ice Amp you're only ever getting the +10% bonus. This will let you become powerful with more elements if you take multiple boosts but I can't in good faith allow a mini-Aeon to run around.

Just to be clear this makes Mind Charge x2.65, it won't be compound to what you're getting with Mind Charge.
