Appearance: Ruo is very slim and scrawny, and at a height of 5'10", and has a figure akin to a teenager. Her weight is 103 lb. She has black hair reaching almost to her hips, and her skin is a decent shade of grey. Her casual outfit consists of her large black jacket, which is the length of a small trench coat, reaching to a point above her knees, and also has a hood on the back. Underneath, she normally wears short clothing, finding it less interfering for battle, normally not changing her outfit unless necessary like sprucing herself up for a party, or wearing thicker clothes for the cold weather, lest she look out of place. She normally does not ever remove the jacket unless necessary in combat or in special situations as described. Her eyes are a deep shade of blue. Also, no one usually sees this, but on her body are two scars, one curving over her hip, and the other on her ribs, due to constant remaking, and taking out and adding new components used in her creation, some parts of her outer body were just unable to be revitalized.

Personality: Ruo could be considered to many, by her creators, or the civilians she may meet, as being slightly imbalanced. She has her moments of clarity and decisiveness, and her moments or doubt and fear. A major part of being "alive" so to speak that she has not grasped as of yet, is social interaction. As such, she is somewhat awkward, and will find difficulty in conversing with new people, as that is something she is still learning. If there was anything Ruo appreciates, it would be the fine details, as she is impressed by little things with minimal functions, and will try her hardest to have as many in her possession as possible.

One particular area she is exact and decisive in is in battle. Being built for combat, as well as having a minimal, but essential knowledge over Shadows, she has the tools, and despite her defects, is somehow able to get by in combat, being able to plan ahead, and lead if necessary. Despite that however, she has a sense of worry over her body, in the fear that could break down, and is in a habit of preserving it. She tends to project that part of her outside her own personality into her actions as well, such as saving as much as she can, recycling, etc.

Ruo is mostly involved in the present. She would rather forget the past, but not think of the future. She does not worry, but she focuses on the now, each moment, not worrying about tomorrow. The extent of her plans to not range far from her completely random schedule if at all; as in her mind, anything can change, and she has learned to be flexible to surround the changes, so while she can be surprised, she is not one to get frustrated over a change of plans.

Weapon Description: Using as her primary weapon, the upper half of her fingers turn into pointed steel needles, that extend from the middle of her fingers to a total length of six inches. They each have about the same thickness as that of a pencil. Once more, they can also be shot from her fingers at a speed of 50 mph to a max distance of 60 feet. These spikes, can also double as a melee weapon, if not shot, and is used as a claw-typed weapon with piercing strikes.

The Background

History:

Her Creation

Ruo was created entirely underwraps. She is more or less, a black market version of the standard Anti-Shadow Suppression Weapon, where someone had knowledge of the Shadows and the realm beyond, though did not have the designs to make a proper ASSW, nor did any of them have the will or the potential to do it themselves. So the small unknown team had ostensibly stolen whatever designs they could of completed ASSWs from unknown sources, and created one themselves, without any experience, or knowledge of the matter. Her role was to originally be a collector of Shadows, an assassin of Shadows, an archivist or all data about them, all for the sake of profit to the creators. She had blending in with society in mind, and was given a normal voice to speak above many other design choices. After several failed attempts, they finally were able to hack together Ruo, who for all of her ability and being the best of the team's attempts; in that it was the only one that did not try to kill them, nor did it crumble upon standing, she was still far from passable as a standard ASSW.

Her Defects

What was conceived in her creation, was the main idea that putting together machinery that can be easily accessed, diminished the cost, and in their minds, could still perform at optimal capacity. Not only was that almost entirely incorrect, but it would prove to have the team keep redesigning the same model multiple times, not even trying to use top-of-the-line components and just trying to make it work. This caused the final product to have some bulky equipment in her, as well as equipment that required at times, too much power to process which would bring shortcomings in the long run. In short, plenty of defects. The only thing they did seem to get right is getting their hands on the Papillon Heart which gives Ruo a personality. Even her 'Orgia' mode had to take some setbacks. While the output abilities of her 'Orgia' mode are akin to any standard ASSW, she is unable to activate it on her own, and remove the restrictors in order to "overclock" as it were. To compensate for this, the designers added on equipment to form on her body when Ruo wishes to activate it, and the equipment formed on her body forces her restrictors off giving her the ability to activate 'Orgia' Mode. This was equipment that they actually did spend top dollar for, considering they had no choice, but even then, this was equipment not particularly found in normal ASSW designs, but did in fact work. Once more, the heat from overclocking alone causes the heat in her body to rise so high, that she eventually in testing had to be designed with what is basically an airflow through her left eye, which will let out the heat, which is hot enough to be in the form of blue flame, which luckily enough, does not obscure her vision. Only in this mode is the flame ever seen.

Recent Events

After much time spent on creating her, the team had finally gotten her stable, though, were not able to contain her for long. There was one particular day of post-production testing where the team was attempting to see how much information she could take in at once via internet connections, testing multiple connections at once. That ended up taking too much of a toll on Ruo, and it ruined her network of connecting ability leaving her with only one signal she can connect to the web to access information. The overload also in turn, gave her a brief rush of random variables, where several functions were being turned on at once; one of them being her function to self-preserve, and as such, attacked a couple of the people, and proceeded to escape the area in which she was built. The next time she found herself able to function autonomously, she realized she was in a random alleyway of what is known as Shibakuzoi. Thinking it'd be best to get from the area where she was built; assuming it was here, she traveled as inconspicuously as she could, and built up a residence in Iwaigodai, in a small abandoned warehouse in town. Every day is basically survival for her, as paranoid as she become, whether because she may be chased by the team who had created her, that she may go into a rage, as unlikely as it truly is, or that she may break down. She has no plans for the future, nor for anything around her, until she becomes assured that she has her safety.
