Appearance: Tallya is silver haired, pale skinned and red eyed slip of a girl that weighs in at a hefty 120lbs despite being only 5’2”. Her hair is somewhat long, normally tied up into a tail, normally with a ribbon. Wearing a somewhat fashionable clothes out and about or generally something effortlessly lazy otherwise Tallya seems mostly normal for a girl her age. Unless you tried to pick her up there would be little to lend to the assumption that she was not human. She seems reserved, her walk a practice and slow pace but always looking at things. Sometimes stopping to stare even mid sentence, there is a delicateness to her despite what she is made from and a vague uncertainty.

A titanium ceramic exoskeleton that is clearly robotic with a somewhat steampunk design. A transparent bubble skirt imprinted with gold falls solidly around her knees which are similarly metal plate. A lobster plate abdomen leads up to a breastplate with a hardened area over her heart. Solid red eyes with gold lashes sit right in the middle of a solid face, barely able to show much in the way of emotion other than the eyes. Longer silver-gold hair falls from the top down to her waist. While basic and looking somewhat like a 1960s designed robot it was actually the first body that her creator gave her and in a way, how she was born.

Personality:

Tallya is a distant wall flower that finds it hard to understand humans let alone express herself to them. It is easier to be quiet than make the mistakes that she often does when it comes to unpredictable people. It is hard for her to make friends and often she comes across as bored or aloof, often because she is. Her interests are space, things a billion miles away and far bigger than some mere planet. That isn’t to say that she can’t become interested in people. Those that she becomes attached to because they ofter something to her, be it an insight or merely by being interesting enough. If she feels it will help her understand humans or protect her brother she’ll make the effort as best she can.

A very goal orientated person she plans everything she does out, right down to what she will say to each person she meets. The understanding of the world she has though, being so focused on space is somewhat lacking, easily coming across as an alien rather than something closer to human. The personality she ends up developing will depend on the traits that she sees around her, what seems useful. It is hard to say what that might be, from sweet angel to evil despot, time will tell.

She forgets things at random from time to time, though generally not things in active memory and not things she has purposefully saved. Still she might forget conversations or people she has only met once before.

For hobbies she has reading about aliens, looking into space, taking interest in down right weird things the world has to offer, such as caterpillars and collecting stickers. Dislikes would include fish, having to put herself in any sort of danger and magnets.

The Background

History:(At Least 2-3 Paragraphs)

When you have a child, any parent would worry about them. That they have friends, the right goals, or just to experiment and see what type of person they grow to be. Some have more than one child, some just can’t let the insatiable curiosity inside them be.

1C started as a program to watch the stars and track their movements, to look for alien life as a side. Tapping into several existing networks and stealthily using their data. The program grew and over time it was added to, altered, speckled with other programs and left to its own devices. Eventually in a stroke for genius and or boredom problem solving elements were added, a sense of self and even goals.

1C learned slowly, struggling with the concept of singular beings compared to the great and orderly stars. Not a cynic but trying to understand things that it barely could feel for itself. To try and aid this her father added memories, stories and stronger reasoning to the program. It worked but it would later prove an unstable addition, causing occasional hangup and corruption of routines and stored memories. To aid this further he created a body for her so she could experience these things, these people and their lives. 1C would play with the children, run and argue, stare at the sky.

The more she watched, the more she learned. The world, the people, her father and his other projects. Some she liked, though as time went on she felt that her father was disappointed in her. That she did not desire to help people as much as she would try, that it did not seem she understood many of her interactions. Harder and harder she tried but it never seemed to work, was she wrong? Was she broken? He did not answer those questions but he did tell her why she was created. To watch over her brother, to protect him and others from harm.

Into a world she went, watching, forgetting.

Looking into the night sky, watching with eyes beyond eyes and senses beyond light, not only up but around. Like playthings people twist, twirl and orbit around one another. There are rules if you can watch long enough to see them, mimic them. Feeling an emptiness that is not remembered but a drive for something lost. An unknown desire to do something yet on the tip of remembering, nothing.
